The doors allow easy direct access to poolside and BBQ entertaining areas at the rear and lush walled gardens and lawn at the front, our home is the perfect choice for a large family near beach-side holiday, while being close to inner city facilities. Located next to Wembley Golf course and surrounded by parklands, Challenge stadium, other great Western Suburbs facilities etc.. A double enclosed garage gives direct access to the kitchen, while being situated within a minutes walk from the bus stop, our home makes a great base. Security, home entertainment, internet and aircond system throughout. With a fully featured indoor and outdoor entertaining kitchens (3 built in dish washers), 4 large bedrooms, 2 x studies and a gym. All 4 x beds fitted with 100% linen (plus 2 extra fold outs) and 2 bathrooms our home is ideal for large families. Please note that the minimum stay is 14 days. Guests will have access to anything the house has to offer, except the studio. Of the features and amenities guests have access to, several are detailed below : Kitchen The Kitchen (both indoor and outdoor BBQ) is fully equipped and guests are invited to use any of the extensive range of condiments on offer. Our family loves to cook and entertain and we understand the difficulties of cooking while on holidays, due to having to buy simple staples like olive oil/salt/pepper to make even a simple dish. We want guests to feel like they're in their own home - we want to make it as easy as possible to whip up a feast with the available fresh produce from the local markets if you are that way inclined. Guests are free to use anything from the pantry/fridge, plus the vegetable and herb garden. If you finish something we ask that you replace it. Pool The pool is freely available to any guests that stay at our home. Fire Place The fire place is available to all guests. Firewood, kindling and fire-starters are provided in winter. **Please Note** We have a studio located at the back with our personal items locked away. This room has an additional bed and bathroom, but we like to keep it locked. The house is only available when we are on holiday so we will not be interacting with guests. However, we will arrange for someone to meet you at the property and show you around. We enjoy great relationships with our neighbours and would love to keep it that way. That is why we ask you to consider keeping the outside noise down after 10pm on weekdays. We are located less than a 5 minutes walk from Floreat Forum shopping centre. Alternatively, the number 82 bus is about 2 minutes walk up the street. The bus gets you directly to the beach and city.We also have a double undercover secured garage. Our house is designed to limit our carbon footprint as much as possible. All windows have double glazing and we have specially insulated concrete panels and North/South passive glazing design that negate the need for air conditioning on all but the hottest of 40 plus days. Having said that the house is fully air-conditioned - for those very hot Perth summers and the pool is heated - for those Blue sky Perth winters. Guest AccessEverything, except the studio (we will move some of our personal stuff out of bedrooms so guests can use cupboard space). The NeighborhoodVery quiet, large blocks, huge parklands, close to the beach and the city, great gardens and really friendly family area. Getting AroundYes - bus within 2min walk. Other Things to NoteWe have a small dog and a cat. We prefer to leave them at home (a friend will feed them, walk them & cleanup) or we can drop off at a kennel - we will sort these details per booking.

The SpaceThis large house consists of 5 bedrooms. One room with queen bed and ensuite, another with king bed and ensuite. Two twin rooms with single beds and another room with an air mattress if required. Fully ducted air conditioning and heating, internet, apple tv and netflix, fully equipped kitchen and rowing machine! full use of the gardens are yours - lovely pool, cubby house, trampoline, outdoor dining table and BBQ. Guest Accessthe garage is unavailable but there is parking on the verge out the front. As this is our home most of our belongings will be here, but cupboards etc will be free for your use. Interaction with GuestsAs this is our home, it will only be available while we are travelling. We have someone who will be available during your stay to hand over keys and help with any concerns you might have. The NeighborhoodWembley is a lovely neighbourhood with beautiful homes and some great coffee shops and parks! We have two lovely lakes a couple of blocks away. There are shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the main strip just down the road. Wembley is so central to everything. We are between the beach, the city the river and the freeway leading north. Getting AroundWembley is serviced by a convenient bus system, with a stop at the end of the street. The train line in also not far away.

The SpaceThis fantastic studio apartment is entirely separate to the main house and has its own private entrance and parking. Guests can enter and leave without the need for any interaction with the owners if they wish. Alternatively they are very welcome to share use of the swimming pool. The studio itself has been completely renovated throughout with fresh paint, a new ensuite bathroom and equipped kitchenette, and a small sitting area. There is WIFI and Foxtel available and also an external, private courtyard in which to barbecue or perhaps just sit, relax and read. Ideally positioned within one of Perth’s most beautiful suburbs, the accommodation is close to everything that makes living in Floreat such a delight. Herdsman Fresh Growers Market is a very short drive away and offers an abundant selection of pre-prepared meals, fruit and general groceries. Floreat Forum is walking distance and incorporates cafes, restaurants and “The Boulevard” for a relaxing and enjoyable drink. The studio is also a very short drive to St John of God Hospital and a number of Perth’s major hospital, clinics and specialist medical facilities. Other conveniences include a short drive to the pristine beaches, the city, Wembley Town Centre, Tennis, Golf and a variety of fantastic parks, walks and open areas. Compact, tasteful, private and extremely affordable, this studio accommodation is the equivalent of most hotel suites without all the associated costs and inconveniences. The SpaceWe live less than 3 km from the beach with a beautiful park and nature reserve a short walk away. There is a shopping centre with restaurants and cafes in walking distance to our home. Plus we have a great bar near by called The Boulevard and popular restaurant called Clancy's which is right on the beach. Open plan dining, kitchen and lounge area. At the end of a short hallway, there are 2 separate bedrooms, and a bathroom / laundry. There's brand new heating and cooling air-conditioning in all rooms, so you will be comfortable in any season. There's a super cute little balcony which is a great place to enjoy some fresh air. On the outside, there are numerous amenities to take advantage of. Guest AccessWalk through the security gate, and you'll have access to the pool, gym, bbq facilities, and half-sized tennis court. There is also secure access directly to Herdsman Lake. And 2 secure undercover car bays. *Please note, there is no guarantee that all facilities will be available at the time of your stay. The pool is closed during the off-season (Mainly Winter). Interaction with GuestsMyself and my husband Dave are available most of the time, should you need anything, however, we'll leave you alone to let you enjoy your stay. The NeighborhoodWembley is just 5km from the city. You're not far away from a few local restaurants and bars, cafes, a gourmet food deli, cinema, shopping centre and 24hr supermarket. And if you venture just a bit further, you'll find pristine beaches, a world-class public golf course, Subiaco Oval (Domain Stadium) and the popular nightlife destinations of Subiaco and Leederville nearby. Getting AroundThere's a bit to do within walking distance. And when you feel like exploring more, there is a bus stop right out the front that will get you into the city centre in 30 minutes. Alternatively, a Taxi or Uber shouldn't cost more than $10-15 to the city. If you want to drive yourself, the apartment comes with 2 secure car bays. Other Things to NoteThis apartment is great by itself, but let's be honest, the pool, gym and tennis court are a huge bonus. The facilities are well maintained by the complex, however, if for some reason a facility is out of order, please accept my apologies.

    Our property is ideally located for travellers or short stays in Perth, WA. It is a one bedroom, first floor apartment that sleeps up to 4 people. The apartment is completely self-contained, with 1 spacious bedroom, a bathroom, newly renovated kitchen and living area. Most furnishings and equipment are new. An undercover dedicated car bay is available downstairs. The apartment complex has a shared laundry area, with plenty of washing machines for your use, and a large clothes drying area. The unit comes with an iron and ironing board, laundry basket and pegs for your laundry. My kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, as well as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery – everything you may require to cook a nice meal. There is a nespresso machine and milk frother (aerochino) provided. Nespresso pods are also provided for your stay. If you have a preference, please let me know and i'll do my best to accomodate your request. The pantry is also stocked with breakfast cereals, pasta, rice, oil and a range of spices for your cooking needs. A range of teas are also provided for your convenience. We have a communal organic vegetable patch downstairs, and guests are welcome to help themselves to whatever is ready (and in season). If you wish to stock your fridge/pantry with more, send us a list of your preferences and we'll do our best to get them in for you - you pay us the shop receipt. The apartment comes with all linen provided – doonas (duvets) and covers, blankets, sheets, pillows, teatowels, towels, bathmats, hand towels; everything you could possible need for your stay! The usual toiletries/cleaning fluids are also provided to save you buying those. My apartment is walking distance from the local shops, which has a supermarket, bakery, liquor store, cafe, newsagent and pharmacy. Public transport is excellent, with the bus service just outside the apartment complex. There is also a lovely lake and park within a short walking distance. The Perth CBD is only a short five to ten minute drive. The neighbouring suburbs of Subiaco and Leederville has plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Check in/out times can be flexible, depending on other guests so please ask in advance. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged at extra cost (between 6.30 am and 10.30 pm) Wifi (via a wifi toggle) is available at additional cost. Please enquire if required. I believe in giving my guests their privacy. They are welcome to call or text me if they require any assistance. Wembley is a lovely family oriented neighbourhood. My apartment complex is a short walking distance from Lake Monger, where you can go for a nice stroll. The Ingredient Tree is a great cafe down the road that offers a yummy brekkie. My apartment is a short 7 minute drive to the CBD, and 5 min drive to trendy Subiaco and Leederville. If you require public transport, there is a bus stop just outside the apartment complex. Having stayed in multiple airbnb houses around the world id rate what you get staying in this master bedroom pretty high on the list. Guest AccessAnything in my house is there to be used. I only ask that guests byo food and either byo laundry powder or leave small change for use of whats there. Other than that the kitchen, living areas, tv & laundry are free to use. P.s. Interaction with GuestsThis is my place of residence so i will be around quite a lot. I am easy going, any level of conversation is fine with me :) The NeighborhoodVery very safe and secure area, generally quiet and pleasant neighbours. Great coffee in many many close locations, just ask me where to go. Even though my house is the second from the main street, at night it is very quiet. Getting AroundVery convenient public transport. There are busses to and from the beach literally on the footpath outside my house. Additionally the 999 and 998 circle routes which go almost everywhere are a 2 min walk down the street. If i am free i am often happy to give lifts in my car to local spots.

The state netball centre, Subiaco Oval and even the Perth arena are all a short drive or cycling distance away. Getting AroundPublic transport available in front of property. Bicycles available to explore, the main dedicated bike path to the City and to City beach runs in front of the property. Perth city is +- 15 minutes by car (8km) , Fremantle is 20 minutes.         The SpaceThe house is situated in one of Perth's premiere suburbs, one house away from a fantastic park and in a beautiful, tree lined street. It also offers onsite parking for three cars. Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole house, front and back yards, enormous upstairs balcony overlooking the pool, swimming pool and surrounds. There is an entirely separate self contained granny flat, with its own courtyard off to the side of the main house and if occupied, we ask that you refrain from using that space. This would in no way infringe on the amenity of the main house. Interaction with GuestsWe will try to greet guests upon arrival to introduce them to our house and answer any questions they may have. We will provide contact details for the duration of their stay but will also try not to interfere or contact guests without good reason during the course of their stay. The NeighborhoodFloreat is known as 'the leafy suburb' of Perth and has lovely large gardens which have an abundance of trees etc. Our garden has a very tranquil, resort feel in the back, allowing people to laze around the swimming pool, or just relax on the deck and enjoy the ambience! Internally there are options for playing pool or snooker, separate living areas for reading, relaxing, watching television or Foxtel, using the Internet or perhaps preparing a delicious meal in the recently renovated, chef's kitchen...! Getting AroundWe are a short walk from several bus stops which take you directly into the city, the beach or various other points in the city. There is convenient access to the train station as well which will allow you to travel to all parts of the city in a quick and efficient manner Other Things to NoteThere is a fully self contained and separate granny flat in the premises which has its own separate entrance. This may or may not be occupied, but either way it does not impact your stay. It can also be booked separately if guests require additional accommodation for up to two further guests.

        The SpaceYou can't find a better location. This is our family home and we LOVE the location. There is excellent public transport to take you into the city and the beach. You can walk 1 1/2 blocks to the Floreat Forum a shopping centre with supermarkets, boutiques and cafes. You can cycle to the beach. There are tennis courts right nearby as well as parks and more cafes. We are only 15 minutes from Perth city and 5 minutes from the wonderful City Beach. Our home is great for teenagers. There is a large swimming pool, a ping pong table and a mini basketball court. Inside we have a large kitchen which opens up to the family room and this all overlooks the wooden deck. The house has 3 dining areas. A breakfast bar in the kitchen, an outdoor dining area on the deck, and a large dining table in a separate room. There are 3 bedrooms. The master us huge and has a king size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. The 3rd room has an oversized single bed (king single). Off the master bedroom is a very large walk in closet. We have had a mattress on this floor for babies or little kids. There are all the amenities you expect in a family home.
