Our property is ideally located for travellers or short stays in Perth, WA. It is a one bedroom, first floor apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.
The apartment is completely self-contained, with 1 spacious bedroom, a bathroom, newly renovated kitchen and living area. Most furnishings and equipment are new. An undercover dedicated car bay is available downstairs. The apartment complex has a shared laundry area, with plenty of washing machines for your use, and a large clothes drying area. The unit comes with an iron and ironing board, laundry basket and pegs for your laundry.
My kitchen is fully stocked with all the basics, such as an oven, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, as well as pots, pans, crockery, cutlery – everything you may require to cook a nice meal. There is a nespresso machine and milk frother (aerochino) provided. Nespresso pods are also provided for your stay. If you have a preference, please let me know and i'll do my best to accomodate your request. The pantry is also stocked with breakfast cereals, pasta, rice, oil and a range of spices for your cooking needs. A range of teas are also provided for your convenience. We have a communal organic vegetable patch downstairs, and guests are welcome to help themselves to whatever is ready (and in season). If you wish to stock your fridge/pantry with more, send us a list of your preferences and we'll do our best to get them in for you - you pay us the shop receipt.
The apartment comes with all linen provided – doonas (duvets) and covers, blankets, sheets, pillows, teatowels, towels, bathmats, hand towels; everything you could possible need for your stay! The usual toiletries/cleaning fluids are also provided to save you buying those.
My apartment is walking distance from the local shops, which has a supermarket, bakery, liquor store, cafe, newsagent and pharmacy. Public transport is excellent, with the bus service just outside the apartment complex. There is also a lovely lake and park within a short walking distance.
The Perth CBD is only a short five to ten minute drive. The neighbouring suburbs of Subiaco and Leederville has plenty of restaurants and nightlife. Check in/out times can be flexible, depending on other guests so please ask in advance.
Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged at extra cost (between 6.30 am and 10.30 pm)
Wifi (via a wifi toggle) is available at additional cost. Please enquire if required.

Wembley is a lovely family oriented neighbourhood. My apartment complex is a short walking distance from Lake Monger, where you can go for a nice stroll. The Ingredient Tree is a great cafe down the road that offers a yummy brekkie.
My apartment is a short 7 minute drive to the CBD, and 5 min drive to trendy Subiaco and Leederville. If you require public transport, there is a bus stop just outside the apartment complex. Its a 5 min bus ride to the Glendalough train station, which is 3 stops from Perth station.
