Located 40 miles south of Nashville, there are many sights, golf courses, parks, rivers, and many things to do around the immediate area. We are about 15 miles from the Natchez Trace and near several area wineries, such as Amber Falls Winery, Keg Springs, and Natchez Hills. In nearby Columbia are restaurants and beautiful, historic homes such as the James K. Polk home. On the square (we are the county seat) are charming shops-like the Old Curiosity Book Store, Muletown Roasted Coffee, Variety Record Shop (with old & new vinyl!), Puckett's Grocery, and Square Market & Cafe (the last 3 with live music). Be sure to check out famous Ted's Sporting Goods as well. For those looking for a place to get still, quiet, and shed the stress of life then Armsdale Farm is a perfect place. We do not have cable television by choice but do have wi-fi as well as a smart TV and DVD player. So feel free to bring your DVD's and Netflix password! Your time here will be a reminder of the peace and quiet of rural life.
