The SpaceWe live in a beautiful historic home that was built in 1908. The 3rd floor bedroom includes lovely French-inspired decor in gray and white hues, and a bathroom for your private use, which is located next to the bedroom (not en suite). There are two additional bedrooms on the 3rd floor, one of which is empty, and the other belongs to Rick's 10-year-old son, Tucker, who lives with us 1/2 time. Tucker is a sweetheart, and would be happy to talk presidential candidates or sports with you! Note that the stairs to the 3rd floor are narrower and slightly steeper than those leading from the 1st to 2nd floors.
We supply fresh towels, coffee and, depending on length of stay, a fresh change of bed linens. Please let us know if you have special requests or needs. Guest AccessGuests are free to explore the house with the exception of the master suite and Tucker's bedroom (and the 2nd floor guest bedroom if it is occupied). Please, make yourself at home. You have full use of our large kitchen, living room, home office (including office quality printer), dining room, library, playroom, 2nd-floor balcony, and front and back porches. Our washer and dryer are available for your use and we provide liquid detergent and dryer sheets. Iron/ironing board also available. Access our WIFI Internet and watch our flatscreen TV (no TV in bedrooms). Interaction with GuestsPlease feel free to interact as little or as much as you would like. We are social people and would love to get to know you, but we understand if you prefer a quiet and private visit. We are more than happy to provide recommendations on shopping, restaurants, watering holes and activities. Feel free to call or text with any questions before or during your stay. The NeighborhoodWalk to downtown Main Street shops and restaurants. Home is right on White Park. Getting AroundMHT airport 25 minutes. BOS 1 hour. Concord bus station 1 mile away. Plenty of free parking. Other Things to NoteWe have a lovely Samoyed named Walter White, who is odorless and hypoallergenic. He blows his fluffy white coat twice a year, so you may see some Walter fluff here and there. Walter is a big boy (~75 lbs) but he is a sweet, gentle, happy, playful dog who loves small children, big children and other animals. He does not have an aggressive bone in his body, except when it comes to playtime. He will play fetch with his tennis ball or tug with his rope. He very rarely barks, but may get excited upon your arrival and try to say hello. The excitement fades quickly, but Walter is very social and loves belly rubs and walks in the park.
