Private and quiet, yet good coffee, restaurants, bars and supermarket at either end of the street. 2 minutes walk to lovely river walks and parks. 5 min drive to central city, 20 minutes to the beach, 20 mins to the airport, 15 minutes to the peninsula.

Bus to central city is just 5 mins away. I can't paste the link in here, but search for 'Metro bus' - The Blue Line is probably the best to get into the CBD Other Things to Note1) This isn't a hotel.
