Our Farm in Exeter is set in 55 acres of glorious East Devon Countryside situated to the East of the historic Roman Cathedral City of Exeter, famed for the Exeter Festival and underground passages. We are only ten minutes from Junction 30 off the M5. An ideal location to explore Dartmoor, the Jurassic Coast and Topsham which is set on the idyllic Exe Estuary, a magnet for boating enthusiasts and bird watchers alike. However, make sure you have enough time to browse the designer shops and antiques emporium on the quay. Great location for touring Cornwall, Lands End only 1.45 hours away. Eden Project just over an hour. All rooms have complimentary toiletries. Large supermarket only 10 minutes away. A very tranquil, peaceful location. Reviewed on the Trip Advisor. Restored to traditional pastures and meadows — deer, badger, fox and many native birds, including resident families of buzzards, sparrow hawk and kestrel delightfully grace us with their presence — a paradise in the busy world that we all live in, we defy anyone who visits not to leave our farm feeling restored in their faith of all ‘good things' and that the English Countryside truly is a National Treasure. Enjoy!

We live in a barn conversion with country views in a quiet rustic lane. Its just two minutes from M5 junction 30. Its a peaceful location, but close to everything . This is a quiet informal and comfortable home. No children living here these days - just a happy little terrier and a few hens. Plenty of parking. Our double room, available from £25 a night, has a very comfortable 4ft 6 bed, excellent wifi, TV, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. The 2nd bathroom (for which you have priority) is opposite your bedroom.
