The SpaceBeautiful mountain views. Horses, one cow, a few chickens, Australian Cattle dogs. Baby animals to help care for IN SEASON (currently there are none)! Chicken egg collection available at all times.
This year the garden is defunct, but next year the garden will be back and you can harvest fresh vegetables in season for your meal. Guest AccessYou may freely walk anywhere on the property (128 acres) that is not fenced with animals. You may only walk in the animal pastures accompanied by us. Many of the pastures have electric fence, so we ask that you be very careful if reaching across to pet an animal. Interaction with GuestsIf we're around (we both work off the farm during the week), we are always happy to answer any questions and chat. If you prefer to be left alone, that is fine too. We have a guest book in the cottage with maps and tips on places to go - we are building this resource, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. At this point we have one rooster - and yes, he does crow at the crack of dawn. It is not easy to hear him in the cottage, but fair warning!
