Full bath which includes towels and soap. 1 room has a Queen bed and the other room has a king bed OR 2 twin beds. Upstairs is a loft with a double murphy bed, private toilet, (shower is downstairs) a sitting room, and outside balcony. Library/office/reading room also available. We have 2 inside cats that will disappear when you arrive...and 3 friendly, sociable outside dogs that stay outside (one of whom pulls a dog sled).     The Space2 miles off I-40, 20 miles from Albuquerque. Enjoy mountain activities in wide open spaces. 4x4 recommended. Quiet and cozy with amazing views! Host is cheerful and inviting. Dog on premises. I have 1 private room with a queen bed. For extra guests, I can have another full bed available (and I'll take the couch). This year, I'll be home and will enjoy the festival with everyone. Enjoy a quiet and serene night's sleep, then enjoy the festivities in Albuquerque! There is also Satellite Music, Premium Cable TV, Guest Desk, High Speed Wireless Internet and guide books to help EXPLoRe New Mexicos wild open spaces and historical places! Interaction with GuestsCheck in and check out, and a bit here and there. Of course, I am always available by phone and can be in person if you please. I like my space and will give you yours, but love to host and enjoy the company , when it naturally unfolds. Perhaps we can share conversation, food, drink and a campfire.... If you'd like a guided hike, snowshoe or bike ride, let us know! We love to play outside and show off our awesome location! The NeighborhoodOur Home is located on 3+'Acres, at the end of a quiet Culdesac. The few neighbors are all long term residents. The balance of City Close and Country Quiet is remarkable. Enjoy the easy access to the interstate and close proximity of The City, whilst savoring the Peace, Serenity, and Mountain Views. Getting AroundNo public transportation is available until Albuquerque....but a bicycle will get you around the neighborhood. A car is a necessity. Other Things to NoteAutumn- Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta is the 1st / 2 nd weekend in October, Annually. The shuttles leave from the mall. Just 12 minutes from here. The Grecian Festival and New Mexico Wine Fest are also happening at that time. The Maples Trees will be turning, in The Manzano Mountains. The Aspens will turn in Sandia, Santa Fe National Forest and Taos! True beauty to behold. McCalls Pumpkin Patch is a must see, as well The International Punkin Chunkin in Estancia, NM. September is also NM State Fair Time! Winter- We have a wood stove and a fireplace, as well as a furnace, to insure the home is warm. There is extra bedding, as well. Epic dry powder abounds at Ski Santa Fe, Wolf Creek, Ski Sandia, Los Alamos, Sipapu...... The Capitol City, Santa Fe is just an hour North. Fine dining, art, shopping, historic churches, building, the plaza.....a MUST SEE! Slippers or flip flops are a helper, as we have mostly laminate floors. A robe is a great idea as well, for winter.

Getting AroundWe are 25 minutes from downtown Albuquerque, just off of Historic Route 66. We are 15 minutes from Tijeras, Cedarcrest, and Edgewood. There are various grocery stores, restaurants, breweries, and a Walmart just a short drive away. Other Things to NoteWe do have an cat and dogs so if there are allergies that would make our guests feel uncomfortable throughout their stay we may not be the best fit for you.

Come enjoy over 5500 square feet with large open greatroom, kitchen, bar-conversation area, formal dining…There are two desk-study areas for your working convenience. It offers 4 bedroom areas: 2 large-separate master on-suites. The majority of the home is on one level. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with adjacent bath. The largest master suite is approximately 1200 sf, totally separated from the rest of the home. Lay in bed and enjoy the fireplace and sounds of the outdoor pond. Master bath has large jetted tub. The second master enjoys an awesome glassed in deck! Bath has jetted tub. Enjoy the sliding glass door that opens to huge boulders with a pond-stream in the lower level bedroom! Each and every room has the most stunning views. Guest limit is 10. No weddings.
