The SpaceThe unique aspect is that it sleeps up to 5 people , for a great price , in an amazing location. Ground floor apartment (no stairs) . Three bedrooms, with 2 queen size beds and 1 single. Sleeps up to 5 , plus a baby/toddler bed/crib available if needed . Beautiful river park/beach 50 metres away. The apartment is perfect for families due to the 3 bedrooms. As it has a FULL kitchen (including dishwasher and large fridge) AND a full laundry (with washing machine and dryer ) , the apartment is also perfect for longer stays where you may want to cook at home and/or do some laundry. We are close to the city, but feel like we are in the countryside. There are beautiful parks everywhere, plus the river beach for swimming. Claremont is one of Perth's best suburbs. It is perfectly positioned on the beautiful Swan River , and half way between the city (Perth CBD ) and the amazing Indian Ocean ( Cottesloe) . The Swan River is the main feature of the area and there are amazing river walks, parks , a jetty and free barbeques (the best outdoor kitchen in Perth ). The iconic Cottesloe Beach is only 5- 10 minutes away by car. But if its not natural beauty you are after, the Claremont Town Centre ( 3 minutes by car) has an amazing Shopping Centre ( "The Quarter" ) plus lots of restaurants and cafes. This really is one of the best locations in Perth. Right near the beautiful Swan River, close to Cottesloe Beach , and still very close to the Perth City. If you are coming to Perth, you really need to stay somewhere in the "Western Suburbs" ( Claremont, Swanbourne,Cottesloe, Mosman Park, Peppermint Grove) Getting AroundGetting around by car is easy in the Western Suburbs of Perth . The Western Suburbs are the prestigious suburbs that sit between the city and the ocean. Its fairly quiet, with limited traffic. Basically one main road ( Stirling Highway) which runs from the city through to Fremantle (another major tourist attraction) . Stirling Hwy runs out of the city, past Kings Park , along the river foreshore, past the University of WA , past Claremont and Cottesloe, on its way to the Port City of Fremantle. There is a bus service passing the house. A more regular train service is 5 - 10 minutes away and will take you to Perth City in one direction , and Fremantle (Port City ) in the other direction. 1 train line , no changing lines. Alternatively, its easy to use UBER or the taxi services. Other Things to NoteNightly Rate quoted of $150 is for 5 people , using all 3 bedrooms . Please enquire about special rates for 2 - 4 people (using 1 or 2 bedrooms ). We welcome families. The apartment is perfect for families as it is on the ground floor , has 3 bedrooms and also has a private / enclosed courtyard that is safe/secure. Anything you may need, just ask . We have items you are welcome to borrow such as prams , bikes , toys , cot/portacot , beach/river gear etc etc etc ! The SpaceThe villa is a comfortable and quiet space with its own private courtyard. The bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with washing machine in bathroom. Guest AccessYou will have direct (lock and key) access to the courtyard via a back laneway and car parking available in the garage for 1 car. Interaction with GuestsWe live in the main house in front of the villa and we are available to talk with guests and do our best to give you a comfortable and pleasant stay. The NeighborhoodDalkeith is a prestigious riverside suburb, located 7 km from Perth CBD, 1 km from the University of WA and 2km from the new Claremont Quarter Shopping Centre - a retail mecca for the fashion conscious. We are 5mins walk from a great local cafe (Cimbalinos) and two good restaurants (Valdarnos, Yabba Dabba) - all catering to sophisticated foodies and coffee snobs in a friendly atmosphere. Getting AroundBus stop is 5mins walk away on Waratah Ave. Very good roads for cycling - either into town or along the river. Other Things to NoteThe villa has complete privacy. The villa is not childproof and therefore is not suitable for children we have only 1 bedroom which suits 1 person or a couple.

The SpaceWe love our home because it's within a short walk to UWA, BEST parkland in Perth, Swan River and short bus ride to the city. Dalkeith is an up market location and a delightful neighbourhood surrounded by some of Perth's most expensive and elegant homes. It is very safe and shopping in the western suburbs is a luxury. The SpaceGreetings and welcome to the beautiful suburb of Dalkeith, part of Perth's picturesque western suburbs and surrounded by prestigious homes and recreation grounds. Your accommodation is detached from our home and comprises of a bright and airy 60sqm self contained granny flat with 4 separate rooms – bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining and living room. You’ll have a parking space and private access from the side of the house. The flat has a verandah space in front for you to enjoy the sun and the large back garden. You are also welcome to use our swimming pool between 8am and 8pm. We are located a one minute walk from the Swan River foreshore. There are quality restaurants, cafés, boutiques, supermarkets, sporting grounds and parks all within walking distance as well as a bus stop right in front of our house. A five minute drive will see you arriving at Cottesloe Beach, Kings Park or shopping at Claremont Quarter & Subiaco. We are positioned between Perth and Fremantle so you are a short drive from anywhere you want to explore. You won't find a better location to base yourself on your Perth visit. You're entirely self contained and have privacy to come and go as you please. We supply the loft with quality towelling and personal products such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and body lotion for your use. Enjoy sleeping in a comfortable Queen size bed with hotel quality linen and feather pillows. The living room has couches, TV/DVD and an ipod dock. Wifi also available free. Breakfast supplies for your first morning will be supplied. We are more than happy to help with anything you need, such as restaurant recommendations and point you in the right direction with any query. The location provides plenty of options for recreation and relaxation with cycle paths, cafes and shops all within walking distance. The beautiful Swan River is just a two minute walk from the house. Your very spacious room has a double bed with a couch, chest and desk. There is plenty of space in the walk-in robe and the en-suite bathroom has a good size shower. The area has beautiful homes and many opportunities to access the river with picnic spots and walking paths. The University of WA is only a few minutes by car. Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and the Perth Children's Hospital are also nearby. There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops either a short drive away or within walking distance. Getting AroundIt is only 18-minutes by car to the CBD and 12-minutes drive to the popular Cottesloe Beach There are two options for buses. The closest bus service, which is on the doorstep, is a limited service for peak hours only. The stop for the other more regular service is a 750m walk away. It's a 30-minute bus ride to the city. Other Things to NoteLiving in the home is your host and a small gentle old dog who is friendly but quiet.
