Buses to CBD and other parts of Coffs. Other Things to NoteMaximum of two people in the room - this can be two adults, or an adult and a child. Children are welcome! The dog is an elderly fellow who spends his days outside in the garden. The guest section of the house is totally dog free.

The SpaceThree large rooms and lots of screened windows. . The lounge room has a couch, double sofa bed, tables and chairs. There is an alcoved area that houses the kitchen space which has a microwave, fridge, toaster and a kettle. There is a double burner gas barbecue right outside your door with pots and pans so it can be utilized just like a stove. The bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. The bathroom is bright and airy and beautifully tiled . Shower, basin, antique brass fittings and a washing machine. High ceilings and hardwood timber floors. French doors lead out onto a timber veranda with a table and chairs, the barbecue, a day bed and comfy seating. Lots of sunshine, trees and birds. Attached to home but separate entrance. There are 10 steps up to your entrance. If there is difficulty with the steps an alternative access can be arranged (with 2 steps) with prior notice. Guest AccessSleeping for 4 (king size bed sleeps 2 and the sofa bed also sleeps 2) . Your own bathroom with shower and toilet. A large lounge room with the sofa couch, lounge and kitchen area. A kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, cutlery, crockery, television , sheets , towels, doona, heater, fan and washing machine. There is a barbecue on back veranda which is accessed through the French doors in the lounge room. Parking available down the side of the home and possible in the car port. Large grassy back yard. Own entrance and private. Come and go as you please. The tea, coffee, milk and goodies in the cupboard and fridge are complimentary so go ahead and prepare yourself a continental breakfast (juice, coffee, tea, water ,muffins, butter, jam, honey, vegemite) plus muesli , Wheatbix, yogurt and fresh fruit. Interaction with GuestsDepending on when you arrive I may be available to greet you. If not we will make prior arrangements for the key and we can catch up later. Do your own thing however if I am home we might cross paths on the back veranda. The NeighborhoodQuiet and welcoming. High ceilings, lots of character and spacious. Our home is nearly 100 years old which means we are situated in a well established residential precinct, close to the town centre. There is a supermarket down the road which can be reached by strolling through the park.There is a wonderful children's playground just down the road. Open the French doors in the morning and let the sun stream into your lounge room or move out onto the veranda for breakfast. Enjoy a barbecue, perhaps an afternoon snooze on the day bed or recline in a comfy arm chair. The home has a warm and welcoming ambience. Getting AroundEverything is close by. Short stroll to the supermarket, CBD, restaurants, Ex Services club and multi- destination bus stops. Beach 5 mins by car and walkable distance if you enjoy a stroll along a creek walk for a few kilometres and have the time. The bicycle track is close by. Airport and railway 5 mins by car or taxi. Hospital and university 5 mins by car. The Marina and Jetty Restaurant Strip are about 4-5 mins by car. The Botanical gardens, the Bunker Art Gallery, the Race Course and the Golf Course are all close by. It may be possible to pick you up from the airport, train or bus station if I am available and know your arrival times. Other Things to NoteChildren are of course welcome. There are stairs however there is a small gate that can close off the veranda from the stairs. You can bring your dog or cat to stay at no extra charge. Dogs or cats are welcome and can sleep on the veranda or in the kennel. I do ask that you bring your dogs bedding and that you refrain from having your dog inside the flat. The backyard is fully fenced and should be dog proof however no responsibility will be taken for dogs or cats left unattended . The kennels are big and lockable. You will need to clean up your dog waste please.

It is in a quiet location but very close to shops, Restaurants, Hotel, Marina, Jetty, Beaches & Tourist Attractions: Dolphin Marine Magic and BIG Banana. The NeighborhoodWe have a lovely home 4 minutes to Beaches via car. 2 minutes to Town CBD Shopping centre or Park beach plaza which is about about 5 minutes from our house. Also 3 minutes to cafe's ,coffee Shops and lovely eateries. We are down the street from the Coffs Harbour Golf Course, and 3 minutes from the International CEX Sports Stadium. The SpaceCoffs Jetty BnB, purpose built in 2011 is perfectly located in the centre of the Jetty Area in a quiet, secluded position a few minutes walk to restaurants, beaches and tourist attractions. There are 2 individual rooms each having very comfortable queen beds, their own modern ensuites, walk in robes, ceiling fans, reverse cycle air, flat screen TV, microwave, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Free wifi is available. Tariff includes buffet continental breakfast. The 2 rooms are located on the 1st floor, very spacious. They have access to a fridge and the large balcony that spans the eastern side of the property. Coffs Jetty BnB is located so you can leave the car and walk to Restraurants, beaches, parks and tourist attractions. Guest AccessGuests have access to the 1st floor balcony and during breakfast our living area and breakfast balcony. Interaction with GuestsWe interact with Guests as much or as little as the Guest is happy with. We are 1/2 hour drive from the delightfully individual townships of Bellingen, Woolgoolga, and Nambucca Heads. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with minimal traffic and abundant street parking. Getting AroundIt is a short walk from the Coffs Harbour Coach stop, and a 5 minute drive to our rail station and airport. City centre offers bus services to all areas. Single car space provided in garage. Other Things to NoteAs mentioned above, the 3 level house is subdivided into two types of accommodation. With the Studio located at the lower level, guests may experience some foot noise should the House be occupied.

Coffs Harbour is nature's paradise with a small town feel but all the shops, restaurants and services you would expect from a city. Over 20 beaches to choose from. You can even see that stars on a clear night! Getting AroundBus stop at the end of the street. Shops and restaurants are 15 minutes walk away. Maximum ten minute drive to anywhere in Coffs. The SpaceWhat makes this self-catered apartment special is its quietness and privacy. Perfect for relaxing. You overlook the racecourse, mountains, coast, trees and shrubs, and you feel you are in the timeless beauty of the Aussie bush. Yet you are right in the heart of all the action; the local and tourist attractions of Coffs town and the Jetty Beach. When you arrive, you walk down your private path banked by shrubs and trees to the apartment with the red door. You enter the lounge/kitchen with its sofas, coffee table, fridge, cooker, toaster, jug, microwave etc. You continue through the space passing a shower stall on your left and a toilet room on your right. Finally you come to the bedroom. Here are the queen bed that guests all agree is comfy, a chrome clothing rack, a modern wardrobe, bed side tables, bookshelves and the Smart TV. You wander outside to look at the view - especially those mountains in the distance. Here is the undercover porch with its outdoor eating area, claw foot bathtub and storage. Your hardest decision is now where to sit down and relax first! The apartment has a 24 hour booking policy. This means that whatever time you check in, your booking revolves around 24 hours from that time. For example, say you booked in at 5pm one night, your checkout time would be 5pm on the day you leave. (Of course if you booked in at 6am you wouldn't have to check out then!!! Only at 2pm). In an emergency they can call me any time. The NeighborhoodI'm blessed to live in paradise and that's why I want to share it with my guests. What do I love about the Jetty? The stunning beaches, the "Jetty Strip" of restaurants and coffee shops, the cleanliness, the friendly people. I love watching the horses at the racecourse, and the variety of planes and helicopters taking off from the airport. It's fun cycling along the 13 km bike path to Toormina past the lake and the university. Treasure Island, the small local shopping centre contains a gym, a butcher, an IGA, a boutique fish and chip place, a coffee shop and quite a few other shops. Having your morning coffee down at one of the Jetty's excellent cafes, eating a yummy lunch straight after a swim at the beach - that makes being here a pleasure. Walking along the Jetty beach breathing the fresh sea air, that's exhilarating. Dining at one of the Jetty's sophisticated restaurants or getting some take-home dinner adds to the abundant and happy feeling in the air. These are some things that make the Jetty great: The views from heaven, the ease of getting around, the bike paths, the recreational options which include: swimming, diving, fishing, whale watching, sky diving, bush walking, rainforest walks, surfing, snorkelling, the Pet Porpoise Pool, and much more. The proximity to Coffs township means that one can walk there and access the large range of "city" shops, services, restaurants and coffee shops with ease. I think my guests should experience as much of all this as they want, but sometimes too, they might just want to lay around in bed all day and rest, gazing at the mountains in the distance, or having a well-earned sleep. Getting AroundThe apartment is right on a bus route which goes to town and to the beach. Most things are within walking distance. The beach is approximately 800 metres away from the apartment. Other Things to NoteParking is on the street, and happily there is plenty of it. Pull up into the driveway to make unpacking easy, though.

We provide a fishing rod and some bait, many enjoyable hours can be spent on our beach. Famous for Jew fish and Taylor. So in effect you can come here and kick back, wander from the pool to the beach to the deck to your apartment with no one to intrude or share your games room, lounge & apartment. We live downstairs. Access to the apartment upstairs is separate. Sapphire Beach is a great beach for walking, fishing, time out or a swim. It part of the Ocean Walk . Country side Nana Glen & Glenreagh is 20 minutes west of us, Coffs City 10km south and Moonee with Hotel and shops is 3km North. Take away is in walking distance as is petrol station and convenience store. Buses run only several times during the day. Taxi is the more reliable method. And hire car the best with no relying of someone else to pick you up. The RSL have a courtesy bus as do the local Moonee Tavern. The SpaceThe house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & study. Upstairs there is a Master bedroom with en suite, spa bath and dressing room; a second bedroom; and study with fold-out double sofa bed. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and upstairs is carpeted. Both bedrooms have decks with views over the Coffs Harbour hinterland. Downstairs there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area with gas stove and hot water. There is a separate sitting room with a wood burning stove. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and laundry. There is also a large entertaining deck with a BBQ and views over the hinterland and landscaped garden. There is a large flat screen TV, sound system, dish washer, micro wave, washing machine and dryer. The house is close to the Jetty Beach which is great for children and less expert swimmers. It is also close to excellent surfing beaches. Also a few minutes walk away are sailing, stand-up paddle boarding and surfing lessons. The Jetty Beach is great for jogging and walking. Nearby there are restaurants, bars, a pub, supermarket, bakery, gym and tennis courts. There are also whale watching, deep sea fishing and white water rafting adventure tours nearby. It is a short drive from the house to a public golf course and the Bonville International Golf Club, as well as the regional shopping centers of Coffs Central and Park Beach Plaza. The Jetty House is unusual because you are in a secluded garden, close to the beach and the busy town center. It is as though you are in a Coffs Coast rain forest hideaway, but next to the beach and a busy regional city. On a still night you can hear the waves break on the shoreline. The house is a short drive to the World Heritage listed Dorrigo Rainforest and the towns of Bellingen, Nambucca Heads and Woolgoolga. The house is fully furnished with sheets and towels. It is available from the second week of December 2014 until mid January 2015; and for various dates in 2015 - see calendar. Heaps of beautiful walks to headlands and beaches. 14 minute walk to 6kilometres of pristine beach. The house is set high in the trees and away from the road, however this makes stairs necessary and there are lots of them. There is no disabled access at this time. Guest AccessFully self contained studio with all you might need for a short getaway. Come and go as you please. There is also a push bike available if you want to have a cycle around our beautiful town. Public transport is close. Interaction with GuestsI live in the main house and am available for anything that I may have missed that would make your stay more enjoyable. I am also only a text message away. The NeighborhoodThe walking paths around my house are beautiful .. everyone staying should try a few of them. Direct access to the harbour and lookout. I share my part of the world with native wildlife and there is a rooster somewhere near that likes to get the sun up. You might also hear horses plus the occassional owl or koala. Getting AroundThe airport is a $12 taxi ride to the house. The railway station is also quite close. There is a car space for guests that have a vehicle. I also have a push bike I don't mind lending to cycle the many tracks around our beautiful town. Other Things to NoteI live next door to a national park which means we have wildlife. There are bugs and spiders around. Lots of birds as well plus horses across the road. If you don't have a car I could possible arrange to collect you - just ask.
