The fully furnished 5,000 square foot main home can sleep up to 14 in its grand master suite, luxurious guest suite, and large bunkroom suite, not to mention the additional full bath and half bath on the main level. This dream-come-true vacation home boasts a total of 4 fireplaces; two wood-burning inside, one outside on the patio, and a gas fireplace in the master suite.

Laclede is located in Bonner County, Idaho approximately 70 miles from the Spokane Washington International Airport, 54 miles north of Coeur d’Alene, and 14 miles southwest of Sandpoint. The property is located less than half a mile south of US Highway 2 on Campbell Homestead Road.
The metropolitan attractions and amenities of Spokane, the second largest city in Washington are less than 90 minutes away (63 miles) and the Canadian border is approximately 75 miles due north. Other Things to NoteBonner County
Bonner County spans the entire width of Idaho's panhandle from Montana to Washington. With Kootenai County to the south and Boundary County to the north, Bonner County is a combination of towering mountains (as high as 7,000 feet) and rich, lush river valleys. The sharp-peaked Cabinet Mountains lie to the east and the beautiful Selkirk Mountains dominate the western part of the county.
Water is another dominant feature of Bonner County. Lake Pend Oreille (pon’-duh-ray), the largest lake in Idaho and fifth-deepest in America (1158 feet) lies in the center of the county and Priest Lake lies in the northwest corner. Three major rivers traverse Bonner County. The Clark Fork drains into Lake Pend Oreille from the east and the Pend Oreille flows out to the west. Priest River drains Priest Lake and flows into the waters of the Pend Oreille River.
The destination resort town of Sandpoint (population 6,000) is just 14 miles to the northeast by boat or by car. Fishing and Hunting
Northern Idaho is an angler’s paradise. One-third of all state record fish are caught in this region. The world record rainbow trout (37 pounds) was caught in Lake Pend Oreille. The state record northern pike (38 pounds) and Chinook salmon (42 pounds) came from Lake Coeur d’Alene while a lake trout exceeding 57 pounds was caught in Priest Lake. Idaho is the only inland western state with ocean-run salmon and steelhead.
With more forestland than any other state in the lower 48 states (21.6 million acres), Idaho offers world-class hunting experiences. Big game hunts include elk, moose, mule and white-tailed deer, mountain lion, black bear, wolf, and bighorn sheep. Upland game bird hunts for grouse, quail, and wild turkey, are common while the most popular waterfowl hunts are for ducks and Canadian geese.
