*- a living-room. Here you will find a large sofa. Large coffee table, lots of books (most of them in Hebrew…). The living-room got large doors that open to the roof balcony.
*- in the bathroom you will find a very good washing machine. a large bathtub, a sink and a toilet.
*- in the kitchen you will find a large fridge, gas stove, large toaster oven, microwave, and plenty of kitchen equipments.
*- the roof balcony is large and offers stunning views.
*-you will find an iron and an ironing board
*-you will enjoy high speed WiFi
*- the apartment got very good air circulation and therefore there is no air-condition, but, just in case you find it too hot/cold there is a fan and a heater in every room.
*-There are plenty of towels, bed linen and blankets.
*-you will find soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and washing powder. Obviously, if you stay for more than a week you might have to restock.
*-please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and got no elevator but when you get to the top you will enjoy the most fantastic views and a very homely place. From the apartment you can actually see the whole bay with the boats going in and out of the harbor, the Galilee, Lebanon, Mount Hermon, Mount Meron and more. Also the neighborhood is near the Baha'i Gardens and is considered to be the coolest in Haifa. Very near to the apartment you will find lots of friendly cafes that open till very late, some grocery stores, free parking on the street and excellent public transport. Roof Balcony -the roof balcony is large and offers stunning views. The Neighborhood
Students, artist and intellectuals fill the many cafes of the neighborhood. Sometimes there is live music played in one of the cafes or you may happen to walk into a poetry reading. The cafes open fairly early and close late at night. You will find 2 cafes at our streets and many more at the trendy MASADA Street that is parallel to our street. Also in the neighborhood there are a few second hand bookshops, antique shops, and bars (like the MIRPESET that is considered a must by some). Also you will find some little grocery shops that open 7 days a week till midnight.

Haifa Theater is known for its excellent repertoire. On its stage you will have the opportunity to see the best Israeli actors and actresses. Nevertheless, the repertoire of the theater is versatile, from classic plays to light shows and children plays. The ensemble received international acclaim and prizes in Germany, at the Venice Festival, at the Edinburgh Festival and more.
