The SpaceThe spacious wall-tent is positioned in a private meadow along Tide Creek with a backdrop of mature trees, native plants, and wildflowers. You will have room enough to stand up in the tent, a real queen mattress to relax into, a fully set-up outdoor kitchen space, as well as a fire pit and camp chairs for your private use. Relax in our very rustic "spa" with an on-demand hot water shower and wood-burning hot tub. This is a shared area (if we too are out camping on the property). Guest AccessThe 14-acre parcel is open for your exploration and a few trails have already been cut in. There is a pond close by as well as opportunities for harvesting some wild edibles. Interaction with GuestsAt times, we are camping out at the land as well, and we'd be happy to interact, but it is easy to have your own private space. The NeighborhoodTide Creek is just three miles from the Columbia River, with easy river access for kayaks, kite-boarding, or swimming a short drive away. Our property is nestled in the woods but there are rural farm properties in the close vicinity. Other Things to NoteThis is a rural, outdoor experience with many perks, but a plumbed bathroom is not yet one of them. There is a composting, pit toilet. We don't get cell service on the land, nor is there any electricity. The wood-burning hot tub will require you to start a fire and keep it stoked until your desired temperature is reached. If we are there, we'd be happy to assist you.
