The villas have 24/7 personnel who live in the servant quarters and are available for quick cleaning services. Our boys speak Hindi, so for any communication, you can route that through me or the site supervisor (Sarkar)

She's a project by Bennet & Bernard Custom Homes, you can see more about us here (URL HIDDEN) Guest AccessThe keys! I'll have them personally available when you are here. Now sometimes, I do travel.. much like you. In that case, I'll have them arranged at the villa before you arrive, and picked up when you are ready to return to your home.
The villa itself is large. You can walk out to the pool, the multiple balconies. There are common garden areas to walk in. Interaction with GuestsShould you need some information on getting around, local places to see or things to do, please let me know. I may not always know all the answers, but I'll know enough people who do :-)
We have a site facility manager, Sarkar who is by everyday to check on the villas. Should you need some help on getting around, he's also great to check with.
We own a couple of restaurants in North Goa offering continental cuisine, should you like a reservation, do let me know. The NeighborhoodVilla Casablanca is beautifully located to be close to the airport and unlike other cities/ states, in petite Goa you are close to where you'll want to get to in 30-45 mins. The capital city Panjim is about 30 mins. You'll drive a little ahead of Panjim (~20-25 mins) if you are headed to beaches/ party spots in North Goa. South Goa beaches, which I personally find more lovely, cleaner & nicer, is a mere 15-30 mins. We're on a coastline, every 5 mins of driving will get you to a new beach spot :-) Getting AroundI'm happy to arrange concierge services for you. You'll have to let me know your requirements ahead.. Number of people traveling, any special requests. I'll arrange this through a local taxi service.
P.S. Goa is not yet up on Uber, Ola or other App friendly cab services. Reliable & safe local cab services are certainly available. Other Things to NoteGoa, etched on Western borders of India, is beautiful at all times. I'm sure you've heard so. As a local, my personal favorite time is the rains (Mid June thru mid-Aug. She blossoms green. It can be quite difficult too, when it's pouring crazy and thunderstorms, you are cooped in quite a bit. One place you won't regret being though, is inside this villa, watching the fierceness of sea from exclusive balcony seats.
The party scene for those interested, weakens considerably for open areas, you will find a few indoor places, still thumping the beat.
