This newly restored, sparkling bungalow home has 3BR/2BA, back and front patios and an atrium. Two bedrooms, the dining room and the kitchen open up onto the atrium (which has a BBQ). The living room is open to the entry and the back patio. The Master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the two other bedrooms and the two bedrooms do not share a common wall to other bedrooms (either in the unit or with the neighbor).
The kitchen has new Kenmore appliances (gas range, dishwasher, microwave) and a large refrigerator. Washer, dryer and utility sink in the garage.
Master bathroom is walker friendly and the only steps are upon the entry from the front and from the garage.
There are two queen beds, a two-twin trundle bed and a leather sofa/queen sleeper.
Ceiling fans in each bedroom, in the living room and in the kitchen. Ocean breeze runs from back to front very well.
The back patio has seating for six with an additional two-chair bistro set and four stacking chairs for more guests. The patio has a 4-burner BBQ and has a bar sink/faucet with a granite countertop food preparation area. Also, there are fresh herbs around the corner on the patio: rosemary, cilantro, chocolate mint and apple mint for the chef and for the drinks.
Two car garage is true 2-car garage and ample and easy parking on street. This is not a gated community and the street is not a “pass-thru” street (no no crazy drivers).
There are three adult bikes and two children's bikes in the garage. There are two boogie boards, three small swimming floats, beach toys, two coolers and four beach chairs, all for use by guests.
Three pools are heated during the summer and the #1 pool has a Jacuzzi and a sauna. There are two tennis courts, a basketball court and a small children's playground. There is also a school park on one side of the community and just across Brookhurst St., there is a small wildish park called Talbert Park.
The Santa Ana River bike trail is accessible just off of Brookhurst and takes you directly to the beach. Turn left, you are in Newport and turn right, you are on your way to the iconic Huntington Beach Pier.

No Parties: No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion money. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed on your contract.
No Smoking Policy: No smoking is permitted in the home, no vape pens are permitted inside the home. Evidence of any kind of smoking inside the home could result in a $200 penalty to be deducted from your damage deposit. Some homes do not even allow smoking outside of the house, and will be noted on the contract.
No Pets: No pets are permitted in our homes. There are a few homes that do permit some pets. If you have permission to have a pet, you must sign the special pet contract and pay an additional security deposit. Separate accidental damage insurance may be required. All pet terms are to be mutually agreed upon by renter and owner.
Excessive Damages/ Security deposits: I understand that my security deposit can be used to pay for damages or excessive cleaning or mess or breach of contract. You have paid for light cleaning but if the house requires heavy cleaning you will be charged extra. Heavy cleaning is for example, when wiping down hardwood floors it is not good enough and it needs a Professional cleaning due to spills and or damage. However, the guest is fully liable for any malicious damage, damage due to gross neglect or misuse of the property, and/or need for excessive cleaning. Costs incurred for the repair or cleaning of any such abuse to the property, will be the paid by the guests. Security deposits are refunded per the terms of the Airbnb damage deposit refund policy.
WiFi and Cable: Amenities such as WiFi and cable are kept in as best working order as possible. Occasionally, disruptions in service occur and may take up to 72 hours to resolve, and may require your assistance. Your assistance might entail, for example, calling Time Warner on our behalf and having them walk you through a reboot, or letting us know when you plan to be at the house so that we can schedule a service visit.
Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed there are no refunds for cancellations outside the the Airbnb cancellation policy.
Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon full payment, signed contract and copy of ID we will provide you with a code to let yourself into the property 7 days prior to arrival as we change the codes regularly. Please do not check in early or check out late otherwise we will not have time to prepare the home for the next group and you may be charged an extra half day.
