The SpaceCherry Tree Lodge is a secluded, easily accessible guest house offering bed and breakfast with stunning views of the Scottish countryside in the Kingdom of Fife. We offer a tranquil, relaxing space for those exploring the area, business people who want a more personal experience than a hotel or those just wanting to stay awhile and be nourished in mind, body and soul. A place where you can just "Be". We look forward to hosting you... Guest AccessWe now have 5 rooms to choose from. There are three seating areas in the house and many options in the grounds. In spring 2014 we installed a 22m meditation labyrinth, you have use of the meditation room with a selection of guided cd's and for spring 2015 we have the art studio available for guest use. So whether you make use of the ecclectic dvd and book library, just "be" in the peace garden or take a walk around the nature trails we hope to make it a little easier for you to take time for yourself. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy having dinner with our guests. Rather than having tea/coffee facilities in your room you have full access to the refreshment bar in the kitchen where you can make your own teas, coffees or soft drinks and help yourself to home-baking or fresh fruit - it's a bit more social. The NeighborhoodThere is plenty to do locally or within an hour you can reach Edinburgh, Glasgow and The Highlands. You can be here for a week and still not see everything! Getting AroundYour local airport is Edinburgh where you can get a bus to Dunfermline then either a bus to Saline (where we can pick you up) or a taxi directly here (we have a deal with a local taxi company) Other Things to NoteYou can also pre-book a massage with Mark and more details can be found on (website hidden)

The SpaceMy house is the perfect size for a couple. It is semi detached and comprises a bedroom with king-size bed, free standing storage and a large mirrored wardrobe. Also upstairs is a beautiful, modern shower room which was fitted last year. Downstairs the lounge/dining room is cosy in the evenings and the perfect place to eat and relax. The kitchen has all the "mod cons" you would expect: microwave, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher (the washing machine is in the conservatory) and an under counter fridge and freezer. To the rear of the house, and leading into the south facing garden, is a 16m square conservatory which is just wonderful in the spring and summer. Yes we do get some sun in Scotland!! :-) In the garden you'll find a patio and a decked area - perfect for "al fresco" dining. Guest AccessThere is a second bedroom which is closed off and used for storage. Other than that guests will have access to the whole house, conservatory and garden. Interaction with GuestsI won't be present while guests are in the house but they will have the services of a "meeter & greeter" and a contact number for any queries during their stay. Getting AroundGreat road links to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dunfermline, Stirling etc. Also convenient for bus routes / rail links. Parking on driveway for 2 cars.
