The SpaceThis is a modern home with easy access to outdoor activities and Penn State University. Sleeps 6 guests. 1900 square feet of living space. Large kitchen and family room provide excellent space to cook or just relax. Large, private backyard with peaceful view of a wooded 10 acre lot. Guest AccessDinnerware and cookware provided.  All linens and towels included.  Coffee pot and general staples-coffee, filters, sugar, pepper, salt.   Interaction with GuestsThis is a vacation home with a lockbox. I'm happy to provide recommendations on the area. Detailed information is also available in "the house book." The caretaker lives less than one mile from the property. He is a life time resident of the area and is available if needed. The NeighborhoodThe home is in the country, in the small town of Clarence. Large secluded backyard set on 10 acres. Often see deer grazing in the early morning. Nearby state forests and state parks for hiking, boating, fishing and hunting. Parking large enough for ATV trailers. Easy access to Snow Shoe Rails to Trails ATV trailhead. Local grocery store, pizza shop, diner and truck stop restaurant. Approximately 20 minutes from Victorian Bellefonte. Getting AroundLocated in Clarence, PA. 3.5 miles off the Snow Shoe exit of Interstate 80. Head east on I 80, I 99 to Penn State. 30 minutes to Penn State. For football games, allow plenty of extra time to handle stadium traffic. Route 26 - Milesburg exit - bypasses route 99 and eastern/NJ game day traffic. Other Things to NoteEnjoy the beautiful, secluded back yard. Gas grill, fire pit, deck with seating area. AT&T cell service is very limited in the area. For example, if you walk to the top of the driveway you may get service. Sometimes in the front living room bay window seat.

The SpaceQuiet, secluded cabin with easy access for guests with trailers. Convenient to interstate 80 and local establishments. Guest AccessEntire 700 square foot cabin. Interaction with GuestsLandlord will meet guests to handover keys, and available for limited support/questions. Other Things to NoteTwo night minimum stay for non-holidays visits, and three night minimum stay for holiday weekends. Many guests bring their own linen and blankets/sleeping bags. Towels are not provided. Public water, with newly renovated bathroom. Electric heat with wood stove with push button starting technology available, as well as a portable air conditioning unit. Microwave and oven included, no dishwasher or laundry service. Ideal for up to four guests. Longer term rates can be negotiated for stays of at least three weeks. Washer and Dryer available for use for stays of least 5 days.

Guest AccessYou will have access to the whole house only excluding upstairs closet between bedrooms. Interaction with GuestsAvailable for help but communication at the cabin is challenging because of remote location. There is cell service at certain spots near cabin and verizon customers can get text in house if phone is left in window. The NeighborhoodOther camps are visible through the trees in the winter with no leaves on the tree but most camps are unoccupied except on holiday weekends. During the summer you will not be able to see any of the other cabins. House is located on private road that connects to Bloody Skillet ATV area with lots of trails and several open areas to ride. Also connects to Snow Shoe Rail to Trail with an additional 40+ miles of ATV riding. Other Things to NoteNo cable service but there is a VCR and DVD player. Also a cable to hook an apple computer up to the TV via lighting connection on Apple laptop.
