    Roy Cottage is a traditional Manx cottage, which has been lovingly restored as self-catering holiday accommodation. The cottage has been fitted out to a very high standard and is an extremely comfortable home from home for the leisure or business visitor. The cottage is non-smoking, no pets allowed and we only accept children over 10 years of age. Roy Cottage has one double bedroom, with a bathroom (large shower only) next door. The lounge has a sofa bed, which can accommodate an extra person. The kitchen is very modern and well equipped, with oven and separate hob, dishwasher, washer/dryer and Nespresso coffee machine. Every room has magnificent sweeping sea views over Castletown Bay and Derbyhaven. There are two digital televisions, one with a DVD player, and complimentary broadband. Gas and electricity are included in the accommodation charge in the summer months (a £21.00 weekly supplement between 1st October and 30th April is added). Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. The cottage is cleaned weekly. Welcome packs are available at an extra charge. Car parking spaces are available outside the cottage (ask for details). Roy Cottage is a very easy five-minute walk to historic Castletown. The town has a distinctive charm with many historical sites, good local amenities, shops, restaurants and pubs (including the famous 'Glue Pot' inn). Just outside Castletown are the beautiful countryside and beaches of Derbyhaven, Scarlett and Langness. There are nine golf courses on the Isle of Man and Castletown is an ideal base for a golfing holiday. There is a sailing centre nearby at Port St Mary, walking and cycling trails all around the island. Roy Cottage is a wonderful holiday home, picturesque and comfortable, an ideal base, all year round for your visit to the Isle of Man. Booking information: we ask for a £100.00 non refundable deposit (£300.00 for motor sport weeks), to secure booking; and full payment 6 weeks before your holiday.       The Byre is a luxury one bedroomed stone cottage sleeping two people in one large bedroom . Located in the beautiful Santon Valley it is secluded and sits in two acres of parkland garden facing south west. The Byre has a large kitchen and large living room, vaulted ceilings and is modern build although looks traditional (it works!) It is self catering. All the accommodation is on the ground floor, is spacious and has level access throughout the the cottage; there is disabled access and a modern smoke and fire alarm system. It is centrally heated. The doorways are wide and the bathroom has a walk in power shower. Although the bed is KingSize - it is zip and link to provide two singles if preferred. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room which can accommodate two people by arrangement. There is a smart TV with DVD player and docking station. Free Wifi is included. This is a perfect location for walkers and cyclists, outdoor enthusiasts and adventurers!

        Recently renovated traditional Manx cottage, close to the centre of Castletown, overlooking the sea and Scarlett point offering a high standard of accommodation. Situated with easy access to Castletown, Port St Mary and Port Erin, the Southern 100 course and Douglas. 2 sitting rooms and fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The cottage is located in a quiet row of traditional Manx fishermen cottages with fronts on to the sea and views up to Scarlett Point. It is a very short walk into Castletown Square and all local amenities. Within about a 10 - 15 min walk to the Billown Circuit grandstand which hosts the Pre-TT classic and Southern 100 races amongst othere.

                    The Byre is a new build cottage in the Santon valley between Douglas and Castletown. It is a one bedroom one bathroom house, in a very sunny sheltered, and pretty location. It has timeless appeal and yet everything works! Close to the Airport.

                    Guest AccessSeparate dining room, lounge with Sky TV gardens with seating etc. Laundry facilities. Parking on Drive. Interaction with GuestsWe interact when they come down for breakfast, and at the end of the day when they return we chat about what they have seen and done that day. The NeighborhoodIt is so safe and quiet and we have lovely views to the front. Getting AroundWe are close to a bus stop and a ten minute walk to the train station. The Victorian steam train goes past the house. Other Things to NoteWe are only 5/10 minutes drive from the Airport and we are happy to meet guests and transport them to our home free of charge when possible.

Interaction with GuestsWe serve a large breakfast in the private dining room where we can chat with guests and help them plan their stay. The NeighborhoodThe Island is very safe and is a very friendly place to visit. Getting AroundOur bus service is very good and the bus stop is only a few minutes walk away. The Isle of Man is famous for its original steam trains, they go past our house and the station is about a ten minute walk away. Other Things to NoteCastletown boasts a Championship links golf course which is a 5 minute drive away, if you wish to play we can arrange a game for you and supply excellent clubs free of charge. Murray was the golf Pro at Castletown for 43 years (now retired)

                    The SpaceOur house is situated on the outskirts of Castletown, the Ancient Capital of Isle of Man. The entrance porch/hall lead to a wide staircase with a double livingroom of to the right which leads into the consevatory and kitchen with an enclosed courtyard beyond. Guest AccessThe property has six bedrooms of which we made three available to AirBnB. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin. A full bathroom and adjacent w.c. complete the makeup of the house. Access is to all areas bar the three non-available bedrooms. Interaction with GuestsGenerally we (Susie & Charles) will be resident in the property and are available to assist with your queries. We will make ourselves as scarce as possible in order not to infringe on your stay. We, of course can make other arrangement, should you require the property to yourselves. Please advise during booking arrangements. Getting AroundOur property is close to the Airport, Bus Routes, Heritage Railway, Shops, Beach, Golf Links, Restaurants, Pubs. Most of these are within easy walking distance
