The SpaceThis is an incredible, modern, stylishly-furnished apartment located right on Clifton 1st Beach, the most exclusive address in Cape Town. This is not located across the street, or nearby -- this is on the beach. Walk out the front door and you are a few meters from the water. From the one bedroom, which has a queen-sized bed, you have a breathtaking, uninterrupted and unparalleled view of the beach and the ocean; you can hear the waves crashing. Any closer and you'd be in the sea itself! There is one modern bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge, and smaller appliances, such as a toaster. The apartment comes with TV and free satellite (DSTV), a DVD player, and free unlimited wi-fi internet. There is a reserved parking bay on the roof of the building, so no searching for parking when you could be relaxing. And there is a washer/dryer in the building. There is also a hair dryer in the apartment, and an inflatable mattress and/or comfortable sofas to accommodate extra guests when more than two people are staying (though the sofas are not sleeper sofas as such). A small gym has just been installed in the building, complete with a lovely view of the beach. There are restaurants and bars nearby. You are a three minute drive from the bars and shops of Camps Bay, a few minutes from the city centre, and ten minutes from the waterfront. There is a bus stop close to the outside the building. A cleaning service is available on request. This is a must-take! It's the perfect vacation spot. Just step in to the apartment, relax, and enjoy! Guest AccessGuests have access to the whole apartment, plus the building's garden outside and the small gym, as well as the on-site laundry room. There are private stairs leading form the building right to the beach. Interaction with GuestsI am always available when guest need anything. I live five minutes away, which means guests have all the privacy the need plus a host who is supper close by to help as needed. The NeighborhoodClifton is in my view the best area in Cape Town, and probably South Africa, to vacation. The beaches are breath-taking, and you are a few minutes away from the restaurants and shops in both Camps Bay and Sea Point. Getting AroundThe apartment comes with a secure private parking bay. Trying to find parking at Clifton, especially in the summer, can take hours and hours -- so having a private parking bay is invaluable and makes getting to the apartment and beach so convenient and easy.

The SpaceClifton beach has something of a reputation with the trendy set in Cape Town and is a haven for international jetsetters. Together with its immaculate white sands and glistening water, their bronzing bodies and designer sunglasses grace Clifton’s 1st beach with sufficient glamour and eco-savvy to deserve not only the ‘see and be seen’ status it has acquired but its blue. Guest AccessGuests have access from the front entrance of the building, leading off the main road. Guests will be met by a host and given the keys and discs to come into the building and the apartment. The parking garage is two buildings away. Make sure you rent a saloon car. Alternatively SUV's park on the street. only saloon cars. During the period of 15th December - 15th Jan. The NeighborhoodClifton is a beautiful cosmopolitan area. With many people running along the beach front and cyclists going about their exercise for the early morning exercise as well as again in the evenings. The sunsets from Clifton Court are magnificent. The area is very vibrant. You will often see people playing volley ball on the beach in the evenings while others are having picnics or sundowner drinks on the beach. 1st beach and Clifton is known to be a sun trap and people wanting to avoid the heavy winds in Cspe Town insist on staying in this area. June our assistant will mail you, tourist activities, we have an abundance of entertaining tours and also a list of some of the finest restaurants in the world. This will help you enjoy while staying in CT. Getting AroundThere is public transport with a bus stop right outside the building into Cape Town, including taxi's. Uber is often used by locals & internationals. There is also car hire from which ever area you might need including the airport. We supply information to all tourist areas and can book tours for our clients at an extra cost. Other Things to NoteCheck in time 14h00 Early check in. Prior arrangements needs to be discussed with the management. Late check in after 18h00 a fee of R1000.00 will be charged. Check out time 10h00 There will be a late check out charge depending on the season. See prices below. Clients will be charged extra if the following rules are not adhered to. A breakage/security deposit will be dealt with airbnb. Maids service: A maid will be provided daily included in the rates except public holidays and Sundays. An extra charge will be levied should the clients require a for maid services during those days. By South African law Sunday and holiday rates are charged at double time depending on the day. Kindly inform the management prior to finalising your booking. Cost per day R350.00 Should there be interruption to municipal services ie. water and electricity, Beach Luxury Homes, the owner of the property and the body corporate are not responsible, cannot be held responsible for these interruptions and NO refunds will be given. The maximum number of persons [including children] occupying the unit shall not exceed the maximum number allowed per property. In the event of additional persons occupying the premises overnight, extra charges will be levied and Clients may be asked to vacate the premises immediately and all access codes may be cancelled. Alternatively please make prior arrangements with us. 12. On departure, PLEASE ensure that the property is correctly locked and secure. All windows, sliding doors and entrance doors MUST be locked and securely closed. Clients will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property due to any negligence in this regard. 13. Please switch off all air conditioners, appliances and lights upon departure. 5 14. Should an occasion arise where you the Tenant require after-hours service or repairs that are not related to the normal wear-and-tear of fixtures or fittings and standard use of the apartment, all costs and charges relating thereto will be for your account, including but not limited to; any call-out fees, cost of materials, travel costs, emails or mobile/telephone calls, consultation with the Owners, arrangement of services or repairs, etc. The minimum charge in the event of such an occurrence will be R250 excluding VAT, per hour or part thereof, due and payable upon presentation of an invoice. INDEMNITY: I, by my signature hereto, understand, acknowledge and accept that I enter the premises/and or Unit at my own risk entirely, and the owner of the property/Unit, Advance World Hearing Instruments cc and all employees either permanent or temporary, shall not be held liable for any loss or damage, howsoever occurring, to my person or property, despite the fact that I am aware of the protection which the law affords me and my dependants in relation to injuries or loss suffered in these circumstances. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless and free the owners of the unit, their associates, of any and all claims of whatsoever or nature which may arise. Property conditions No parties or events are to be held in the apartment, it is for stay purposes only. Terms TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1.The Tenant hereby agrees to the occupation of the premises for use as short-term accommodation for the period as set out in the attached booking form and agrees to pay the rental for the full period (prior to occupation), free of any deduction or set-off. 2.Cancellation Policy 61 days or more prior to check-in date: Full deposit will be forfeited 31- 60 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund on the full amount 0 - 30 days prior to check-in date: Full payment will be forfeited Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees will be refunded less a 5% handling Should payment not be received timeously, Accommodation Hunter reserves the right to automatically cancel such reserved accommodation. Cancellations are valid only if advised and accepted in writing by facsimile or e-mail. In the event of an early departure by the tenant, Accommodation Hunter reserves the right to charge for the full original booking.. The Tenant is responsible for travel and cancellation insurance. 3.An inventory will be supplied at the date of occupation. The Tenant will have 24 hours to check, sign and return the inventory schedule noting any defective or missing items, failing which the inventory shall be deemed to have been handed over in good order and condition. The Tenant undertakes to keep the contents and equipment in the same condition as at the commencement of occupation and confirms that that the cost of any missing / broken / damaged items will be deducted from the security and breakages deposit. 4.The cost of telephone services provided during the period of occupancy is for the Tenant’s account. Should the Tenant not settle the final accounts for telephone services supplied during the period of occupation prior to departure, the total amounts due will be deducted from the security and breakages deposit. 5.It is recorded that the entire Premises, including any carpets and upholstery, will be clean and in good order on the date of occupation. The Tenant undertakes, on termination, to deliver the Premises in the same good order. Should Accommodation Hunter, upon inspection, find that the Premises is not clean and in the same good order as at the date of occupation, they will engage the services of professional cleaners and/or carpet cleaners, at the cost of the Tenant and deduct such cost from the refundable security and breakages deposit. 6.A damage deposit equal to a minimum of R 10,000.00, maximum R 25,000.00 will be reserved against a valid credit card prior to arrival. Should there be no breakages or damages, this deposit will be released. Should any damages or breakages be found, the monetary value will be charged on your credit card. 7.The premises are let for the sole use as a private residence only. The number of tenants is not to exceed the capacity the villa sleeps number set out on the attached confirmation. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED and if they do occur the client is liable for a fine of between R20,000.00-R50,000.00 (ZAR) 8.Accommodation Hunter will not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by any building work in the vicinity of the property. 9.Accommodation Hunter accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any theft, loss, damage or injury to the Tenant whether due to any negligence on the part of the Landlord, their agents, their staff or otherwise. 10.The Tenant undertakes to maintain reasonable noise levels at the property at all times as excessive noise may be in contravention of the body corporate rules and/or the municipal by-laws. In the event of the Tenant transgressing the body corporate rules and/or the municipal by-laws, he/she accepts that this may lead to the short term lease being cancelled by the Landlord or Accommodation Hunter, and in which case all monies paid will be forfeited. (This includes severe noise disturbance and parties). 11.The cost of replacement of all keys, tags and remotes not returned to Accommodation Hunter will be deducted from the refundable security and breakages deposit. This could include the replacement of all security keys to re-secure a complex. 12.The Tenant hereby chooses domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes at the premises. The Tenant accepts that this Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and in case of dispute, the Tenant irrevocably agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the High Court of South Africa or the Magistrates Court of South Africa, at the selection of Accommodation Hunter. In the event of the Landlord and/or Accommodation Hunter taking any action against me, I agree to pay costs on the attorney and own client scale. 13.In the event of the premises not being available, Accommodation Hunter shall endeavor to find suitable alternative accommodation but will not in any circumstances be held responsible for any losses suffered by the Tenant as a result thereof. In the event of cancellation by the Landlord all monies held by Accommodation Hunter on behalf of the tenant will be refunded. 14.In the event of the Tenant vacating the premises prior to the contracted departure date for any reason whatsoever, he/she shall have no claim for the refund of any rental monies from Accommodation Hunter and/or the Landlord. 15.In the event of the Tenant breaching any term of this agreement, Accommodation Hunter shall be entitled to terminate this agreement forthwith and the Tenant undertakes to immediately vacate the premises. Any breach by the Tenant shall constitute a material breach for the purposes of any proceedings taken against the Tenant. 16.The Tenant agrees that Accommodation Hunter and/or their agents or representatives shall be entitled to inspect the premises upon reasonable notice at all times during the rental period. The study/tv room also has excellent beach and ocean views and is stylishly comfortable with a state of the art plasma television and lush day beds (this room can be used as an extra sleeping area for a child upon request). The master suite is sea facing and has its own dedicated bathroom compromising of a bath and shower and toilet. Natural earth tones create a soothing ambiance. The second bedroom has twin beds and its own dedicated bathroom compromising of a shower and there is a guest cloak room with a toilet. The terrace The kitchen is fully fitted with all amenities. There is a secure dedicated parking pay with lift access to the apartment a communal braai area. There is direct private access via a secure gate onto the beach which is rarity in Clifton.

Introduction These Booking Conditions set out the terms and conditions upon which Villa & Apartment Management (Proprietary) Limited ("Villapa") make properties available for use by Occupants. All Occupants staying at the properties are respectfully requested to familiarise themselves with these Booking Conditions. One member of your party, the Client, will be required to sign the Booking Form acknowledging and agreeing to these Booking Conditions upon making and confirming the Rental Booking. Some of the properties have their own specific house rules or regulations set by the Property Owner or the “Body Corporate” housing association in which case you will be provided with a copy of these separately. You and the Occupants are requested to comply with any such provisions, which form part of this agreement. 2. Making a booking and paying a deposit In order to make a Rental Booking, we require your personal details and a confirmation deposit ("Confirmation Deposit"). No agreement exists between you and Villapa and/or the Property Owner until we have received the Confirmation Deposit (in cleared funds in its bank account) of 50 %, a copy of your passport or national identification document and the signed and completed Booking Form. We will confirm your Rental Booking in writing. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the bank account detailed on the Booking Form (payment confirmation should be emailed to our office). 3. Payment of balance The balance of 50 % ("Balance") must be paid by the due date which is usually nine weeks before your arrival, but may be varied as set out in the Booking Form. Payment may be made by bank transfer or by credit card, in which case a surcharge is payable. If the Balance has not been paid by the required date Villapa shall be entitled, but not obliged, to cancel your Rental Booking and retain the full deposit. If your Rental Booking is made within eight weeks of your arrival, you will generally be required to pay the Total Cost at the time of the booking unless otherwise advised. Some Property Owners require full payment of the Total Cost before Confirmation will be made, in which case the Addendum is applicable. 4. Security Deposit You have been notified of the separate security deposit that will be required in addition to the Total Cost ("Security Deposit"). The standard security deposit is ZAR20 000.00 unless otherwise stated. This is held by the Agent or Villapa. The Security Deposit will be held against the cost of any damage or breakages to the Property or its contents ("Damage"), as well as any telephone charge/lost keys. Any charges to be deducted from the Security Deposit will be notified to you within 14 days of the end of the rental period, after which the remainder of the Security Deposit shall be returned. Please note that we will charge a 5% administration fee for the rectification of Damage. This administration fee is in addition to the cost of the remedial works required to remedy any Damage. 5. Cleaning service The Property will be made available to you after having been cleaned thoroughly. If you indicate on the Booking Form that you require a Cleaning Service, we will confirm availability and the cost. This may not be possible to arrange on short notice during your stay. The Cleaning Service does not extend to the personal laundry of and cooking for Occupants. Local laundry services are available. We can provide you with the contact details of private caterers on request when you book. If applicable, personal laundry and ironing services shall be charged on a per item basis. Please make enquiries before using personal laundry and ironing services at the Property. The Property must be vacated in a neat and presentable condition. If, after check-out on the Departure Date, it is discovered that the Property is vacated in an unacceptably untidy condition, the Property shall be deemed to be Damaged, in which case, a surcharge of R300.00 shall be deducted from the Security Deposit, subject to notification and photographic proof of such Damage. 6. Other services included in Rental Cost Unless otherwise advised, the Total Cost includes domestic electricity, gas (where relevant), water, municipal rates and levies, broad band data charges and satellite TV access. Domestic electricity does not include Pool Heating. If you indicate on the Booking Form that you require Pool Heating, we will confirm the availability and the cost thereof. You will be notified of the cap and you will be charged for any usage in excess thereof. Such arrangements will be brought to you attention in advance. 7. Arrival and Departure times Check in time is at 2pm on the Arrival Date and check out time is at 10am on the Departure Date ("Rental Booking Period"). Requests for an early check-in (before 2pm) or later departure (after 10 am) are always subject to the availability and convenience of our staff. In order to guarantee a check-in and/or check-out at times other than those set out above, an additional charge of 50% of one nights rental cost for the Property will be payable in advance. You will be provided with directions and instructions for the check–in and check-out procedure separately. For arrivals after 7pm or before 7am an after-hours check-in surcharge of ZAR300.00 will be levied. 8. Cancellation by you If you wish to cancel your Rental Booking, you, being the person who signed the Booking Form, must notify us in writing ("Cancellation Notice"). Your Cancellation Notice will be effective from the date we receive it. On cancellation nine weeks or more before the Rental Booking we will be entitled to retain the Confirmation Deposit; and nine weeks or less before the Rental Booking 100% of the Total Cost shall be retained. You hereby agree and acknowledge that this is reasonable, in light of the fact that the chances of re-advertising and/or remarketing the Property and finding another replacement rental booking are remote, and that the retention of the Confirmation Deposit or Total Cost, as the case may be, is a genuine, reasonable and fair pre-estimate of the loss and/or damages that will be suffered. 9. Alterations and cancellations by us It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to the Rental Booking once it has been confirmed. If this does happen we will let you know as soon as possible. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the Property, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar property. If this is not possible or you do not wish to be transferred, we agree to cancel the Rental Booking and refund you with the amount you have transferred to us for the Property. Please note that we will not be liable for any cancellation charges for any other travel arrangements or any further claims by you or anyone else in your party, other than as set out above, and you indemnify Villapa accordingly. 10. Children Unfortunately most of the properties we feature are not particularly child friendly and many have architectural and physical features of concern for Occupants with younger children, such as balconies, split level terraces with steep drops and unfenced pools. Occupants with children use the Property at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay. In this regard, the Occupants, their invitees and their respective children, and their estates shall have no claim against Villapa and/or the Property Owner for any personal injury or death, any loss of any nature, costs, damages, legal fees and the like. If you require further information on the suitability of the Property for children you are requested to bring this to our attention prior to paying the Confirmation Deposit. If you ask Villapa to arrange for the installation of baby gates, baby proofing or any safety devices or equipment for any reason whatsoever, DVH will arrange such installation and/or supply of such devices and/or equipment to you on your behalf. Villapa, its agents, directors and staff take no responsibility, make no representations, give no warranties of any nature whatsoever in relation to any such devices and/or equipment and/or installation. You and each of the Occupants, their invitees, guests and estates undertake to Villapa to satisfy yourselves that any such devices and/or equipment and/or installation is satisfactory and suitable for the purpose for which they are installed and/or supplied, and accordingly, each of you indemnify the Property Owner, Villapa, its agents, directors and staff against any personal injury or death, any loss of any nature, including, but not limited to, costs, damages, legal fees and the like, without reservation. 11. Swimming pools Where the Property features a swimming pool, it is used entirely at your own risk. The swimming pool is not supervised in any way or equipped with child safety-nets or fences. The pool may not be heated, and may only by suitable for use in summer only. The Pool is serviced weekly and while we will endeavour to arrange additional cleaning services if required during the Rental Booking Period, this is not always possible. We cannot guarantee that the pool will remain completely clean during the occasional periods of extreme weather conditions. 12. Telephone and Internet service The Property may have telephone and broad band data access for Occupants’ use. Please confirm 14 days prior to the Arrival Date telephone and broad band data access required. These services are less reliable and the data speed is generally slower than in Europe and the US. We will do our best to assist with any technical problems. All phone calls you make will be charged and in most properties can be paid for at the Departure Date or will be notified to you within 14 days of the Departure Date. Data usage is generally capped at 1Gig thereafter a charge will be issued for each further gig. 13. Use of Property Unless otherwise agreed prior to Booking Confirmation, the Property may only be used as private rental holiday accommodation and not for any photographic or film location work or as a venue for any function, wedding, party or event involving anyone other than the Occupants entitled to sleep at the Property as notified to Villapa on Booking Form. Where Villapa becomes aware of any such unauthorised use of the Property it shall be entitled to require such usage to cease immediately and/or terminate the Rental Booking and require Occupants to vacate the Property upon demand. In these circumstances Villapa may also be entitled to charge an additional fee for the unauthorised event, such fee to be calculated reasonably at its discretion depending on the nature of the event and to be recovered if necessary from the Security Deposit. 14. Maximum number of Occupants The names of all the Occupants are set out in the Booking Form and no other person may occupy or reside at the properties at any time without Villapa's prior written consent. Only those Occupants may use the Property and under no circumstances may the total number of Occupants sleeping at the Property exceed the maximum number stipulated. Guests should only sleep on the beds provided. The sofa beds may be used for children under 16 by prior arrangement. We are entitled to require you and the Occupants to vacate the Property if the conditions set out in paragraph 13 and paragraph 14 are breached. In addition to being entitled to require you and the Occupants to vacate the Property, we shall also be entitled to charge a pro-rata rate in the event that persons other than those on the Booking Form occupy, reside at or sleep at the Property. These entitlements shall be exercised and/or enforced at our sole discretion. No pets are permitted on the Property. 15. Behaviour You are ultimately responsible for the conduct of the Occupants using the Property during the Rental Booking Period. If an Occupant or invitee behaves in an unacceptable manner by civilised standards, the Occupants may be required by the Property Owner to immediately vacate the Property on notice. It is not considered acceptable behaviour for these purposes to make excessive noise, including playing music loudly after 10pm. (This time may vary dependant on by-laws of suburb.) Such behaviour will not be tolerated as the Property is located in a quiet residential area. You are respectfully required to comply with any reasonable requests or instructions that may be provided to you, either prior to or during your stay in the form of “house rules” prepared by or on behalf of the Property Owner or a body corporate. 16. Smoking Unless otherwise advised the interior the Property is a “no smoking” area and Occupants are advised that under no circumstances may they smoke inside the interior of the Property. 17. Responsibilities It is your responsibility, and that of each of the Occupants: (a) to pay for any losses or damages to the Property, however caused (reasonable wear and tear excluded), (b) to take good care of the Property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the Rental Booking Period, (c) to permit the Property Owner access to the Property on reasonable notice, (d) not to part with possession of the Property, or share it, other than with the Occupants, (e) not to cause an annoyance or become a nuisance to occupants of adjoining and/or adjacent properties, and (f) to comply with any reasonable instructions that may be provided to prior to or during the Rental Booking Period. 18. Property Descriptions The description of the Property used on our web site or otherwise provided to you is made in good faith and is believed to be accurate. We cannot, however, be held responsible for any alterations or modifications made to the Property without our knowledge. 19. Concerns during the Rental Booking Period If you have any concerns during the Rental Booking Period, please notify us as soon as possible so that the concern or problem can be addressed. Villapa and the Property Owner are not responsible for disturbances, failures or malfunctions out of our respective control, as well as the failure of services supplied by the municipality, services supplied by third party data and telephony suppliers, pool equipment malfunctions, appliance malfunctions and/or neighbour, construction or other nuisances. We will make every effort to assist with the resolution of such problems as soon as we are notified of them. We emphasise the importance of bringing concerns or problems to our immediate attention, with suitable photos and/or written accounts, as we cannot assist with or address a concern or problem after the fact. If you vacate or abandon the Property during the Rental Booking Period without notice, you shall forfeit any claim to compensation, assistance and/or reimbursement if applicable. 20. Emergency Call-outs You will be given an emergency after-hours mobile phone number staffed by a Villapa representative to assist with any urgent maintenance work or other emergency issues outside of normal business hours. We will make every effort to assist with resolving issues of an urgent nature but it will not always be possible to resolve issues outside regular working hours, at weekends and/or on bank/public holidays. If you have an emergency of your own doing requiring the after-hours assistance of Villapa, for example losing the keys or locking yourselves out of the Property, you will be required to pay an emergency call-out charge of ZAR300.00. 21. Breach of contract If any of these Conditions are breached by you or any of the Occupants or any of their guests or invitees, we reserve the right to re-enter the Property and terminate the Rental Booking without prejudice to the other rights and remedies of the Property Owner. 22. Liability We and the Property Owners will not accept liability for any act, neglect or default for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience, whether to person or property, which any of the Occupants or any of their guests or invitees may suffer or incur arising out of, or in any way connected with, the Rental Booking. 23. Insurance All Occupants are strongly advised to arrange comprehensive travel insurance cover against travel and other related risks as any loss or damage including theft of personal items cannot be claimed against the Property Owner’s insurance. It is the responsibility of all of the Occupants to fully insure themselves and their personal items and also to keep the Property properly secured by setting the alarm, securing all doors, windows and shutters, and taking all prudent measures against harm, when in the Property and when going out. (We strongly advised that Occupants' insurance cover is adequate to cover their loss, as Property Owner’s insurance does not extend to the loss of third parties.) 24. Alarm You and the Occupants hereby undertake to activate the alarm when leaving the premises unattended for any period of time during the Rental Booking Period. 25. Authority to sign You, being the person who completes and signs the Booking Form, warrant and undertake to Villapa and the Property Owner that you (a) are authorised to agree to and accept these Conditions on behalf of all the Occupants, including those substituted at a later date, (b) have full legal and contractual capacity and shall be an Occupant, (c) take responsibility for all persons Occupying or visiting the Property during the Rental Booking Period and (d) will make all Occupants, guests and invitees aware of the Booking Conditions and the consequences thereof. We also require a copy the person who is signing to send a copy of your passport (if a foreign national) or if South African a copy of your Identity Document. 26. Governing law and jurisdiction The validity, construction and performance of these Booking Conditions shall be governed by South African law. It is agreed between you, the Occupants, and the Property Owner that, in terms of Section 45 of the Magistrate's Court of 1944, the Magistrate's Court having jurisdiction in terms of Section 28 of the said Act shall have jurisdiction in respect of any action to be instituted arising from or in relation to The Rental Booking. It shall nevertheless be entirely within the discretion of the owner of the Property and/or Villapa whether to proceed against you and/or the Occupants in such Magistrate's Court or in any other Court having competent jurisdiction. This prepayment should be made by credit card, wire transfer (EFT) or by telephone. Your booking is not confirmed until Vacationista receives the pre-payment, and you have received the confirmation email from Vacationista. This confirmation email contains all your booking details such as the address of the apartment, contact details, balance due on arrival, and other arrival and departure instructions. 30 days prior to arrival, you must pay the rental balance. The payment method is described in more detail in your reservation confirmation email. Payment details You should pay the remaining balance by credit card, EFT or by telephone. Please note that payment by credit card incurs a 4% (Visa or MasterCard) or 4% (American Express) additional fee. Under certain circumstances, payment can also be made via bank transfer provided that: the corresponding net amount is received in our bank account 1 month prior to arrival (bank charges are paid for by the guest) we have confirmed reception of such amount in writing Cancellation policy All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted. The pre-paid booking deposit will not be refunded in the event of cancellation. In the event of cancellation of a fully paid booking (100% of stay) , there is a cancellation charge corresponding to the number of days it was made prior to the day of arrival: 30-89 days before: 50% of the total amount. If Vacationista is not able to provide the client with the property that s/he booked, the client will be informed and will be offered a new property with similar features. If both parties are not able to reach an agreement, the client will be refunded the amount paid, subject to the following conditions: 100% of the rental amount before arriving to the apartment. The percentage corresponding to the days not used of the booked stay. Damage deposit Upon arrival guests will be asked to provide a damage deposit as well as a valid credit card number as guarantee for the apartment and its content for any damages caused. Please note that by accepting our Terms and Conditions you agree that any damages caused by you or your accompanying party will be deducted from your damage deposit, and that you will also be liable for any excess damages. Depending on the apartment, a damage deposit ranging from 200-500 euro will be requested upon arrival. This damage deposit should be paid in cash or by credit card. Please see your confirmation email to see which method of payment is required. Cash. All damage deposits paid in cash will be refunded in full at check-out, and following an inspection of the apartment for any damages. Credit card: All deposits paid with a credit card will be refunded to that same card used for payment made, between 4 to 7 days following departure into the apartment, and after inspection for damages. Arrival Preparing your arrival Please ensure that you provide us with your correct arrival time so that we can plan your check-in and keep your contact person informed of any changes or delays. The arrival day You should call your contact person when you arrive at the airport (or 1 hour prior to arriving at your destination city in car) and they will inform you if you should make your way: To our office, where our check-in department will receive you and give you further check-in instructions, keys, and the address of your apartment. To the apartment, where our check-in agent will receive you and give you the keys, as well as further apartment information The apartment will be available as of 14:00h, however we will always try to accommodate clients arriving early if we possibly can. It is extremely important that we have your correct arrival time. You will be obliged to wait for your contact person and your check-in will be delayed if we do not have this information. Please remember we have a fee of R300.00 ( for arrivals between 19h00 and 07h00). This fee should be settled directly with the consultant on arrival in cash. Departure You should leave the apartment before or at 11:00. Leaving after 11:00 without prior authorisation will be penalised. If you need to leave the apartment at a later time, please ask if this is possible at check-in. We will try to meet your request if we do not have an early arrival the following day. If it is possible, you may stay in the apartment until 18:00 but this will be subject to an additional charge of 50% of the apartment rental price per night. Leaving any time after 18:00 will entail an additional charge corresponding to the full rental price per night of the apartment. On the day of your departure you should leave the apartment clean and tidy with all waste correctly disposed of. Please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you after making sure that you have all your personal belongings with you and after ensuring that the main door to the building is not locked with a key. We can book a taxi prior to your departure if you request one in advance. Apartment cleaning The apartment will have been cleaned prior to guests arrival. Before leaving, the client is obliged to leave the apartment in perfect conditions, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied. If not, there will be an additional cleaning charge. The apartment will be cleaned on a daily basis excluding Sundays and public holidays. Cleaning fee is included in the advertised rate. Number and identity of guests The client should inform Friendly Rentals of the number of guests in the booking. Only those persons indicated in the booking made by the client may enter the apartment, unless an alternative agreement has been reached with Vacationista. The number of clients using the apartment should not exceed the number assigned to each apartment, except for in the case of infants under the age of two. Pets are not allowed unless permission has been specifically granted. Should the client fail to comply with any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the client to leave the apartment, and the client in question can not request any form of compensation. Conduct in apartments Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Guests in a Vacationista apartment should be aware that if loud music is played, or a party is held, and the neighbours complain and/or police are called, you may be immediately removed from the apartment regardless of the time, day or night. Noise regulations and respect for other residents between 22:00 and 10.00. We would appreciate your full cooperation in this matter and we hope you understand that these rules are necessary, as our apartments are located in residential buildings with people that have to get up early and go to work. The quiet time in the evening for the neighbours should therefore be respected. The client, on signing the contract at check-in agrees to behave responsibly and correctly on behalf of their accompanying party as well as themselves. If this person, or any of the accompanying party behaves in an unsuitable and incorrect manner, Vacationista reserves the right to ask the person and their accompanying party to leave the apartment. Furthermore, from that moment on they will have no right to future claims or any form of compensation. Finally, the client will lose all payments made including the apartment rental and the deposit.. May we remind you that on booking an apartment with Vacationista you automatically accept our Terms and Conditions, which we expect you to comply with. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RENTAL AND OCCUPATION 1 Definitions Applicable to the Rental Agreement, unless inconsistent with or otherwise indicated by the context are: 1.1 Cancellation Charges means the cancellation damage payable by the Tenant as set out in paragraph 5.2 below 1.2 Confirmation Date means the date on which the original or faxed copy of the duly signed Rental Agreement is received by the Agent and there has been receipt of the non-¬?refundable Deposit, or, it applicable, compliance with clause 8 of the Rental Agreement, into the Nominated Bank Account. 1.3 Due Date means the date on which the balance of the Rental Amount becomes due, owing and payable. 1.4 Receipted Payment means when the respective payments made by the Tenant are reflected as credits in the Nominated Bank Account. 1.5 Notice of Confirmation of Booking means the acknowledgement of the Agent sent to the Tenant that there has been Confirmation of Booking. 1.6 Occupants means all the persons, including the Tenant, staying over-¬?night in the premises during the occupation Period. 1.7 Rental Agreement means the document headed Rental Agreement which read with and incorporating the terms and conditions as set out in this document1. 1.8 The Parties means the Owner and the Tenant 2 Rental of the Premises In order to secure the rental of the Premises, the Tenant shall: 2.1 Fax the signed and initialled Rental Agreement to the Agent and then post the original Rental Agreement to the Agent; and 2.2 Electronically transfer the stipulated Deposit, of the full Rental if required in terms of Clause 8.2 below, into the Nominated Bank Account or deposit same by such other manner as agreed with the Agent. 3 Payment of Balance of the Rental 3.1 In order to sustain the rental of the Premises, the Tenant shall electronically transfer the Balance of the Rental into the Nominated Bank Account before and by no later than 42 (forty two) days prior to Occupation Date. Any other form of payment that incurs costs from the bank will be charged to the tenant’s account. This includes cash deposit fees and credit card fees. 3.2 In order to be given Occupation on arrival, the Tenant shall 3.2.1.1 Electronically transfer into the Nominated Bank Account the Refundable Breakage and Security Deposit, 14 (fourteen) days prior to the Occupation Date 3.2.1.2 By prior arrangement with the Agent, the Tenant may affect payment of the Refundable Breakage and Security Deposit at check in prior to Occupation, to either the Agent or the manager of the property, to cover the sum of the Refundable Breakage and Security Deposit. This shall be done by freezing such amount on the Tenants Visa or Master Card giving a card imprint in favour of the Agent, and signing an agreement which includes giving notice to the Tenant’s Credit Card Bank of the possible debit. 3.3 The owner reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking should the balance not be paid by the Due Date and to levy Cancellation Charges as detailed in Clause 5.3 below. 4 Changes to Rental 4.1 Should the Tenant request minor changes to the Rental Agreement, in writing, 42 (forty two) or more days prior to Occupation, the Agent together with the Owner shall, in their sole discretion, and where reasonably possible, accommodate the requested changes. 4.2 The Agent shall be entitled to charge an amount of R300.00 (Three Hundred Rand) in respect of each change to the rental Agreement. 4.3 Name changes of the Tenant may be treated as a cancellation and shall be subject to Cancellation Charges. 4.4 Should a Tenant choose to modify their holiday arrangements after commencement of the holiday, i.e. change of accommodation, or the duration of stay, they shall be deemed to have breached this Agreement and the Owner shall not accept any liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or additional expenses incurred by the Tenant for any changes referred to in Clause 4.4 above and no refunds for unused services or arrangements shall be made payable or available to the Tenant. 5 Cancellation of Holidays by Tenant 5.1 Any requests for changes to or cancellation of the Rental Agreement shall not be accepted if made verbally and must be reduced to writing and addressed to the Agent directly for the attention of the Owner and delivered by secure E-¬?Email, Registered Post or by Fax, by the person who signed the Rental Agreement. 5.2 Cancellations shall only become effective upon the receipt of the written notification by the Agent. 5.3 The Tenant shall by liable for Cancellation Charges as follows: Days before Arrival Forfeiture / Loss 45 - 62 Days 75% of Rental 28 - 41 Days 80% of Rental Less than 28 Days 100% of Rental 5.4 A refund shall only be considered in the event that the Agent has been able to re-¬?let the accommodation. In any event 30% (thirty) Percent of the total accommodation charge as per the Rental Agreement shall be levied as a cancellation fee, regardless. 5.5 Tenants are advised to take out holiday insurance covering the Tenant’s own liability and cancellation / curtailment risk for any reason. 5.6 Some properties may be subject to Cancellation Charges which differ from these detailed above and Tenants shall be advised at the time of booking of any difference. 5.7 In the event of a cancellation charge arising, the amount due must be paid by the Tenant within 7 (seven) days of the charge arising, notwithstanding the fact that any charges may be covered by his / her insurance policy. 6 Cancellation by the Owner The Owner reserves the right to cancel this Rental Agreement under the following circumstances: 6.1 If the premises are rendered unsuitable by Force Majeure, including but not limited to fire, flood, or act of God, then in such case the Agent shall make every effort to find an alternate booking arrangement of a similar standard, if available, or the Owner shall repay to the Agent on demand the pro rata portion of the Rental in relation to the Occupation Period during which the Tenant is not able to occupy and enjoy the reasonable usage of the Premises. 6.2 If, at the Due Date, the Tenant has failed to pay the balance of the Rental due and remains in default despite the Agent giving 48 (forty eight) hours notice to rectify the omission, then the Owner shall be entitled to cancel this Agreement, in which case the Cancellation Charges as described in Clause 5 above shall be applicable. 6.3 If, before or during the Occupation Period, the Owner should cancel this Agreement or the Tenant should cancel the reservation Agreement as a result of a breach of any of the terms of the Agreements by the Owner, the Agent shall reimburse a pro rata portion of the Rental for the period that the Tenant did not occupy the Premises. In the case of the funds already having been transferred into the Owners account, the Agent will make every effort to ensure that the Owner will transfer these funds either into the Agent’s account or directly into the Tenants bank account. The Agent will not be held liable for funds already transferred in good faith through to the Owners account. The Agent may at his discretion reimburse the Tenant the commission claimed. 6.4 Provided that the Owner complies with rental conditions in Clause 6.1 and 6.2 above, the Owner shall not be liable for any breach of this agreement and any claim that may arise or result from any inconvenience suffered by the Tenant. 7 Death, Personal Injury or Loss of Property 7.1 Neither the Tenant, Occupants or their guests shall have any claim against the Agent, Owner, any of its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, or consultants for any loss, damage or injury which the Tenant or any other person whatsoever may directly, or indirectly suffer by reason of any latent or patent defects in the premises or building, or fire in the premises of building, or failure in the supply of water, electric light, power or gas arising from any cause whatsoever, or theft from the premises of by reason of the premises or any part thereof being in a defective condition or state of disrepair of any particular repair not being affected by the Owner timeously or at all, or arising out of viz major or “causus fortuitous” or any other cause either wholly or partly beyond the Owner’s control, or arising out of any act or omission by any other tenant of the building. 7.2 Most Villas have dangers such as swimming pools, dry stone walls, steep staircases, unfenced drops etc, so the occupants and guests to the premises must take care. All swimming pool usage is at the Tenants and Occupants’ own risk. Children must always be supervised by adults 7.3 The Tenant and his party must provide their own comprehensive travel, medical and other insurance which must be in force for the whole rental period. 7.4 The Tenant and Occupants shall accept full responsibility for any accidents caused by or arising out of their own negligence, misuse of property or failure to comply with applicable statutes and regulations. Equally, no claims of any sort shall be entertained by the Owner or Agent in the event of incidents occurring whilst Occupants or guests are under the influence of alcohol or any drugs, whether therapeutic or not. 8 Occupancy 8.1 The Premises shall be available from 14:00 hours on the first day of the Occupation period. 8.2 Occupants and any guests are to leave the premises before 10:00 hours on the Termination Date, failing which the Owner has the right to charge the Tenant for an extra day (or longer where applicable). 8.3 The Tenant shall notify the Agent within 2 (two) days after the Occupation date, of any defect in the premises or the absence of any item on the inventory, failing which the Tenant shall be deemed to have acknowledged that the premises were received in good order. The Owner, through the Agent, will arrange for rectification within 48 (forty eight) hours, or such other period as arranged with the Tenant. 8.4 The Tenant shall advise the Agent in advanced, or at the time, of any increase in the number of occupants and/or guests above the Occupancy limit for the Premises, at any time during the Occupation period. The Agent shall confer with the Owner for consent for the additional guest/s and if granted the Tenant shall be invoiced at the daily occupancy rate for such personage, for payment 8.5 If the Owner’s consent is not given for the additional guest/s, then having the additional guest stay overnight will constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall allow the Agent and/or Owner to immediately cancel this agreement and evict the Tenant and Occupants, with no refund of any amounts already paid. 8.6 The Tenant may not sublet the whole of any part of the Premises to any third party, nor may the Tenant cede and/or delegate any of his obligations under the Agreement. 8.7 The Occupants shall not do anything which could damage the premises or render any insurance policy in respect of the Premises void or voidable. 8.8 Should the Occupants or guests break or lose anything belonging to that of the Owners, they are to advise the Agent immediately in order for the Agent to arrange for replacement, or repair, to the highest standards, which Owners expect. The Occupants should under no circumstances attempt to rectify the problem themselves. 8.9 The Occupants shall comply with the rules of the Body Corporate (if applicable). 8.10 The Occupants shall not cause any noise or nuisance which would in any way disturb the quiet and peaceful occupation of his/her neighbors. 8.11 The Occupants agree that Fireworks and other hazardous materials shall not be used in or around the property. 8.12 The Occupants shall see to their own security whilst occupying the Premises by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc. when it’s prudent to do so. 8.13 The Occupants may not make any alterations or additions to the Premises, nor affix anything to the walls of the premises. 8.14 The Occupants shall only use the premises for residential accommodation purposes and the parking places only for parking of motorcar/s. 8.15 Not place or hang out any articles of washing, clothing or household linen on any window, stoep, balcony or on the outside of the leased Premises other than the place set aside for the purpose. 8.16 The Occupants shall ensure that the refuse does not remain on or outside the premises save in the place provided. 8.17 The Tenant shall keep and maintain the interior of the Premises clean and in good order and condition. 8.18 In order to retain highest standards, no pets shall be allowed. 8.19 The Tenant shall allow the Agent permission to enter the Premises at any reasonable time on 24 (twenty four) hours notice, to inspect the same in order to view the condition and state of repair thereof. 8.20 The keys are the responsibility of the Tenant; no copies may be made and they shall all be left with the Agent on departure. Otherwise the Owner shall be entitled to charge the Tenant R50.00 per key lost. 9 On the Termination date, the Tenant shall: 9.1 Return and deliver the Premises in good order and condition to the Agent (fair wear and tear accepted) 9.2 Settle the telephone account for all calls between the telephone meter readings as at the Occupation Date and as at the Termination Date; and 9.3 Settle the costs of any additional services requested by the Tenant and provided by the Owner and/or Agent. 9.4 Should the Tenant wish to extend the Occupation Period, and subject to the Premises being available, this could be arranged with the Agent for an agreed additional Rental. Such additional Rental shall also be required to be paid in advance. 10 Occupant Behavior 10.1 The Occupants are required to behave in a manner that is considerate to others. Disruptive behavior caused by loud music and/or late night or early morning rowdiness shall not be tolerated. 10.2 Should the Occupants cause unreasonable annoyance, noise, distress, damage, crime or danger, the Owner has the right to immediately terminate this Agreement and evict the Tenant, Occupants and his/her party. 10.3 No Parties or functions such as weddings are allowed without the Owner’s prior written consent. 11 Breakage and Security Deposit 11.1 The tenant undertakes and agrees to sign documentation required by the Agent in order to freeze the breakage and Security Deposit per Clause 3.2.2 above. 11.2 Upon the expiry or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Agent shall be entitled to debit the credit card with the Breakages and Security Deposit in the event that any amount is owing by the Tenant to the Owner, for payment of any unpaid accounts, costs for services rendered to the Occupants at the premises, for repairs, maintenance and/or replacement of broken or missing items at the Premises. These costs shall include any bank charges or credit card commissions incurred. 11.3 The Tenant may not under any circumstances whatsoever set-off monies owing by him under this Agreement, against the Breakages and Security Deposit. 11.4 The balance, of Breakages and Security Deposit, which remains after fulfillment of Clause 11.2 above shall be refunded to the Tenant after all the work and attendance involved, if any, has been completed, which could reasonably be expected within 2 (two) months of the Termination Date unless the necessary repairs or replacement of broken/missing items take longer than this period to rectify. 12 Owner’s Duties, Rights and Obligations 12.1 The Owner Undertakes at his/her own cost and for the duration of the Occupation Period, to:-¬? 12.1.1.1 Ensure that the premises are clean, in good order and condition and suitable to be let as executive accommodation. 12.1.1.2 Ensure that the Premises (including all contents therein) are adequately insured against damage, destruction and/or any loss which the Owner may suffer as a result of theft or break-¬?in and/or fire, during the Occupation Period. The Insurance should include coverage for Public Liability, SASRIA and malicious damage. 12.1.1.3 Ensure that the Premises is let with all the furnishings, fittings, appliances, equipment and amenities represented by the Owner as being in or forming part of the Premises; 12.1.1.4 Provide a housekeeping service not less than 1 (once) times a week on Business Days only.     The SpaceThis Beach Villa - this property is situated directly on Glen Beach. (The small enclave nestled between Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches) Paradise at its best. The open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room open out onto a large decked pool area. Your beach gate leads right onto the beach. Uninterrupted sea views. Glen Beach is uniquely situated with only 15 beach homes. We are within walking distance to the local restaurant strip. The Main House section has 4 bedrooms and can sleep 8. Our restaurants are fast entering the top eatery international lists. The villas are primely situated within walking distance to the beach and our local "restaurant strip". Getting AroundIf you want to relax and soak up the sun, walking within the Camps Bay area is easy. Should you wish to explore all Cape Towns other beautiful spots, we recommend to hire a car.     The SpaceWith uninterrupted views of magnificent Clifton beach (one of the 10 best {blue} beaches in the world), private garden, open plan living areas and accommodation for 8 people, this is a sea-side holiday paradise. Built on 2 levels, the upper area has the open living, dining, fully-equipped kitchen area and the deck which overlooks the beach. The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also on the upper level and leads onto the deck. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. All the bedrooms on this level lead to a private courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with every mod-con appliance and the dining /lounge/deck area comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Interaction with GuestsThere is a house-keeper on site who will attend to your needs and who services the villa Monday to Friday. Other Things to NoteTo get to the house and beach one has to either access from the main coastal road or from the beach car park. There are steps but almost anyone will manage with ease. Parking is either up on the main road or at the beach parking area. Laundry and ironing is offered at ZAR 100 per load. BBQ facilities, T/dryer, D/washer and W/machine all on site.

Getting Around The Space Situated in the photogenic up-market area on the Atlantic sea board and overlooking: Atlantic Ocean, twelve apostles, Lion’s head and Table Mountain. The Castle has five luxury in-suit rooms with King Size beds. A Garden with swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms. A spacious lounge with state of the art sound system. The Castle also includes a Library, Study and a Wine Cellar. The setting of the castle makes it so unique, its on the foot hills of Lion's Head mountain with a 180 view of the Atlantic ocean and the Twelve Apostles mountain. Guest Access Guests will have access to everything the castle has to offer, the pool, gardens, steam room, sauna. Interaction with Guests The rate includes a private concierge service, cleaning staff and up-keep. A private driver could be arranged for an additional fee. The Neighborhood Clifton is well known for its beaches, but what I love about Clifton is that it is very secluded but 10 mins away from the city. I feel it is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what Cape Town has to offer. Getting around The most convenient transport is Uber or cab's that come up to fetch you from the house. Otherwise the closest mycitybus stop is on Kloof road in Sea Point (25 minuets walk) and the nearest CitySightseeing bus is at the President hotel (30 minuets walk). With an added fee we offer a personal shuttle service for our guests.

    The SpaceNewly furnished, romantic and rustic chic, this energetic 3 bed, 3 bath bungalow is on Clifton's 4th Beach, one of the best world beaches. Situated 3min walk to the sea, 8min walk to Camps Bay, 5min drive to town. Wifi, safe, all mod cons Guest Access3 minute walk to the sea. 8 minute walk to Camps Bay Beach and restaurants. Fast wifi, linen, towels, kitchen, tv, dstv, music, BBQ, garden, 10 minute drive to CBD & Table Mountain. Interaction with GuestsWhatever is required. The NeighborhoodClifton is a paradise, yet the mountain and city are just a short taxi ride away. While Camps Bay is blowing a gale, Clifton wont even have a breeze. Getting AroundThe bungalow entrance is off the main road, so no trekking down 100+ steps. MyCity busstop and Taxis are moments away. Other Things to NoteOne of the few bungalows with access directly off the main road, saving aggravation of trekking up and down 100+ steps daily. Pick-up can be arranged from the airport - Pay driver R1200 directly I have a local car hire firm who can deliver a VW Polo to you at the bungalow - Rates are around R250pd, ask and I'll arrange or put you in touch - you pay them directly. Both the pick-up and car hire are conveniences for you, I do not profit from this.

    The SpaceThe apartment is on the beach side of the road so you have direct beach access from the apartment building. A short walk (and a lift down a couple of floors) from the apartment, right on to the sand of beautiful First Beach. Although we might not have a beach view, you can hear the waves crashing onto the shore from our apartment. What a wonderful sound to fall asleep and wake up to. Please note that the apartment itself does NOT have an ocean view. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining area, and bedroom (with queen sized bed), all with views of the quiet tropical garden, and an en-suite bathroom. The apartment offers 24-hour on-site security, with a secure parking bay on the roof for complete peace of mind. No trying to find a parking space, when you should be relaxing. If you stay with us during Summer, you'll really appreciate this 'luxury' when you see people driving around and around looking for somewhere to park. There is free fibre backed WiFi internet, a flat screen TV, Apple TV with Netflix (watch Movies, Series, Documentaries etc on demand) for those times when you just feel like staying inside and relaxing. There is an aircon / heating installed to help keep you cool during our hot Cape Town summers and warm during our cold winter nights. Guest AccessOur apartment building has direct access to Clifton First Beach which is a short elevator/lift ride down to the ground floor and a few steps and you're on the beach. Access to this is secure and a security fob is needed to access both the gate and the building door. There is an outside shower, and an inside shower room right at the gate to the beach for rinsing off after a swim or day spent lounging in the sun. After that we welcome you to relax and enjoy yourself. Someone will come and meet you for the check-out to collect the keys from you. The NeighborhoodClifton is the most exclusive suburb on the seaboard, situated between Camps Bay and Sea Point. Cape Town’s famous Table Mountain forms the backdrop with the beaches in the foreground. Nearby, Camps Bay offers many pavement cafés and restaurants offering everything from pizza to crayfish, where guests can sip exotic cocktails while watching breath-taking sunsets. And it’s less than 5 minutes away by car, or take an afternoon stroll with panoramic views of the 12 Apostles and the side of Table Mountain, and the sea. We are also only a 10 minute drive to the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Convention Centre, Central Business District and both major highways. The closest grocery store is in Camps Bay. Its a Pick 'n Pay on the Promenade and you'll be able to get all your basics there. It is a relatively small one so if you're looking for something bigger, there's a Getting AroundThere is a secure private parking bay for 1 vehicle, which can be used by guests while staying in the apartment. So if you plan on exploring Cape Town and the surrounding areas, it would be advisable to hire a car for the duration of your visit. There are various taxi companies working in the area but we would suggest registering with Uber for the quickest, easiest way around town. Register with Uber, use this code mattheww252 and receive R150 off your first Uber ride. There is a very efficient MyCiti bus service which runs right past the apartment allowing for ease of access to various spots throughout the city such as The V&A Waterfront, Cape Town CBD and Green Point Stadium. Have a look at their website to see the routes that it runs and see how to get a card. Other Things to NoteLate check outs are available, if possible, and are charged at 50% of the day rate. The apartment is not serviced. If you stay for more than 7 days, I will come in on day 7 to do a linen and towel change and a quick tidy up while you are out experiencing Cape Town. If you would like the apartment to be cleaned more frequently, a cleaning service can be organised to come as often as you wish but please note that you will be charged for this service. We have a beach umbrella, picnic bag and cooler box for guests to use for your days relaxing on the beach. If lying on the beach and soaking up the sunshine isn't your thing, then we also have beach bats and ball, a frisbee and 2 boogie boards for guests to use. These are obviously used at your own risk. We believe in recycling and the building has trash and recycling bins on each floor. The recycling bins on our floor are on the landing near the stairs. We encourage all guests to separate their trash and recycle what they can. We also have reusable shopping bags available for guests to use when going grocery shopping.
