The SpaceRavens' Swoop is a cozy cabin, built in the late 1970s, which is a completely separate space, but attached to the main house. It has awesome, panoramic views from both inside and out and is the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the surreal beauty of a Southwestern sunset.
The cabin has an upstairs bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs is the bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area which also has a full size futon for an extra guest.
In the summer, a portable ac unit cools the cabin on hot days; while a pellet stove keeps it cozy in the winter.
Ravens' Swoop is just a few miles north of Granite Mountain's Williamson Valley Trailhead, which offers miles and miles of hiking, mountain biking and horseback riding trails.
In addition, we are only 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon's South Rim, two hours from Flagstaff, 1.5 hours from Sedona, and about an hour from Jerome and Cottonwood - great day trips. Guest AccessSwimming pool (seasonal)

Guests are also invited to visit us in the main house. Interaction with GuestsIt is our hope that guests visiting Ravens' Swoop will feel like part of the family - ignoring us when they want time alone, but feeling free to visit with us at any reasonable hour. We'd like to offer guests some insight into the region, a drink for parched throats, a nibble, perhaps, and some good company. The NeighborhoodRavens' Swoop is located in Williamson Valley, north of town, at the end of a quiet, dead end road in a residential neighborhood.
We are just a few miles north of Granite Mountain's Williamson Valley Trailhead. In addition to the Granite Mountain trails, the surrounding one million acres of Prescott National Forest also offer innumerable outdoor adventures, or just a lazy day picnicking in a shady, lakeside park such as Lynx, Watson, Goldwater and Willow Lakes (kayak rentals are also available seasonally at some lakes).
Plus, we are only 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon's South Rim, two hours from Flagstaff, 1.5 hours from Sedona, and about an hour from Jerome, Williams and Cottonwood - really great day trips.
And, of course, Ravens' Swoop is just twenty minutes from the lively scene of Prescott's historic Courthouse Square.
If you're looking for a cozy cabin, with magnificent mountain views, surreal sunsets, and star-filled nights, we'd love to see you. Other Things to NoteRavens' Swoop is home to many critters, including two horses, two dogs, cats, a bird and a guinea pig.
