    The SpaceMinimum 3 night stay. This Garden Apartment with its one a/c bedroom, is fully appointed and situated just a short stroll to the ocean and the natural beauty of Bold Park. Built on the ground floor, next to our home, with its own courtyard, surrounded by our beautiful tree fringed garden. Enjoy the heated spa, outside shower, alfresco dining or a just a quiet read in the shade. It even has an outside kitchen table with electric BBQ and frying pan. Hey, but if you are on holiday, we have an abundance of restaurants only minutes away! Go on treat yourselves. The inside Lounge/Kitchen/Dining room, has a flat screen TV, DVD player, radio/stereo, dishwasher, microwave and a fully equipped kitchen. Even the bedroom, with a queen-sized double bed, has a HD TV. The bathroom has toilet, shower and washbasin. All towels and bed-linen are included. Even ones for the spa or beach. Our home is halfway between Fremantle and Hillarys Boat Harbour and just 12 kms to the Perth City Centre. For those without a car, the bus stop is only 100 m away with regular services into the City. We are directly opposite City Beach Tennis Club and only 4 kms to Wembly Golf, 2 x 18 hole Course, which also has a great practice range. Just throw your towel over your shoulder and in 5 minutes you can be swimming in the Indian Ocean, or just enjoying a drink or a meal in one of our two beachside restaurants! If you feel energetic, you are welcome to borrow the boogie boards or the bikes. Sounds good? A car is a great advantage though to get around.

The public Wembley Golf Course is only 1.8kms away and within walking distance there is the Boulevarde Shopping Centre with a 24hr grocery store, liquor store, restaurants, chemist, hairdresser, bakery, fish and chips, pizzeria and dress shop only 500mtrs from the house. House as follows: Downstairs Large comfortable living and dining area with adjoining toy room full of plenty of toys for kids to enjoy. A beautiful open kitchen makes cooking a breeze with everything you could need including 900mm oven, built in coffee machine, dishwasher. Laundry with Miele washing machine makes washing simple with plenty of outside line space as well as internal dryer. Including additional toilet. Main bedroom with king size bed opening to deck overlooking garden. Ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs Separate sitting area and small desk. Additional TV in this space. Bedroom 2 - Two single beds (can be converted to king size bed if required. Bedroom 3 - Single bed with extra trundle bed. Bedroom 4 - Queen size bed. Bathroom - Large bathroom with bath and separate toilet upstairs. Other General Items The house has reverse cycle air conditioning (heating and cooling) and due to the proximity to the coast and the breeze it is comfortable year round. With simple coastal decoration it is an easy space to live in with nice outdoor eating and garden for children. Guest AccessYou will have full access to our 4 bedroom home, and pool and gardens. We have a garage which will be unavailable for use. Interaction with GuestsWe will be away during your visit but have family who will be available to welcome you and assist should you need anything while you are enjoying City Beach. The NeighborhoodPlenty of great adventures to be had from a base in City Beach. When you are tired of visiting the beach, playing tennis or enjoying bush walks you can explore further to Fremantle, Leederville, Mt Lawley for great shopping many different restaurants. Getting AroundThere is a regular bus route to Perth city on our street. However, if you wish to explore Perth more broadly we would recommend you hire a car during your stay.             The SpaceThe room is very cosy with a freshly built loft bed. It has a N/W exposition with a great view on bold park hill and ideal for enjoying sunsets over the ocean. Due to its exposure it gets quite hot in the afternoon, especially in summer. The house is quite old and definitely not luxurious, but is functional. There's also a fireplace in the leaving room! Getting AroundThere is a bus stop ( BUS 82 ) immediately across the road with direct access to the city centre arrives in 30 mins . The bus stops in Subiaco where you can connect to a train to take you to the city , great shopping in Claremont or Cottesloe or the fishing port of Fremantle. Uber is a great alternative to taxis !                 Situated only metres from the beach, half way between Cottesloe and Scarborough and only 12 kms into Perth City Centre, Fremantle and Hilaries Marina. It is in a quiet tree lined street, only a short walk to the Beach, local restaurants and the natural bush of Bold Park. Minimum stay is 3 nights. The apartment has its own entrance, all at ground level with a sheltered rear courtyard, with its own outdoor heated spa. We are opposite City Beach Tennis Club, where visitors are welcomed, either to enjoy organized club play, or just court hire. Wembley Golf Course is only 5 minutes by car, with 2 x 18 hole courses. The local shopping centre is just 3 minutes drive away, but if you are arriving at night, we can arrange for the basics to be in your fridge. Set in a beautiful tree filled garden, with your own courtyard, and outside setting for alfresco dining. With an outside folding kitchen table, most of your cooking can be done on the electric BBQ and fryingpan, but with 2 beach side restaurants, why cook? You are supposed to be on holiday!! For bookings of less than 3 nights, we do charge an extra $50.00.

                This renovated 3 bed 1 bath home is on a large elevated block and is situated in a quiet street just 1.2km from Western Australia's best beaches and 12kms from the capital city Perth. A huge chefs kitchen overlooks the garden which includes an impressive 15m lap pool. Two pool houses and a mains gas BBQ will provide outdoor living all year round. We welcome a maximum of 6 people (4 adults) including singles, couples, groups and families with children aged 6yrs and above. The entry leads to a lounge room (with TV and gas heater) which flows around to the dining room, office and huge kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to make cooking easy and enjoyable: Pots, pans, wok, cookware, bakeware, electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery, glassware, plasticware (for eating and drinking poolside) tea, coffee etc etc! Huge gas oven, dishwasher, high end stainless steel fridge with water filter/ice maker and wall mounted TV. Help yourself to whatever ingredients are available in the fridge and pantry. Laundry contains washing machine, dryer, ironing board/iron, cleaning equipment. 3 Bedrooms: Bed 1: Queen bed, 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, study desks and chair, large built in wardrobe, wall mounted TV, reverse cycle air conditioning, sliding door which leads onto the back deck. Bed 2: Single bed, bedside table and lamp, study desk and chair, reverse cycle air conditioning and built in wardrobe. Bed 3: Queen bed, 2 bed side tables, 2 lamps, study desk and chair, reverse cycle air conditioning and large walk in wardrobe. Single bed mattress stored in the wardrobe of this room if required. (please indicate on booking) A large modern bathroom has a double sink, double shower and toilet. The master bedroom, kitchen and laundry all have doors that lead onto the back deck, pool and entertaining area with a mains connected gas BBQ (pool and grounds will be maintained as required during your stay) WE SUPPLY: sheets, pillows, pillowcases, doonas (duvets), bath towels, pool towels, bath mats, toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, conditioner, hair-dryer, soap, laundry liquid, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, tea towels. Washer and dryer/clothes line is available should you choose to wash linen or your personal items during a longer stay. Guests will have full access to the entire house and yard with the exception of a private fenced off apartment at the rear of the property. (see photo of site plan) This apartment has no common walls to the main house, separate rear access and houses a single occupant/caretaker who will give you exclusive use of the pool and outdoor areas during your stay. Check in is from 12noon. If possible you will be met at the house and given a quick tour. If not, check in is very easy and arrangements will be made via messaging for a self check in. If you need to check in after 8pm this can also be arranged, please communicate this upon booking. As we live in the next suburb someone will always be available to assist you during your stay. Plenty of free parking is available either on the verge, the street, or off road in the driveway. While the pool is solar heater, it's not a very hot pool in winter, depends on the sun each day. Free WIFI instructions and other information is in the guest file on the office desk. Enjoy our extended check in/out time of 12:00noon. Please read and agree to the following House Rules before making a booking request: •The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children) with a maximum of 4 adults. Only registered guests as named in the booking will be permitted to enter the property. •We welcome families with children aged 6yrs and above. (Strict supervision/behaviour control of children is required at all times, especially in the pool area.) •NO SMOKING or burning candles inside or on the back deck. If you smoke, please do so either in the pool area where there are 2 covered pool houses or go for a walk away from the main house (extinguish fully and put in bin). •No glass in the pool area please, plenty of plasticware provided. •Be respectful of the quiet neighbourhood by having no loud music or noise after 10pm. •Please dispose of rubbish using the 3 bin council recycling system. RED bin general waste, YELLOW bin for recycling and GREEN bin for garden waste. •Please help conserve water and power by having short showers and turning off lights and Air Conditioners while not in the room. A/C's work quickly and effectively if used correctly. (Don't set extreme high or low temperatures and Do close all doors/windows of the bedroom). Owners may enter the house to turn off A/C if found to be left on while guests are out. •Please leave the house clean and tidy as you found it. (dishes and utensils washed and returned to cupboards, heavy spills wiped/mopped up, rubbish in bins, personal items removed ) •At the end of your stay leave beds unmade and used towels on the bathroom floor. •If there are any damages, complaints or concerns that occur during your stay, please message us straight away so that we are able to attend to them as soon as possible. •Please read and understand the full description of the listing before booking. •Relax and enjoy your stay

                The Sunset Studio is situated in the lovely ocean suburb of City Beach. A self contained unit, cozy homely studio with a kitchen, bathroom, adjacent sparkling pool, and surrounded by a lush tropical gardens. The 'Sunset Studio' is a freestanding little chalet in an established garden, next to the pool, located in the Perth suburb of City Beach. It has a reverse cycle air conditioning unit to cool you down or to warm you up… The separate kitchen contains everything you need to cook and eat. Wireless internet connection, Flat screen TV, and a selection of DVDs. The laundry/bathroom has a Bosch washing machine for your use. There is an outside breakfast area, a relaxing corner next to the pool, and a little Balinese teahouse with a very private daybed and a good view to the ocean, on a raised terrace area at the rear of the garden.A very peaceful secluded place..... Perth is the capital city of Western Australia, it is a clean safe modern city with all the entertainment and facilities you would expect. My house is 1000m from the Indian Ocean, 2 bus routes to the city have a stops in walking distance. The distance to the inner City is approximately 10 Km It is the closest beach to the City...but I would recommend hiring a little car. The place is run by “ Juan”, a miniature dachshund, and a ( mostly invisible) adventurous rag doll cat, and myself Bernd ; ) Ask me... Location Situated beside the Indain Ocean in City Beach.
