The SpaceApollo Beach Villa is a large 3 story Villa which boasts panoramic sea views and a large double balcony. The Villa encircles a communal infinity pool which overlooks the sea and provides space to relax and unwind. Located between the popular Coral Bay beach and Paphos Harbour, this Villa is ideally located for those looking for entertainment whilst still having the privacy and peacefulness of a more remote location off the main road. Paphos offers beautiful countryside, a busy harbour, historic sights, all year sunshine as well as many sporting activities. The region really has something for everyone at any time of the year. Whether you are a sun seeker, explorer or someone looking for relaxing holiday with great scenery,there are so many reasons to visit this beautiful part of Cyprus. This 3 storey villa comprises :- Ground floor: - One large bedroom with double bed. - Second large double bedroom with pull out sofa bed (please request if required). - Family bathroom with wash basin, w/c and shower. Middle floor: Large open plan living/dining room with 3 piece leather suite and dining table for up to 8 persons. Satellite TV with dvd and music centre with radio/cd player. Wifi internet is available in the Villa. Double patio doors leading to large 1st floor balcony with stunning sea views (double aspect) Open plan fully equipped kitchen including, washing machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, toaster and all usual dining facilities. Balcony – with patio table with 4 chairs, 2 sun loungers, outdoor sofa and double BBQ (upon request). Top floor: Main bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with washbasin, w/c and bath with shower attachment. Double aspect sea views. Bedroom 4 – twin bedded room with balcony overlooking the sea. Main bathroom - with washbasin w/c and large double shower. Note: The villa is fully air conditioned. In addition all rooms also have ceiling fans. There are timers on the a/c units that need resetting after a set amount of time. Guest Access2 balconies; one of which is a large double balcony and comes with a 6 seater outdoor table, BBQ (upon request), outdoor sofa and two sun loungers. All can be found a short drive away from the villa. Getting AroundBuses are available along the main road. However, a car is strongly advised. (URL HIDDEN) Other Things to Note4 bedrooms - (2 double rooms with en suite bathrooms, 1 double room and 1 twin rooms with 2 single beds and a family bathroom. Ideal for large/ 2 families. A mid week clean and replacement of towels & sheets can be arranged if required.

The SpaceÀ partir de 400€/semaine suivant la saison. Sur la plage directement. La plage, très propre, se trouve à gauche de la maison à 100 mètres. Elle est nettoyée tous les jours par l'hôtel St George. Une autre très belle plage, à 15 minutes en voiture, est Coral Bay, plage de sable fin avec parasols. Devant la maison, à gauche, vous prenez votre serviette de bain, et en maillot vous allez piquer une tête dans la mer, ensuite un peu de soleil bien mérité sur la chaise longue de la terrasse protégée du soleil. A l’étage, deux chambres avec deux grands lits très confortables de 1,80 mètre chacun – l’une des chambres donne sur l’océan. Cuisine hyper équipée, four et four à micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle Miele, lave linge et séchoir. Machine à café filtre. Deux salles de bains dont une salle de douche, deux toilettes. Télévision écran plat, satellite Astra, Internet avec Wifi partout jusque sur la terrasse. Solarium sur le toit avec une vue époustouflante sur l’océan. Que demander de plus ? Guest AccessAs you exit the Larnaca Airport you must follow the signs to Limassol. This road is all a highway. As you reach Limassol you have to follow the signs to Paphos. Do not get off the high way at any stage. As you reach Paphos you will see a Traffic Circle (round-about). There you have to turn left towards Kato Paphos. You go straight until you reach another Traffic Circle, where you have to turn right towards the center of town. You go straight passing Traffic lights – The next set of traffic lights you have the choice of going straight or left only. Turn left. You continue straight passing two set of Traffic Lights, the next set you have to turn right towards Tombs of the Kings Road. You continue on this road straight until you find the St. George Hotel. The hotel is not on the main road - you have to turn Left to get to the Hotel. Another landmark is the St. George Church which you will see from the main road. (You have gone too far when you have passed the Laura Beach Hotel which is on the road). Directions from Paphos Airport to the St. George Hotel. As you exit the Paphos Airport you must turn right. Continue on this road till the end which is a T-Junction. Turn left at the stop street towards Paphos. Go straight on this road all the way. As you reach Paphos you will see a Traffic Circle (round-about). Debenhams shall be on the Right Hand Side of the road. There you have to turn left towards Kato Paphos. You go straight until you reach Kato Paphos. You must turn right towards the center of town. You go straight passing all touristic shops … at the T-Junction you turn right. Carry on straight until you reach one set of Traffic lights – Tomb of the Kings Road – you turn left. You continue on this road straight until you find the St. George Hotel. The hotel is not on the main road - you have to turn Left to get to the Hotel. Another landmark is the St. George Church which you will see from the main road. (You have gone too far when you have passed the Laura Beach Hotel which is on the road). Distance, Cost and Time for Taxi from Larnaca Airport to Hotel: 120km, Euro 120.00 & approx 1h20min. Distance, Cost and Time for Taxi from Pafos Airport to Hotel: 15km, Euro 40.00 & approx. 20min. Interaction with GuestsTwo beds of 1.80 m. Both bedrooms have identical. One overlooks the sea. The NeighborhoodLe quartier autour de l'hôtel Saint George a tout ce qu'il vous faut pour être heureux et relax. Des bus à 200 mètres, ainsi que des restaurants, des magasins d'alimentation à 10 minutes à pieds, pharmacie, opticiens etc. Si vous ne voulez pas bouger, c'est l'idéal. Si vous désirez visiter l'île, il vous faut louer une voiture, les prix sont très raisonnables. Getting Around25 minutes de l'aéroport, un taxi que nous connaissons peut passer vous chercher, le prix du transfert est alors de 30€ au lieu de 40. Within a 5 minute drive there is a large supermarket. Located in the direction of the best beaches in Paphos. Upon arrival transfer is possible for an extra fee. However it is equidistant from both Paphos and Coral Bay just off the main coast road where there are regular bus services. The nearest shops and bars are only a 10 minute walk away from the house. The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk away. Getting AroundThere is a regular bus service at the bottom of the hill on Tomb of the Kings road that runs between Paphos Harbour and Coral Bay. Taxis are quite cost effective too and we can also arrange car hire for you from 10 euros a day. There is an allocated parking space in front of the house. The airport is only 12km from the house and airport collection can be arranged for you. Other Things to NoteThe views from this property are truly stunning and the photos really don't do them justice. However they are amazing because the house is sat on top of a hill with steps to the front door so unfortunately the house isn't suited to anyone with mobility issues although you can access the property from the back door with very little steps.

The SpaceWelcome Chez Coco! This lovely studio that has just been renovated is nestled in a valley of banana plantations, orange & mandarin orchards and fig trees and is ideal for couples or singles looking for a cozy, quiet and economical place to spend their vacation. There is a hypermarket 1 km away but there is also a mini-market opposite the bus stop which is only 500 meters from the studio. If you do not hire a car you are more than welcome to join us to shop for your groceries as we visit the supermarket everyday! Once you arrive you will be given a list of the very best things to visit whilst on the island and how to get there. The studio has fast WI-FI internet connection so you can download any additional information you may require. The studio is 33 square meters, located in a serene residential area of Paphos on a dead end street, opening onto its own private terrace. The beach is a mere 800 meters stroll away and you also have immediate access to the highway, for easy transfer to airports or other towns. If you enjoy taking walks by the sea you have 7km of paved pathways leading all the way to the harbour! The studio is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, washing machine, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery, iron, Cable TV with over 70 channels, DVD, hairdryer etc… If desired, there is a split unit that can be used for heating or AC but if you don't like AC then there is a large fan you can use and seeing that the studio is located on the ground floor it is fairly cool. There is a very comfortable king size sofa bed with an additional mattress cover that makes it feel like a normal bed when you sleep on it. I love the orange & mandarin groves, the fig trees and lemon trees that grow in every garden and the banana plantations that stretch as far as your eye can see. I love this island that is blessed with 340 days of sunshine that warms your soul and makes you feel thankful that you have the privilege to live here and I want to share that with as many people as I can. The SpaceThe studio(25m2) is in a quiet, safe and green area, dead-end street, view to the mountain and the banana and citrus tree orchards, near the sea, beaches, bus stop, restaurants, shops, medical center, St. George's tourist area. The bed is 5ft(153cm) so It comfortably fits two persons with a child or a couple with a baby's cot. There is an airbed available for extra guest. Guest AccessThe studio is on the ground floor with it's separate entrance, private parking place, has an outdoor place with a table and chairs to have breakfast or have a coffee, to sit in the evening and eat outside, shared patio and garden, BBQ with coal and with gas, some sport equipment, bicycles to rent for 3euro/day/person. We co-work with a hairdresser(unisex, home visits), rent a car and safari. Interaction with GuestsWe live on the first floor so we are available for any help. I'll take personal care to explain everything to the guests so there is no guidebook. I'm speaking English, Russian, German, Bulgarian, Greek, my husband Greek, English, Spanish and some German. We will be here all summer working and weather and work permitting sometimes we have a barbeque or dinner outdoors, it will be nice if our guests could join us. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is very quiet, clean, safe, here are living a lot of persons from different countries. I like my early morning walks or cycling around the orchards and to the sea, like to watch the blue water and to hear the waves, early in the morning or when the sea is rough. The place is near to the sea and beaches, just 5 min to the bus which can take you to the picturesque Paphos harbor, where are a lot of shops, restaurants and pubs, discos, bar street or to the Coral bay beach. The St.George's tourist area is nearby with different shops and restaurants, 9 par 3 golf, water sports, tennis, pubs and other entertainments, medical center, hotel's water park, mini golf. Coral bay area offers also many entertainments, zoo park, tavernas, cafes, pubs, go-karts, night clubs and discos. Geroskipou area offers water park, paintball, go-karts, tennis, helicipter trips, water sports, botanic garden. Getting AroundWe have our own TAXI, public transport is available, there is convenient bus-stop(bus 615) just 5min from studio. There is a private parking place just outside the studio. There is also communal parking place at the end of the street. From Paphos airport 1- take (bus 612) to the harbor main city bus-station and from there to our area (Chloraka, Coral bay, bus 615). 2- take (bus 613) to the town (Karavella intercity and city bus-station), from there bus 618 to the harbor and bus 615 to our area. 3- take a taxi to Chloraka - the normal fare - day fare - 30-35 euros, night fare - 35-40 euros(they will try to overcharge, negotiate), we offer for 20 and 25 euros respectably. For the arriving/departure guests we offer free transfer from/to the harbor or intercity bus station when it is possible. For guests staying 6 nights and more we offer a free transfer from Paphos Airport, for the rest we charge 20€/day, 25€/night, from and to P/A with our own taxi. CITY BUS - one trip - 1.50e, day ticket - 5e, weekly ticket - 15e, monthly ticket - 40e. All tickets are valid until 9pm, after that you have to buy a night ticket - 2.50e, valid for all the tickets, except the monthly ticket. Intercity buses - they can take you to Limasol, Larnaka, Nicosia, Agia Napa, Larnaka Airport. Other Things to NoteThere is a supermarket(Papantoniou) 15min walk(1km) or you could go to the small marketplace just 5min at the traffic lights. DRIVING - IN CYPRUS ON THE LEFT SIDE!!! EL. The SpaceThe house has 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed and 2 single beds) and bathroom. Downstairs you will find fully equipped kitchen and living room. Blue sofa (photo) may be used as a spare bed for 1 person or very loving couple or 2 slim friends :-) The building is 20 years old but I try to keep it in good condition. Unfortunately or fortunately there's no TV as I rather spend my spare time over a glass of wine watching spectacular sunsets :-) Wi-fi available. AC available in both bedrooms upstairs, no AC downstairs. Guest AccessYou may rent a whole house if you are few people or just a room if you are 1 or 2 persons (in this case I may stay in), the price for this option will be lower... Interaction with GuestsYou may contact me on my mobile whenever you need an assistance unless you rent 1 room only so I will be around to help :-) You will also get a paper sheet with emergency and useful phone numbers and places you could visit or dine at... The NeighborhoodMy house is located up on a hill within 500 m distance from the sea. Therefore it is much easier to survive hot summer days as there's at least some air movement :-) It's a very quiet area, away from main road. Mainly birds will wake you in mornings...There's an easy access to the bus station. Town center or harbour is about 10 mins away. Main tourist attractions are located nearby. You may also visit a brand new aquapark at King Evelthon Hotel which you will find just down the road. Or just chill on one of paphian's beautiful beaches... Getting AroundI may pick you up from Paphos airport. If you are planning to rent a car I might help you with that, too. If you will be using buses I'll get you all the info with routes and timetables.

We live on the same street so if you do not hire a car you are more than welcome to join us to shop for your groceries as we visit the supermarket everyday. Once you arrive you will be given a list of the very best things to visit whilst on the island and how to get there. The house has fast Wi-Fi connection so you can download any additional information you may require. The apartment is 55 square metres located on the 2nd floor in a serene, residential area of Paphos on a dead end street. The beach is a mere 800 metres stroll away and you also have immediate access to the highway, for easy transfer to airports or other towns. If you enjoy taking walks by the sea you have 7km of paved pathways leading all the way to the harbour! The apartment is fully furnished with towels, sheets, pillows, washing machine, fridge with freezer, kettle, microwave, oven, cutlery, crockery, iron, tv, dvd, hairdryer etc… There is 1 split unit for either AC or Heating in the living room but it is very strong and cools or heats the entire flat. There is 1 bedroom with a HUGE double bed and there is a double sofa bed in the living room. Baby cots are also available free of charge. The studio is 25 square meters located in a serene, residential area of Paphos on a dead end street. The villa is situated in between Paphos Town and famous Coral Bay, both being 5 minutes drive away. Chloraka Bay is only 50 meters to the sea, where one can enjoy long walks by the sea or just lazing around by the small pebbled beach. The villa has been beautifully decorated using traditional and modern designs. The over flow pool located at the front of the villa is ideal for that dip in hot summer months. There is ample space at the rear of the villa for alfresco dining and barbeque dinners. The villa has car park space for two cars, parking is also available outside. Wifi internet is readily available throughout the villa free of charge. The villa enjoys spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, its ideal location means it is within walking distance to all amenities. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. The master bedroom is en-suite with a walk-in shower and a family bathroom with bathtub. The large verandah leading from the master bedroom overlooks the sea and is perfect to relax and enjoy the sunset. Chloraka Bay Villa’s ideal location offers the discerning traveler the perfect holiday by the sea. Chloraka is a nice village near the sea. The area has grown in popularity in recent years and many properties have been built there as the area offers such fantastic views. A well known landmark in Chloraka is the shipwreck. Back in March 1998, heavy seas caused the Honduran-flagged M/V Demetrios II into some rocks in the shallow waters just off the coast near Paphos Lighthouse, close to Chloraka Village. The ship was en route from Greece to Syria and was carrying a cargo of timber. Luckily the crew of eight men – four Greeks, two Pakistanis and two Syrians were all airlifted to safety by a British Military helicopter. The vessel was left stranded on rocks near the Paphos lighthouse, where it remains to this day. The area of Chloraka has shops, restaurants and banks to fulfill the needs of locals and visitors. It is a reasonable distance to Paphos Airport and other major towns such as Coral Bay and Kato Paphos. A visit to the ‘Old Town’ of Paphos with its choice of shops and traditional markets is a must.
