The Space"Little living" - the latest rage in tiny houses. This RV is it! It's cozy and has all the conveniences you need, but not over the top that you can't afford to stay a night or two or ten.
The RV/Camper is a Viking made by Coachman and has very cool A/C, heat, water, a full kitchenette with a stocked fridge (water and lite snacks).
It's very new and has only been used a handful of times by us.
The RV stays on our property for this listing. (A separate listing coming soon for portability). There is power provided to the RV, fresh linens, and an assortment of essentials in the kitchen and bath.
Plenty of storage for your travel clothes and quick access to Commerce, Tx with shops for the forgotten items. Guest AccessParking is plentiful and you will have direct access down our drive to park right next to your "home away from home".
For our longer stay guests, arrangements can be made for access to the washer and dryer in the house. The laundry room is a few steps from the RV and through the garage. Interaction with GuestsIf we are available, you may have as little or as much interaction as you would like. We'd be happy to show you around via video tour before you come to visit or in person when you arrive. We will do our best to be available to answer any questions or address any needs during your stay in person or by phone. We will have keys available for you if we are aren't able to greet you when you arrive.
We absolutely love living on our little 6 acre getaway and we'd be more than happy to share locals' tips about the things you can see/do in our area if you let us know what you're into, from favorite museums, state parks, restaurants, and off-the-beaten-path discoveries to the best spots to take in the Texas experience, nosh on delicious local barbecue or spot some deer in the wild.
We can also provide something if you need additional items and it's available (grill, toiletries, etc). The NeighborhoodTexas A&M University - Commerce is very close.

She doesn't play well with other dogs. We have three kids who LOVE to play outside but will also respect your privacy. Please respect ours.
We have free range, grass fed chickens. They will occasionally make messes, but we will keep them in their house prior and during your stay.
If you are into organic, antibiotic free, and very healthy eggs, let us know.
We also have honey bees. They are at the other end of the property and if left alone, you will never have any interactions with them.
If you are into unfiltered, raw, local honey that has not been processed, let us know. We sell both our honey and eggs (seasonal, so if we have stock).
