The SpaceWelcome! Our home in Cordova is spacious and comfortably hosts up to 4 people in the same group. We have 2 bedrooms: 1 with a queen bed and one with a twin bed. A sectional sofa and queen size air mattress are both available for additional guests. The private bathroom has bathtub/shower combination and is located in the hallway right outside the guest bedrooms.
Our bright and sunny home is decorated for maximum comfort and has an open floor plan with a lot of natural lighting. We provide fresh linens and toiletries and hope to make your stay as care-free and enjoyable as possible! Guest AccessYou will have full use of our home, excluding the garage and master bedroom on the opposite side of the house. Your stay will include use of the kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bedroom, bathroom, sun porch, and fully fenced backyard. Plenty of curbside parking available, as we live at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

If you are searching for the best restaurants, activities, and shopping - we are happy to make suggestions. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay we can easily provide that too. The NeighborhoodOur quiet neighborhood is mainly filled with families and young professionals. Our house is conveniently located in Cordova right in the middle of the Tri-cities area, just North of Germantown, South of Bartlett, and East of Memphis. This allows you to be get anywhere in Memphis in less than 3o minutes. We are also located near Shelby Farms Park, Wolfchase Galleria, and numerous restaurants, grocery stores, businesses, and entertainment. Getting AroundIf you don't want to drive, we highly recommend Uber or Lyft. (Taxis are available too).
For those that are driving and looking to plan out their stay, we are located very close to I-40 and I-240.
If you venture to downtown Memphis, the MATA trolley shuttle service runs every 10-15 minutes. The Green line runs North and South along Main Street (Bass Pro Pyramid, Convention Center, City Hall, Orpheum Theater, Memphis Farmers Market, & Beale Street). The Riverfront Shuttle and Madison shuttle are also available, running every 20 minutes. Other Things to NoteWe are both full time students, Holly is in dental school and Zack is getting his masters in social work - so you should have maximum privacy during your stay with us. Our dogs, Sadie & Dash, are very gentle, but will be separated by a gate and not able to access any of the areas you will be living in (however you're welcome to take the gate down and interact with them if you would like!)
