The SpaceAlthough this space is technically "shared," it will practically operate as a private room, as we can enter the house through the back door and give you as much privacy as you'd like. Between the bright colors, comfortable bedding and cozy fireplace, you'll feel at ease in your own little oasis. You'll also have shelves and hangers to store your clothes and quick access to our restroom only a few steps away. You'll also have a personal fan to keep you cool and access to a myriad of entertainment options; Namely, Netflix and video games, an assortment of books/magazines and wifi internet. Guest AccessYou're free to enjoy the entirety of our five-room cozy dwelling, with the exception of the basement and bedroom upstairs. Our bathroom is only a short walk from your space. Our kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to complete a gourmet dinner. A dreamy dining room, with strung bistro lighting is yours to gather around the table. You can also use the large cherry wood table as a bright work space to spread out your work and use your laptop. Your Moroccan-themed living room is perfect for relaxing by the fireplace, cozying up with a good book, or enjoying Netflix.
You'll have your own key to enter at your leisure. Please remember to lock the door after yourself. Your key can be left in the jar inside the front door when you check out if we don't have the pleasure of personally meeting with you upon departure. Interaction with GuestsWe are happy to meet you upon arrival and give you a set of keys, and a brief tour. Of course we'd love to get to know you if you feel up for a conversation, as well as suggest local recreational and eatery options. Our home becomes yours for the duration of your stay and if we happen to be out during the evening, we can be reached anytime by text or call in the case of an emergency. If we're home, we're typically in the kitchen and we invite you to join us in preparing and/or eating dinner. You'll probably also interact with our cat Jasper, as he's very affectionate and curious about guests. He can be sprayed with a water bottle if you don't prefer his company.
