We are offering a spare bedroom with a Queen size bed. There is also a computer in the room you can use. We have a kitchen, dining room, fireplace and a full basement. In the basement there is a bar area, tv, pool table, ping pong table and fooseball as well as a washer and dryer. We offer free WiFi including Netflix, Hulu, Crackle, Xfinity and Slingbox on our TV in the living room.
We have two friendly cats, a medium sized dog, and three hens that live in the backyard in a chicken coop.
We have plenty of eggs so feel free to cook some for breakfast(now that we are heading in to the colder months we don't have as many eggs, just ask and I'll let you know if we've got any). If you are interested in making some of our fresh eggs for breakfast, you are more than welcome to help yourself. Just let me know and I will show you where everything is. I also usually have some fruit and granola bars available to guests as well. In the summer you are welcome to go outside to our garden and pick some fresh spinach, tomatoes and jalapenos that you can use to make an omelet with. In the kitchen we have just about every appliance you could need, including a microwave, toaster oven, oven and juicer. Guest AccessGuests get a private room that has a computer and printer in it that you can use. We live here so we share the Bathroom, Kitchen and Living Room(where the TV is located). If you need to do a load of laundry you can use our washer and dryer in the basement, just let us know so we can show you how. Guests are welcome to make themselves breakfast from our fresh backyard eggs and if interested I will show you where everything is located(in the colder months we sometimes don't have any eggs). You are welcome to store any food in our refrigerator. Glasses are located above the kitchen sink and we have an ice maker in the freezer. If you forgot shampoo or any toiletries let us know-we probably have something you can use. Interaction with GuestsAs much or as little as you would like- we have hung out with guests and had dinner and a bonfire, and have even talked over a cold craft beer with a few guests. Sometimes we may not see you more than a quick hello and goodbye. If you ever have any questions, just ask us or text if we are not home. Just remember that we also live here and have very busy schedules as well. We will be quiet and courteous of you and expect the same in return. The NeighborhoodLooking for something different?
