The SpaceThe Garden Room is a fresh, airy private room with a queen bed. The room overlooks the gardens, yard, and walking labyrinth. The bathroom is across the hall and may be shared. There is a small fridge for your use in the hall; it is gently stocked with beverages.
While you are here, please walk our labyrinth. Children will be invited to do morning chores, including feeding sheep and the barn kitty. Hershey, the dog, will most likely greet you upon arrival. If you would like to bring your own small (under 20 pounds) pooch, please ask me for my doggie contract.
The Garden Room is just one of the guestrooms in this Victorian B&B. We have been in operation since 1997 and just recently joined the airbnb community.
There are restaurants in Brockport, which is 4 miles away. A huge Wegmans grocery store - the one everybody else wants to be - is in town, as well as a CVS and many cute, local shops. The famous Erie Canal runs "from Albany to Buffalo" and right through town! The towpath is a popular biking and hiking trail.
There is no public transportation out here, other than calling a cab, which is costly. If you are flying into Rochester, however, we can arrange to pick you up at the airport for an additional fee.
Since I am in the hospitality business, you will definitely meet me! I serve breakfast each morning as a part of your stay. Please let me know if you have dietary restrictions. I already look forward to your visit!
