The SpaceHome fully renovated in Dec 2014 and new fully ducted heating/ aircon installed in June 2015, this house has all you'll need. Some of my feedback also recommended a rear patio to keep the sun off in summer so this was recently added late 2015 as well. Newly renovated family holiday home comprising of 4 bedrooms, two with private en suites and a third shared main bathroom. The open plan main living area opens onto the front deck to catch summer breezes. The main living area has a large TV and a radio which you can connect your music to via bluetooth. The new kitchen is fully equipped with German AEG appliances and a large fridge with auto ice and water to keep you cool on hot days. Of course there is a microwave and island breakfast bar with stone tops. To make extended stays more comfortable the laundry is fully fitted with new Bosch washer and dryer. A completely separate rear family room has views to the pool and allows the kids to watch the large TV and play games while parents can relax in peace in the main living area. The upstairs Master bedroom has a king bed and private en suite. The downstairs master bedroom has its own en suite as well. The other two bedrooms have 2 x singles in each. Outside there is a new 4 burner BBQ and new outdoor dining & lounges to relax under the shaded patio or by the pool as the sun goes down. For the younger children we even have a good selection of toys (see photos), as well as new high chair and new port-a-cot to save you filling up the car bringing them with you. And of course, everything is supplied so please just arrive and enjoy. (linen, towels, pillows, blankets, mattress & pillow protectors, etc...) A Hairdryer and various kitchen appliances are also provided for your use. There are even some pool toys and boogie boards for the beach. You only need to bring beach towels with you. Guest AccessUse of your own private 2.2m deep pool with Balinese inspired styling and relaxing shallow but wide swim ledge where the kids can play safely (under your supervision of course) Poolside shaded patio is great for evening dinners al fresco. Enjoy two living spaces, each with large TV's. Garage parking is also provided as well as plenty of space in the driveway for kids to ride bikes when not out playing beach cricket. Interaction with GuestsMinimal interaction. The NeighborhoodQuiet child friendly street with nice neighbors. The close beach is great for swimming, surfing, kite surfing, paddle boarding, great/friendly neighbors, Sports grounds, Lazer Zone etc... Easy to take a day trip to Aqua Fun Park, Australia Zoo, Underwater World Sea Life, Mooloolaba, great restaurants too. Take a 30 minute car trip to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, Noosa National Park and Hastings St. Getting AroundEasy walk to the beach and the surf club as well as local shops, restaurants and cafes. Other Things to NotePlease be sure to eat at the surf club on their rear balcony.

Trips to Noosa Everglades, Fraser Island, deep sea fishing and into the hinterland areas of Mapleton, Maleny and Montville can all be arranged at a tourist kiosk at the beachfront area near the life saving club. The lane-way access to the unique exclusive area has kangaroos feeding on the side of the road while being ten minutes walk from central Coolum with their amazing restaurants, bars and beach access. Interaction with GuestsWe are available if you need information but otherwise you are left to enjoy the area at your leisure. The NeighborhoodThe eclectic range of properties in the street match the feeling of exclusivity that you feel as soon as you arrive. Everything from mansions to quaint cottages call this lane home. It's the best kept secret in Coolum. The kangaroos and bird-life know about it but they aren't telling. Getting AroundThere is parking for up to four cars. The home is about ten minutes drive from the airport.

The Space Art Deco room also listed. Your room is Bohemian Chic inspired. Light bright room with ceiling fan.Comfortable double bed, quality linen. This room is on the first floor and adjacent to a comfortable lounge room with large screen TV and hard drive with hundreds of movies.The shared bathroom is downstairs with Hair dryer . Plenty of cupboard space. Guest AccessDownstairs is another lounge room with Foxtel. Tea Coffee and Toast is provided for Breakfast. Pool for a summer dip, we ask you not to swim at night as it could disturb the neighbours. Towel provided of course. If your here in the winter months we might have the spa going, hot hot hot. We have pushbikes and helmets for your convenience, the area is flat for riding. A cycle to Mt Coolum does have a couple of hills though. Fridge space for your supply's. A Microwave for heating food. Need to borrow an Esky? Ironing station should you really need to press clothes! Please be considerate of Internet usage, we ask you not to download movies or use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). Weekly bookings will have laundry service of linen. Street parking.Sorry we can not offer a party house, there are many great spaces and Restaurants in the surrounding area. Local bus service every half hour a few mins. walk, close to the airport but not the flight path. Surf and Bowls Clubs for entertainment, many good restaurants to choose from. Local shops, medical and essential services,library. All a few mins walk from home. No need for the car. Getting AroundLocal buses, pushbikes. We can offer an airport pick-up for $15 if our schedule allows us, please inquire. Can also collect you from the bus if time allows. 15 mins off Bruce Highway to Coolum. Other Things to NoteWe are offering a comfortable cheap space for overnight stays. The kitchen is available for your use but not for cooking breakfast lunch and dinner on a daily bases. The SpaceThe room is a delightful and comfortable double (Private) in a treed setting in a quiet location. Hear the waves break at night and relax and listen to the birdsong as the morning sun lights up and welcomes the new day. Guest AccessThe room is secure and has its own access from the verandah. The home has a kitchen, dining area, shared bathroom and toilet, lounge and a northern facing deck with an outdoor setting all within a delightfully framed garden. Interaction with GuestsHaving lived here for many years, we know the area well and are only too happy to discuss places of interest with you. We will be available to assist, whilst also being respectful of your space. Coolum Beach is a wonderful area, with beaches, hinterland, rivers and lakes and is walking distance to the beach. The coastline is amazing, with soft sand stretching far into the northern distance and to the south, rock pools and small bays. Coolum is centrally located being 20 minutes to Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, 20 minutes to Noosa and 30 minutes to the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Attractions include Aussie Zoo, Eumundi Markets, Underwater World. The NeighborhoodWe are in a great location, being only 5 minutes walk to the patrolled beach, shops, clubs and restaurants. We are also situated a short distance to the walking track of Mt. Coolum, which is an increasingly popular walk and climb for people of all ages, an ideal location with close proximity to all amenities. Getting Around15 minutes from local Maroochy airport bus. There is also a local bus from airport which drops you off within 100 metres of the house enroute to Noosa area. The local bus also provides a service to Noosa in the north and to Maroochydore, Mooloolaba and Caloundra in the south. If coming by own transport, there is on street parking outside property. There are lots of opportunities to wander along, and if in season, check out the turtles swimming in the close waters at Yaroomba lookout. Coolum's long sandy beaches, rocky headlands and bays are sure to please everyone. 15 minutes south of Noosa and 15 minutes north of Maroochydore, perfectly located on the Sunshine Coast. Guest AccessThe cottage is a separate building with its own access and is all yours to enjoy. Entry is via a grassy easement about 50m from from the road where you can park your car. Detailed check in instructions will be forwarded once you book. The NeighborhoodCoolum Beach is a classic Queensland beach town with a touch of sophistication. Great restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques are all central to the beach with the Surf Club and Coolum Beach Hotel providing entertainment and big screen sports action. The beach is stunning with long sandy stretches with great surf, as well as rocky secluded coves. A flat walk to all Coolum has to offer in around 15 minutes. Getting AroundThis property is not suitable for wheel chair access. There is a short 50 step walk to the entry along a grassy path, and parking is on Cassia Avenue - one of Coolum's quiet streets. Within a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop Other Things to NoteThe cottage is unique and not like a hotel room. (No room service, shampoo, conditioner etc.) Cleaning fees are included in your stay, and there are departure instructions that include asking you to put your linen in the washing machine and emptying rubbish. You don't need to clean, just tidy before you go! There is hand soap and a roll of toilet paper on arrival, but you will need to bring or purchase additional toiletry items during your stay. The SpaceA great 2-level timber house with living upstairs with a small deck that you can see glimpses of the ocean from. Large BBQ is on the deck. The main bedroom (queen size bed), bathroom as well as a baby's nursery is located on the lower floor. So the house would ideally suit a couple or a couple with a baby.     The house upstairs comprises of 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom two has two single beds. Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and Bedroom 4 has a single bed with a trundle pull out. There is a lounge, kitchen, laundry, verandah and a family bathroom upstairs. Downstairs has a huge room which has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a room divider to the kids tv area and two chairbeds and a day bed - downstairs would accommodate a family of five. The house is adequately set up for large/extended families, and ideal for a few families wanting to holiday together.     The SpaceThe villa has 3 levels with entry either from the garage on the bottom level or through the kitchen via the secure courtyard. The living dining, kitchen, powder room & deck are on the second level. The 3 bedrooms are on the third level; the master bedroom has a king bed plus ensuite with a big corner spa bath with views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These to rooms share the main bathroom. Access to the roof top deck is by the internal stairs.
