The SpaceThe studio is in a garden in a quiet leafy suburb conveniently in the heart of the upmarket suburb, Claremont. Air cond with large bedroom/ king bed, wardrobes, ensuite, small sitting area, balcony, kitchenette, own entry, t.v, wi fi, games room with pool table. Linen provided. Iron & ironing board. Beach towels available upon request.
Perth has a mild Mediterranean climate and guarantees blue skies. Our place is within walking distance to excellent shops , cafes and bars. 10 minutes by car / bus/train to beach and city. Public trains and buses at the end of the street.
Guests can expect independent and quiet space. Superb beaches and city attractions easily accessible, like Kings Park, Fremantle, and Northbridge cultural centre. The NeighborhoodClaremont is placed equal distance from the Perth city and the famous historic Port of Fremantle. Our suburb is in a great location for seeing Perth. World class Cottesloe beach 10 minutes away and easily accessible on the bus/train at the end of our street. We live 10 minutes from University of Western Australia: a beautiful Ivy University which has a glorious ourdoor cinema called Sommerville that runs until the end of April with Festival movies from all around the world with food stalls and picnics under the stars is the local way. Also is the magnificent panoprama of Kings
Park Botanical Gardens. 10 minutes by car overlooking the city and Swan River. At the other end of our street is the beautiful Swan River and the Claremont Yacht club where you can dine without being a member, overlooking a stunning river setting. Our neighbourhood is leafy, safe, historic with good community amenities like cafes, restaurants, libraries, doctors, hairdressers, dentists, transport. Lovely walks and interesting little museums to see. 5 star shopping precinct across the road. Getting AroundBuses at the end of our street run to the beach Fremantle the city.
Trains are 5 minute walk and run to the city and Fremantle.
There is a taxi rank 5 minutes walk.
Your car can park on the street outside the property. Other Things to NoteSubiaco, Cottesloe, and Northbridge night life areas are direct on the trainline in 10-15 minutes.
Stunnning Kings Park is also accessible by 10 minute bus ride for city panorama and picnics .

Operating both to and from Perth Airport T3 (Domestic) and Perth city, the CONNECT shuttle will pick you up or drop you off at five convenient locations:

For services to and from T1 (International) and T2 (Domestic), please take the free terminal transfer bus which operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
T4 is located next to T3 and is only a short walk to the CONNECT bus stop.
Tickets are $15 per person one way. There is no need to book, you can purchase a ticket from the driver on the day of travel.
