The SpaceAfter a long day exploring the streets or tough discussions at work, return to this breezy space to unwind - veg out in front of the tv, fix a home-cooked meal, go for a swim, workout at the gym or take a leisurely stroll around the landscaped gardens.
Spacious enough for a couple or young family, the bedroom features a queen-sized bed, inflatable mattress for young children, 4-door wardrobe and attached bathroom. There is an additional washroom in the living room, to ease morning rush.
If you fancy preparing simple meals on vacation, the kitchen is well-equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils and cutlery.
Laundry can be done in the yard, complete with washer, dryer and racks for your clothes to dry naturally. Guest AccessWithin the development, you'd have access to the swimming pool, sauna, gym, parking. Interaction with GuestsAs engaged or as detached as you might like! If it's your first time in Singapore or wish to have a local's perspective, we would be happy to share places of interest, food to try, experiences to consider etc. Otherwise, we would meet only upon arrival and departure - you'd have the space (and complete privacy) all to yourself. The NeighborhoodTucked in the quiet and laid back residential neighborhood of Changi, a stone's throw to the beach, eateries and 'civilisation'. Getting AroundAfter your (long) flight arrives at Changi Airport, you'd be relieved that your home in Singapore is a short 10 minute taxi ride away, at a pocket-friendly cost of S$10-$15 in the day.
If you have rented a car for your stay in Singapore, there is free parking on premises and the development is close to 3 major expressways:
a) Pan Island Expressway (PIE) which transverses east to west
b) East Coast Park Expressway (ECP) which leads to the Marina Coastal Expressway (MCE) where the central business district is, and further west on the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) to the universities and Science Park/International Business Park; and
c) Tampines Expressway (TPE) which leads northeast towards new residential towns and connects to the aerospace park at Seletar.
If you're happy to take public transport, a short walk out the back gate offers buses to Changi Business Park or Tanah Merah MRT station, where you can easily reach the central business district, Orchard Road shopping belt and other places of interest. There is also a shuttle bus within the development to Tampines MRT station/bus interchange, where there are 3 major malls, public library and coffee shops within walking distance.
