The SpaceMessage us anytime for your special rate! This cabin is just big enough for two people. It comes equipped with a queen size bed, fresh linens, electricity, wood stove and firewood, mini fridge, kettle, hot plate, toaster oven, cooking utensils, private outhouse, small table and two chairs. No running water, but water and showers are available near by. Guest AccessGuests will not have access to much! You are expected to be self sufficient, however if you need anything, we can do our best to accommodate. Interaction with GuestsWe offer our guests a private space and will do our best not to interrupt your stay or vacation. If you have any questions though, we are happy to answer them. The NeighborhoodThis cabin is located in the Annie Lake Road, in the Hamlet of Mount Lorne, approx 45km south of Whitehorse. The area is home to many dog teams, outdoor tourism businesses, and offers excellent access to a network of multi purpose recreational trails, many lakes, Carcross, Skagway, and great hunting and fishing. Getting AroundYou will most likely require a vehicle.

We offer two - two story cabins for rent on a nightly, weekly and monthly basis. It's tastefully decorated with Yukon history and art, and comes complete with a view of Crag Lake. Cabins Over Crag Lake is located just under one hour from Whitehorse, Yukon and Skagway, Alaska and we're just 12 kms from Carcross, Yukon where the White Pass & Yukon Route Trains stops on the shores of beautiful and historic Bennet Lake. Cabin #1 has a queen bed upstairs and the bathroom Downstairs has a queen futon and full kitchen including a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and all the necessary cooking needs. Beds are complimented with a duvet and nice sheets. Cabin #1 is also complimented with plenty of movies, a BBQ, picnic tables, fire pits and plenty of fire wood. The area that surrounds us features world class fishing, boating and some of the best mountain biking trails in world: Nearby Montana Mountain is only 15 kms away and is a growing attraction for mountain bikers and hikers (see the link below). Carcross is located at the foot of historic Bennett Lake. Prospectors in the 1898 Klondike Gold Rush streamed past here after hiking the Chilkoot Trail. In the summertime, Carcross is the last stop for the White Pass and Yukon Route historic railway out of Skagway (link below). As well, old mining roads abound with opportunity to get off the beaten path and the water opportunities here are endless. Bennett, Tagish, Marsh & Atlin Lakes are all within easy reach and offer hundreds of miles to explore. As well, there are numerous smaller lakes nearby, both (some stocked) for fishing or canoeing. We have a canoe available for rent. For the less adventurous, local tour guides offer daily or longer excursions both into the mountains or out on to the lakes. Summertime in the Yukon brings sunshine, warmth and many great activities and festivals. Namely, the town of Atlin hosts the Atlin Music Festival and is only 1 1/2 hours away. Though not for everyone, a cold, snowy Yukon winter often has plenty of sunshine play outside in. Favorite activities are cross country skiing, dogsledding, snowmobiling, and ice skating. • Rates are based on $159 per night. • We do not charge the 5% Goods & Services Tax GST. We're located at KM Post 42 on the Tagish Road, just 12 Kms from Carcross, Yukon. We're approximately 45 minutes driving time from Whitehorse and an hour from Skagway, Alaska. If YOU'RE DRIVING NORTH on the Alaska Highway turn left at Jakes Corner, Km 1341, Historic Milepost 866 and continuing 42 Kms to our door steps. If DRIVING SOUTH on the Alaska Highway, turn right at Carcross Corner and then drive 52 kms and turn left on to the Tagish Road #8. Please note that there are no toilets in the Cabins, your cabin is but steps away from the washroom area. Please note that there several very nice and clean outhouses. Guest AccessGuest may have free use of Kayaks or Canoe (waiver must be signed) Use of fishing rods. Licenses and Bait is also available for purchase. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the property and are around all the time, should a guest need information or assistance we are there for you in a flash. The NeighborhoodPeace and tranquillity, relaxation and just the quiet of it all. A perfect place to just enjoy the surroundings. NB there is one gas station that can offer small repairs or fuel, closed on Tuesday. No stores or traffic. Getting AroundThere is no public transit in our area, but we have bicycle for use and are complimentary to our guest Other Things to NoteBreakfast is served complimetary to all our cabin guests from 8 am to 9:30 am. If you should need to leave before this time, we will arrange a breakfast for you to go.

    We offer two beautiful log cabins that can sleep up to four easily. Both have cooking facilities and are fully wired and plumbed. Each cabin is tastefully decorated and come with queen beds and all the bells and whistles such as dishes, pots and pans, sharp knives, a blender, kettle, toaster, a Bluetooth player, TV/DVD player, movies, access to a canoe, bicycles, picnic tables, patio furniture, decks a BBQ and a fire pit and firewood. And to top it off, we’re kid friendly! Our basic rule of thumb is if you need anything, just ask and we’ll do our best to help.
