House spring cleaned, first roses are out and I'm reduced the rate from September to mid November to $85 night. That's a two bed, 2 bathroom house, all yours, nice weather too,
The lounge, dining area and master bedroom all lead through glass sliding doors to a huge newly tiled patio and garden. Try out the funky couch! The rear of the garden backs onto reserve, from where you can walk to safe, very beautiful beaches.
The master bedroom has garden views, and an ensuite, including a large spa and large shower and a brand heater/new air conditioner. It also has a ceiling fan.
The second blue room, though small, has a brand new bed and mattress.
The house has worked well for two couples.
The kitchen has large microwave, oven and cooktop.
A laundry, one small bedrooms and 2nd toilet and bathroom are also available. The dining area has a king single bed if required. There are two additional single mattresses available for extra bedding that can be brought into lounge or master bedroom for children.
Reserve cycle heating/air conditioning.
Bathroom also has a bath.
From Carrickalinga it is one 1 km to the shops and cafes of Normanville, and more idyllic beaches.
From a base at Carrickalinga you can explore the towns of Victor Harbor, Port Elliot, Goolwa, Willunga and the wineries of McClarenvale. Deep Creek Consevation park is also nearby for buskwalking, including the famous Heysen Trail. The ferry to Kangaroo Island is also 30 minutes away.
For children, the Greenhill Childrens Adventures playground is at nearby Victor harbor as well as a wildlife park. Granite Island with the famous horse drawn cart is also at Victor Harbor, as are penguins and camels. Horse riding on the beach is available at Normanville, and Second Vallley is popular for diving.
Adelaide, with an international airport is only just over 1 hour away. Enjoy the city for a day, then come back to peaceful Carrickalinga.
There are many options for eating out, or cook at home.
A supermarket, butchers, and healthy foods are all available locally. Interesting shops, markets and many cafes are located throughout the Fleurieu.
Fishing, surfing and water sports are also popular.

Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times. There are no child locks on cupboards, but plenty of carpet space plus a few toys.
The usual basic kitchen essentials, all linen, soap, shampoo etc provided.
