    I have a beautiful character house located in COMO BEACH, close to the city and well anywhere in Perth. I have a spare bedroom which houses a queen size bed. You will have your own bathroom as well as sharing the living spaces, which include lounge and a massive kitchen. Easy access to public transport and the beautiful Swan River! I have a dog who is adorable of course! My house is a 5-10 minute walk from the local shops and train station and the Swan River. The Zoo is on the same road as my house and there is easy access to public transport to get to all area's of Perth.

    The SpaceThe house is a free standing villa. It has a great living room area and the master bedroom has a super comfortable king size bed with plenty of room. The spare room is a nursery. It is set up with a cot and change table. We have a comfortable spare matters that can be placed in this room if required. Overall, the energy and lighting in the house make it comfortable and cosy. The entire house and a small eating area outside. As much or as little as the guests require. It's quiet, close to a lovely park with an awesome playground. Other Things to NoteThe tv can be turned on by switching on the power switch underneath the right hand side of the monitor. When using the shower please ensure to have the hot water tap turned all the way up so that the heating does not cut out during your shower.

The NeighborhoodComo is an absolutely terrific place to stay! It's close to the city - just a 10 minute drive - yet away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD. Curtin University is only a five minute walk from my home and the Collier Park 18 hole golf course and Perth Lawn Tennis Club are just a few streets away. Como is also close to the Swan and Canning rivers and there are some really nice parks and places to go walking, running, and cycling - or perhaps hire a kayak or a catamaran and get out on the river. There is a lovely coffee shop, beautiful gift shop, plus a convenience store just a few minutes walk away. Nearby attractions include: Curtin & Burswood Outdoor Cinemas, the Swan River & Ferry trips, Kings Park, Perth Zoo, Crown Casino, City, coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and shopping precincts. Getting AroundIt's a 10 minute drive to the city. Public bus transport is available within a 5 minute walk and the Canning train station is just a few kms away - timetables available for your convenience. Both the domestic and international airports are approximately a 20-30 minute drive - depending on the time of day.. Other Things to NoteA light continental breakfast is available to our guests.     The SpaceThe compact house is light and bright within a garden suburb setting. The spaces flow together and all converge on the shaded entertainment courtyard. The fully rennovated space is great in this much sort after central location. BEDROOMS There is a queen sized bed in the master bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The linen is light and colourful to compliment the space and very comfortable with the 500 thread count sheets. A spare blanket is stored in the wardrobe with spare towels for longer stays. The second bedroom has a brand new double bed with complimenting light linen and lovely garden view. A Porta-Cot can be arranged for travel with small children. BATHROOM The bathroom comes off the small hallway and has a seperate shower and toilet (as you would hope and expect!). I provide shampoo and body wash in the shower, with premium Australian hand soap for the vanity. There is also a hairdryer just in case you get caught short before an event! LIVING ROOM The 3 seat sofa and side chair provides an ideal spot to rest and put your feet up after a long day working or seeing the sights. The TV has free to air stations and unlimited WIFI internet is available. Reverse cycle airconditioning is great for the hot summer days or cool winter nights. DINING ROOM Seating for 4 is provided with te afternoon sun streaming in the table for those who love the rays whilst reading a newspaper. KITCHEN The kitchen is equipped for a coffee or tea through to a full meal. Frypans, chopping boards along with plates and cutlery are provided. I always make sure a small carton of milk in the fridge for your arrival, just in case you can't get to the shops until the morning. The kitchen has a large fridge and dishwasher along with oven and gas cooktop. LAUNDRY There is a washing machine with powder and iron & board. There are clothes hourses for smalls and an outside line for larger items. Guest AccessFree car parking is available for 2 cars with ample free on street bays. The house is secure with screen doors and locked gates. Interaction with GuestsI work and live nearby the house so can assist with any meet and greet for first time travellers to Perth. If this is not necessary, a lock box can be arranged on site for simple 24hr access at a time that suits. The NeighborhoodThe house is located in Como, directly below South perth where there are ample food and beverage opportunities. Walks down to the river are short and many busses stop nearby for trips to the city or fremantle. There are conveinience stores open until late along with Perths largest number of Pizza shops within a weirdly close proximity (not quite sure why there are so many!). Getting AroundCar transport is best, alternatively the 34 and 32 bus head into the city with the 106 heading to Fremantle. Taxi or Uber are great for short trips into teh city for dinner or drinks.

It is a 5 minute drive from Karrawarra/Water Ford Shopping Centre that has Coles, IGA, Waterford Tavern, and varies eateries. Getting AroundThere is space for 1 car in the garage, but plenty of free road parking as well. The property is ideally located being a 5 minute train journey to Perth CBD (only 10 minute walk to Canning Bridge Station), 20 minute bus journey to Fremantle and immediate access to Kwinana Freeway and Canning Hwy.             Our place is close to the city centre and parks. The closest bus stops are 3 minutes walk while the train station is 10-15 minutes walk from the house.. You’ll love our place because of the ambiance, the people & the location. It is spacious and very welcoming.. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

            The SpaceThis is a brand new and beautiful 5 bedroom 2 bathroom and 1 living area home. Queen Size Beds x 4 and Double x 1 with orthopedic mattresses. There is also 1 Baby Cot for a Baby or New Born Child. The open plan living area is stunning with all the amenities you require and fully reversed cycle refrigerated air-conditioning and heating which can be adjusted room by room. Parking - You park at the house and walk for 4 minutes and you are at the water's edge having dinner or enjoying all the local restaurants and pub. Also many other things, Baker, Grocery Store, Newsagent, Butcher and over 10 local restaurants with different cuisine. The Crown Casino is 10 minutes by taxi and the City the same. A bus stop is 2 minutes walk. The train is 5 minutes by car. A great location. The rubbish bins - Green & Yellow bins are provided. All rubbish for the green bin must be in a garbage bag before going into the green bin. If you place loose waste into the green bin you will incur a $20.00 per week fee. The yellow bin is for recycle bottles and cans and paper only. The South Perth Zoo is a must for visitors to Perth which is 5 minutes away by car. Como is a residential location with many age groups and families. A beautiful place and a beautiful experience. Getting AroundThere are high frequency bus services on Canning Highway which is a 2 minute walk from the property. The train is 5 minutes away by car. Uber is popular if you want to drink and not drive. A must. Other Things to NoteAs electricity prices are very high in WA, we set a $5.00 per day allowance. This is more than sufficient for average use with our own personal use being less than this. We encourage you to turn of heating or air-conditioning when going out to reduce power use. Checkout is 10 am on the last day however late checkout incurs an additional $100.00 and must be before 2 pm. Cleaning for more than 6 guests incurs an additional $100.00 fee.
