The SpaceThe Coach House – A charming Subiaco short-term apartment! The Coach House is a converted building in the grounds of an elegantly renovated home, Totterdell Hall in central Subiaco. Fully serviced and self contained, it’s charming rustic style is a fantastic central base to work, relax or explore Perth. The quaint two story apartment has separate access from the rear lane and sleeps 5+ (Queen + 3 singles). Extra bed or cot available. Very comfortable, fully furnished with •Air conditioning •TV, DVD •Wifi and cable internet, ipod dock •Full kitchen – full size fridge, double oven, microwave, dishwasher •Washing machine and dryer •Sheets and towels supplied •Overlooks swimming pool Downstairs, comfortable living & dining area and a well stocked kitchen with dish washer, double oven, microwave, gas hotplates and full size fridge makes meal a pleasure. Attention to finer details of coffee maker and a few kitchen essentials like good knives and spices will ensure even gourmands are happy. The living area overlooks the sparkling swimming pool. A desk area, TV/ Video, WIFI and cable internet, books and games will help you stay in touch and entertained. Upstairs, The Coach House is one large open loft styled sleeping area. It includes a queen sized bed and 3 single beds to accommodate 5. There are trundle beds under the single so there is opportunity to accommodate extras too - just make sure you put the number of people down on your booking so we can provide additional linen. Living in Totterdell Hall, we are a family of 4 ( children 12 and 14yrs) who travel often, so we understand the needs of travelers and kids. The Coach House is stocked with the little things that will make your stay comfortable and easy. You’re welcome to swim in the pool (fully secured), use our bikes or other sporting equipment and we’re very happy to provide local insights to great things to do with kids in Perth. The SpaceD’Vine on Douglas is a single storey 3 bedroom villa offering comfortable living . From the dining area you step out into the back courtyard, shaded by our fruitful grapevine for which the property is named. You are encouraged to sample our delicious grapes in season. Two Queen size bedrooms featuring built in robes are complimented by a twin single room with L-shaped bunks for easy access. The bathroom has recently been completely renovated. The lounge area is welcoming and comfortable, with reverse cycle air conditioning and opens onto the beautiful shady front courtyard, complete with bbq and patio furniture. Free WIFI internet, books, DVDs and games are on offer. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. A washing machine, pegs, powder, ironing board, iron and clothesbrush are available in the laundry. Car parking is off street, undercover at the unit. We are a family of 5 (3 daughters) who live on a farm in the wheatbelt of Western Australia, so we understand the accommodation needs of travellers to Perth for work, pleasure or medical services. The unit is stocked with the little things that will make your stay comfortable Subiaco is a 3 minute train ride direct to Perth city. It’s 20mins from the airport, 5 mins from UWA, King Edward Hospital, PMH and QEII Medical Centre. Bathroom with separate toilet, fully equipped laundry. Undercover courtyard with outdoor furniture. Secure allocated undercover car parking. You have access to the entire apartment. I will meet and greet guests. I am available at your request, otherwise it's all yours! Subiaco has it all!! Amazing cafes, restaurants, pub, bars, theatres, cinema, shops, markets, art galleries, public transport to the city, beaches, Fremantle, it is literally close to everything. Subiaco has a wonderful vibe about it and a great place to "people watch". It is also walking distance to our famous and very beautiful Kings Park, and the many hospitals in the area. Wonderful train and bus transport to the City, Fremantle, the beaches, etc. the public transport is fantastic. You hardly need a car, although if you do have one, you have your own allocated, secure car bay at the apartment. From the airport a taxi takes about 25 minutes or you can take a shuttle bus to the city and a train from there to Subiaco.
