The SpaceWELCOME to my cosy, lush and quiet abode conveniently located close to the Airport, City, Shopping Complex and Parks. Very quiet street with room for friends, private retreats, parties, functions, home base, receptions, yoga classes or catch ups. I can fit 16 guests but just keep in mind that it is a small house and will be a tight squeeze. But sometimes its more important to have everyone in the one house. Everything is provided for you, from made beds, blankets, towels, free WiFi, shampoo, soap, washing detergent for clothes, hair dryer, baby cribs, kitchen utensils, BBQ, TV, DVD player and more:) There house has recently been renovated and installed 2 BRAND NEW BATHROOMS with new showers and toilets. There is also a 3rd outdoor shower for the daring & adventurous:) The house is in a very private cul de sac with minimal traffic and easily a lovely place to kick back and relax. Only an 8 minute taxi to airport and 10 min drive to city. Can park up to 4 cars in the drive way. Can lock the front gate so children can play without escaping:) I'm very easy going, live close by and happy to assist with whatever you may need so just email me. Guest AccessGuests will be sent an email two days prior to arrival with a detailed description on where to find the lock box with house keys inside, detailed pictures and instructions on Entry, WiFi and other small handy details. The front gate is latched and you just need to place your hand over the gate and unlatch the lock. Interaction with GuestsI'm flexible and attentive and enjoy helping if anyone needs further information on how to go about finding tours to the Swan Valley Wine Region, South Margaret River or Kings Park and Perth's beaches. I do not live in the house so its all yours however I am close by and all I ask is for my house to be respected and treated as if it were your own. My main method of communication is via email. Getting Around5 minute taxi from the Perth Domestic Airport & 10 minutes to International Airport. Several bus routes including the 98-99 CircleRoute and the 37-39 bus routes travel through Cloverdale. The nearest train stations linked by bus to Belmont are Carlisle (288) and Oats Street (98-99). Other Things to NoteStrictly no smoking indoors and put your cigarette buts in the bins or the watering cans provided outside. Also due to the turn around frame for my cleaner, you may notice that there will be some sheets/linen drying on occasion so if you wouldn't mind, please take them down and put them in the linen closet :) Unfortunately as we don't live in a perfectly safe world, I will only consider guests that have 2 points of verification up on display. So if you don't have these already up on your profile I won't respond to your inquiry as it is a simple and honest request. As stated above, I would prefer to communicate via email only.

Enjoy after work drinks in the recently refurbished Lounge Bar, a relaxed lunch on the deck with river views or a romantic dinner in the Conservatory area. The SpaceThe Hideaway is exactly that... a hideaway! The city is only ten minutes drive, and the airport is mere minutes away. However on arrival you will, no doubt notice the peace and quiet of this area. The planes take off in a different direction so you will rarely hear them! When you arrive at our place, you have your own space to retreat and relax. The Hideaway is entirely separate to our home, with its own separate entry and private facilities. You will have a small kitchenette (including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster) and dining facilities. There are always some cereals on hand for breakfast. Private ensure bathroom. Towels are provided! There is a wardrobe with hangers and floor to ceiling mirrors. The bed is so comfortable (read the reviews-everyone loves it) and at queen size should be plenty of room for our guests to have an uninterrupted blissful sleep! Guest AccessDuring your stay at the Hideaway you will have access to your own private room and bathroom. The Hideaway has been recently renovated from top to bottom, for the purpose of welcoming travellers during their stay in Perth. Having used Air BnB ourselves during our travels we noted what was most important to us whilst we were on the road and endeavoured to ensure they would be a part of The Hideaway. This includes a guest manual, Flat screen TV, Full sized wardrobe with storage, Heating and cooling and a kitchenette which includes a bar sized fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster and a dining table. Guests are welcome to arrange to use our washing machine should they need to do any laundry during their stay. There is parking available on the grass outside of our Front yard. Interaction with GuestsThe Hideaway is entirely separate to our house, so if an uninterrupted retreat is your priority, then this space is perfect for you. However we will always extend a welcome to a shared barbecue wherever possible. Other Things to NoteWe have a universal power adaptor which should fit most electrical appliances, so you can bring along your hairdryer/straightener without any worries! Please just let us know and we will leave it out for you! Please note the following house rules: Be kind to the house, Be kind to the neighbours. Strictly no smoking. The Hideaway is not suitable for more than two guests. It is not suitable for children. Please take advantage of our many local pubs and cafes for any entertaining you wish to do.

You also have access to the rest of the house e.g. kitchen, living room, outdoor area etc, laundry etc. Guest AccessFamily size car (Hyundai ix35) automatic is available for hire - subject to availability. This car can fit 5 adults (including driver) comfortable. A lot of room for luggages. Car will be available at the property. The driver needs to show a valid driver's licence. Security deposit of $300 cash is to be paid in advance, which is refundable if the car is brought back in its original condition. Daily hire of $40 per day (not including fuel) to be paid by cash in advance for the total usage. Driver is responsible to pay any fines including parking, speeding etc. Fuel must be filled up to full tank when returning the vehicle. Please let me know in advance if you would like to hire a car. I am managing it on their behalf. I live in the next door suburb to this property, I will greet you upon arrival to handover keys and show you around the house and happy to assist in anyway I can during your stay between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. If you need to check in and out outside those hours, please let me know in advance when you book the accommodation, so I can organise alternative arrangement. Getting Around5 mins drive (3.5 km) to domestic airport and 10 mins drive (10km) to international airport. Whilst it is close to the airport, you won't hear the 'airport noise'. Perth City is 15 mins by car or you can catch no. 39 bus, the bus stop is 2 mins walk from the house - it can take 30 mins on the bus in busy period to go to the city, The nearest convenient shop is 10 mins walk. The nearest supermarket, takeaway and restaurant is 15 mins walk or 10 mins by bus (no. 39). The nearest shopping centre, public swimming pool, gym and cinema is also 10 mins by bus.
