Other Things to NoteWe support the local community and the environment by acquiring local products, such as organic jelly (available to sell) honey, blue corn tortillas, fruits and vegetables. We also employ local people and support their families throughout the year. We are involved with the "comuneros" (communal land owners) and primary schools, in different educative projects about environmental protection. Our environmental education program has run now for four years. We give talks about natural and cultural environment to local students from all public schools in 3 municipalities: Isidro Fabela, Jilotzingo and Nicolás Romero. Each year, about 4000 children learn about biodiversity, nutrition, health and local culture with us. Part of the income of this place will support these activities. If you feel for collaborating in any particular aspect, please do no hesitate to ask us, we welcome your support!
