The Landings Condos are privately owned and set alongside the Carrabelle River in a marina. Soft Gulf Breezes and beautiful sunrises and sunsets are a part of your every day experience on the Carrabelle River. Carrabelle folks are friendly and helpful and the Moorings Staff are always happy to assist you in any way. The Carrabelle Beach is two minutes away, Saint George Island and Apalachicola are thirty minutes away. A ride along Hwy 98 morning or evening is always breathtaking. One might see a Bald Eagle, a bear or deer or dolphins playing and chasing fish. The Riverwalk on Marine Street is often a meeting place for visitors from all over or a quiet time of fishing or enjoying the sun setting at the mouth of Carrabelle River. A great place to relax and enjoy. Relax and rejuvenate in a fantastic condo that has everything you will need for your stay. Bring your fishing poles and your own groceries. Fish off the dock or charter a fishing exposition. You can bring your own boat, but arrange with the marina to secure a boat slip. It is just minutes from a white sandy beach and wonderful night life.

Winchester Cottage was built as a wedding gift in 1933. It now sits under the canopy of 2 old oaks, on our main street but several blocks away from the main intersection at the harbor. It has 3 bedrooms, one bath (between 2 bedrooms), and is fully furnished and supplied with some bath and kitchen items. Compact yet roomy, doorways and walls have been widened and remodeled for openness and to create a light and airy feel. Construction is tongue-and-groove pine, used for floors, walls and ceilings. The house sits up 2 easy steps, so that it is well-ventilated underneath. The large, breezy front porch runs the full width of the house and can seat a crowd for relaxing reading or socializing. Screen doors fore and aft allow nice air circulation in the temperate months if you prefer fresh air instead of AC, and an outdoor area with patio, deck and gas grill are ready for use. Like to stroll for a little rejuvenation? The best walk in town starts right at the cottage. It's a "5K" for you serious walker/joggers, including sidewalks, harbor boardwalks and a shoreline drive. You go out for half the distance, then just return the same way, so you can make it as long or short as you want. How about a driving tour? Carrabelle is at the heart of the Big Bend Scenic Byway, and the Cottage has a great brochure with all the info you might need. Whether coastal or forest, there are natural and historic/cultural things to see all day long! SPECIAL OFFERS-- Rates drop, basically between Halloween and April Fool's Day. Check us out in the cool weather! No additional fees except in the case of property damage. 6 guests is maximum allowed. "No Pets" really means "No lap dogs, fleas, or incessantly barking dogs". The floors are wood or tile, actually good for dogs. The furniture is not for dogs. So if you sleep with your little 'baby', that won't work -- thanks! :) Another note: the "weekend night" rate shown above at $117 is in error. Day of week doesn't affect the rate. --We are trying to fix it. Winchester Cottage is 4 blocks off Carrabelle Harbor and its harborwalk on Marine Street. Close to the main intersection of Tallahassee Street and US Highway 98, the Gulf's coastal highway, our location is a great one to be the center of your tour of the Forgotten Coast. Ample side and front parking. Local free transportation by sidewalk.

Bluewater breeze is a perfect combination of awesome fishing destination and family friendly beach retreat. This is a boaters paradise with an onsite boat ramp and fuel. Add waterfront dining with live music on the weekends, and it is starting to sound like vacation. St James Bay golf course just 9 miles away. Professionally decorated, luxury linens, granite countertops, stainless appliances, Bluetooth sound system, smart tv with digital video library, it all awaits you. 30 feet to the pool and hot tub, it doesn't get any more convenient. Launch a kayak from the property, and even fish off the docks with the kids. 3 mile boat ride gets you to an unforgettable beach experience at Dog Island. 1.3 mile car ride gets you to Carrabelle beach with calm protected water for the youngsters. As owners, we know what it's like to read about a property that sounds great and be disappointed when you get there. This Will Not Happen at Bluewater Breeze. You will be thrilled from the moment you walk in. We bought the place because we love it and we know you will too. Our condo is a 1 bedroom, but it sleeps 6 with ease, and 1 more for a little one in the custom made "boat bed". Two sleeper sofas are absolutely "top of the line", these are not like ordinary sleepers, the mattress is a hybrid coil mattress with inflatable topper ( super comfy and 8 inches thick, with luxury linens and down comforter). Parents can easily watch the kids from one of the two balconies or inside the screen porch. The pool is literally 30 feet away. Cheaper than a hotel, and 3 stories to spread out in. We hope to see you soon.
