The SpaceThis listing is for a Traditional Log House rental/day/week/mo. Great for a summer vacation rental! Amazing for Autumn foliage and especially the cranberry harvest!! We have finished updating this listing with all new stainless-steel appliances, additional deck space and are almost done with re-modeling the basement. Our $125/day off-season rate reflects our ''almost finished'' state and 99% of our guests have left amazing reviews, despite the house not being ''completely'' ready. The interior of the log home is as charming as the exterior and never fails to impress with its 30ft vaulted ceilings and hard wood floors. The yard is lovely and well-kept. Central Air/Heat with easy-to-use digital climate interface. Guest AccessYou will have the house to yourself: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and deck w/ BBQ There is a loft area overlooking the ''Open Concept'' living/dining/kitchen area with 2 brand new queen size sofa/sofa beds. Free Wi-Fi, of course. Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: 11:00am A large, raised outdoor deck with gas BBQ overlooks the back yard and cranberry bogs. The house is very beautiful and quiet. The large flat screen TV and free streaming internet services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) make for a modern respite on rainy days. You can stream directly to the TV from any device. Great for watching movies, music, etc.. A Keurig Instant Coffee machine is always on with complimentary K-Cups and tea. Two comfortable and clean bedrooms with king size, cherry wood bed and full bed, respectively. The loft area has two brand new sofa/sofa beds that can accomodate 4 additional guests comfortably. The living room offers an Ikea futon sofa/double sofa bed, if needed. Interaction with GuestsProperty manager available if needed. The NeighborhoodLocated only a few miles from historic Plymouth, this property is situated on a series of cranberry bogs and has walking trails along lakes and ponds across the street. It is not located in a neighborhood, per se, although it does sit back from the main ''old'' road leading down to water- front Plymouth. The house has two incredibly lovely neighbors on either side, however, it remains very quiet and private with each property an acre or more each. Getting AroundYou will need a car to get around, but you may use the walking trails along the cranberry bogs across the street from the house. Other Things to NoteThe house is perfect for visiting historic Plymouth, beautiful bay-side Plymouth, Cape Cod and the islands. Plymouth Rock, the Mayflower II, whale watching, Plymouth Plantation, golf courses, Colony Place outdoor shopping mall (it is actually quite lovely with some fine shops), The King Richard's Fair, as well as tons and tons of water-front restaurants. Close to Boston and within a few minutes of the beaches. It is a great location. Park & Ride train service (Kingston Train Stop) directly to Boston's South Station is fewer than 3 miles away. About 15 minutes (give or take) to the Cape, sans the traffic! On a side note, we do not sponsor or endorse any web sites, but GroupOn has some of the most amazing deals we have ever seen for this area. You can always find $30 deals for $50 or $60 credit at the local restaurants and huge discounts on attractions, etc.. It is literally free money and an incredible site. We sincerely love it and would be remiss if we did not share it with our guests.

The SpaceAccommodations are flexible. There are four bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has king size bed, #2 has queen, #3 has two twin beds, #4 has twin. All rooms are private with real mattresses, closet and bureau space. Very sunny and cheerful space! Full bath in between, totally redone as of March 2016. House is a pretty, colonial style with comfortable furniture, 1 1/2 baths, back deck to sit and drink morning coffee. ***(coffee or tea provided and space in fridge available for food brought in by guests) Quiet surroundings for good night's sleep. Very large yard surrounding if needed for extended space (tents have been set up for example) This house has been inspected by the local fire chief and passed all safety regulations with both fire and Carbon Monoxide detectors. It is sunny and comfortable with an open floor plan; central AC keeps us cool. Kitchen has large table with 6 captains chairs to eat and talk, play cards. Pans, plates, etc all here for your use. Full cable access on all 3 T.V.s. If there is any particular way I could accommodate your needs, please do not hesitate to ask. If you need it, chances are we have it here... Guest AccessThe house would be available for at least 7 to sleep comfortably, all in "real" beds. It is a typical colonial style, all bedrooms are large with closet space. The kitchen is open with a very big table, and all appliances you might need. There is a back deck for sun. Parking on site for 4 cars. New bathroom just redone as of March, 2016. There is a play area in back that would not be safe for small children to play without supervision - some of the wooden rungs on the ladder are broken and should not be used please. Three swings are fine to use though. Large front yard to set up picnics or games. Quiet neighborhood with respect to our neighbors. Very pretty and comfortable weather in the milder months - June - August is prime for tourist events in Plymouth. Autumn is beautiful here and less crowded - King Richards Faire is a big event right down the street from me with the medieval times characters and great food. Interaction with GuestsI would be able to advise you in any way needed or not at all, each traveler is different. Having lived in Plymouth forever it would be my pleasure to give my opinion as to best eats, tourist sites, weather needs, shopping and so on. The NeighborhoodVery quiet and pretty. All neighbors are respectful of each other as far as noise level and parking. Getting AroundThe driveway here would hold 4 cars easily. We are close to the highway if you have a rental car. Otherwise the public transportation is the MBTA commuter rail which goes to Plymouth or Kingston stops (either fine), and P&B bus line which drops off at exit 5 in Plymouth. Taxis are available with phone calls, local "Gatra" bus offers limited service to the area. Uber is currently possible to Plymouth as well to transport from late night events. Other Things to NoteI have two lovable lab mix dogs. They are super friendly but protective so I ask that you only interact with them when I am home. When I am out I leave them either outside in fenced in back yard or down in the cellar apartment - thank you!
