The SpaceThis rental is for the entire home and we don't live there. You'll have complete privacy, yet we're only a phone call away if you need anything. Guest AccessAs a guest in this home, you have access to the entire home, which consists of the main floor, upstairs, and basement, front and back yard, and two car detached garage. Laundry room is located on the main floor just off the kitchen. Interaction with GuestsWe are as involved or as removed as you are comfortable with. We own a book store in town and are there to help you six days a week, and a mere phone call away when we're not at the store. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation service in Oakland. The house has a private driveway and two car garage, and parking is free anywhere you go in town. The only exception is that there is no parking on Main street (Oakland Ave.) overnight from November to April. Highway 77 goes through town, and we are close to Highway 32, which will take you to Highway 75 east of town, and Highway 275 west of town. Other Things to NoteThis house is located a short walk from the Burt County fairgrounds, the Oakland golf course, Frisbee golf course, playground, tennis and basketball courts, and public pool. A short walk in the other direction brings you to most of the local businesses, located on Oakland Avenue. This includes three different places to get your hair cut, thrift stores, grocery store, hardware store, electronics store, and local newspaper office. There is a cafe open for breakfast and lunch, a bar that serves lunch and dinner, and a bar that serves dinner. Anytime Fitness is also on Oakland Ave.

The SpaceThe main floor includes a large semi-open concept living area with a gas fireplace (not currently in use), piano, and picture window. The kitchen flows into the dining area and has an island. There is a bedroom on the main floor that could be turned into an office. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. Two full baths, one on each floor. Laundry (washer and dryer) is in the back porch/entry way. Multiple closets that are somewhat stocked for your use. Guest AccessGuests can access yard, including fenced in portion, but not the garage. The entire house is yours to use, except the basement. Interaction with GuestsOne of us (most likely Laura, Randy, or Trina) will welcome you to the house upon your arrival. We live less than 15 minutes away and are readily available by phone call or text. The NeighborhoodThe neighborhood is quiet, a mix of families and retired couples. An alley, not often used, is at the back of the property. Getting AroundThere is no public transport in West Point, it's a great small-town that has everything you need within a five-minute drive.

The SpaceOne bedroom apartment is comfortable and secure. The apartment is located behind a bookstore in a commercial district, so it's very quiet except for the occasional train. Guest AccessThe apartment is not our primary residence, so guests have the entire space with privacy. Interaction with GuestsWe own the bookstore in the front of the building, and are there nine hours a day six days a week, and are only a phone call away if anything comes up. Getting AroundThere is no public transportation in Oakland. However, we are close to Highway 77 and Highway 32. Other Things to NoteThis location is on Oakland's main street, walking distance to groceries, cafe, bars, library, resale store, hardware store, and there's an Anytime Fitness franchise across the street. A little further walk and there's a Dollar General on Highway 77. Oakland's public park includes tennis courts, basketball courts, a frisbee golf course, and a playground for the kids. In summer, there's a public pool.

The Super 8 Onawa, Iowa is located off I-29, Exit 112. The motel is located between Sioux City, Iowa and Omaha, Nebraska. The Super 8 Onawa, Iowa is home to the widest Main Street in the USA. Other attractions include Casino Omaha, Loess Hills Scenic Byway, Preparation Canyon State Park, and Lewis And Clark State Park. The Super 8 Onawa, Iowa offers High Speed Wireless Internet, Pets are allowed in our single queens and our 2 double beds only. We do charge a 10USD fee for the 1st pet and 5USD for each additional pet. Superstart Breakfast. All rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. All 1 Queen and 1 King bed rooms have recliner.     This lovely Midtown Memphis home is nestled in a 100-year-old neighborhood near Overton Park, the Memphis Zoo with a 10-minute drive to most tourist destinations in town. We have a large porch with ceiling fans, rocking chairs & swing with springs just right for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Each bedroom has cable TV and each bed is fitted with memory foam mattresses for a comfy stay. A peaceful retreat is a nice way to describe the vibe of this place.

      Two bedrooms upstairs and one queen bed in the unfinished, (but clean), basement cottage located just a few blocks from the park, uptown where there is a Subway, Welsh's Pizza, great steaks at 5th Quarter, 3 bars, Main Street Thriftique, Uptown Pix (gifts and more), and Ace Hardware, all on Main Street. We have just totally renovated the 2 bedroom house with new stainless steel appliances, full bathroom, a full bed, dresser, and flat screen TV in one bedroom and a queen bed, dresser, and a flat screen TV in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms also have cedar closets. The living room has a small pub table for dining and a futon couch for extra sleeping space. There is a $20 per person charge for adults over 18 on groups of 4 or more with a maximum occupancy of 6 adults and 2 children. Cleaning fee is $35 on 2 or more nights or with usage of more than one bedroom. Cleaning fee is $55 -75 on stays of more than 5 days. There is a 42' flat screen TV with dvd player and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen has all the utensils and cooking supplies you would need to enjoy your stay. There is a basement, with a 3rd queen bed, you can do your laundry and hide out in case of good ol' Nebraska thunderstorms. You can protect your car in the attached garage. There is an new infrared two burner grill in the garage you can roll out in case your in the mood for a burger or a steak! We supply towels, washcloths, iron and ironing board, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. If you need something call and I see what I can do! You're located only a block away from the Legion Hall which will soon be replaced by the multi-million dollar Community Center with indoor wellness center and exercise equipment, daycare, and large multi-purpose hall for large events. It is conveniently located in the center of downtown. The Nielsen Center (convention/wedding venue) is 4 blocks away. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). There is a breakfast and lunch place three doors down (Bud's). There is a bar one block away (Mayberry's).
