The SpaceIt's an excellent option. The room is big, cozy, has everything you could need: queen bed, two closets, an individual desktop, an excellent lighting, tv, dvd (with access to our movie collection!), wifi, clean towels and sheets every week. In all cases, the rate includes cleaning of the room. You have access to the kitchen. If you come yo our house you will be treated like a member of the family! You can request the laundry service for a small fee. Guest AccessIn all cases the rate includes daily cleaning of the room, clean bedding and towels every week. Access to a complete and private bathroom. It isn't inside the room but its exclusively for your use. You have total access to the kitchen. Interaction with GuestsWe are available for you daily, for everything you need. If you want to explore the city we can organize some rides for a small fee. We'll be glad to share some time with you at dinner or watch a movie, if you want it. But, of course, will have all the privacy you want. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is named Del Carmen, in Coyoacán. Is beautiful place with many places and options to visit. We are located five blocks to Frida Kahlo museum and only four to the Coyoacán center, where you can find restaurants, bars, bookstores, the principal church of the area named San Juan Bautista. There's a small store two blocks. The "craft and traditional food market" is only two blocks too. Also there is a park named "viveros" perfect for exercise and walk quietly. Getting AroundWe are in a Main Street so you will have easy access to buses, metro and taxi. The nearest metro station is a ten-fifteen minutes walk. Is a quiet and safe neighborhood so you can walk to many places.

Guest AccessAlthough It´s a private room, the guests can use the dining and living room at their ease. They can have coffee or tea in the morning and they'll have access to everything else in the kitchen: fridge, micro-wave oven, toaster, etc. Interaction with GuestsI´m very friendly but respectful of other people's space and things, so I would expect the same from the guests. I work every day, except during weekends, but whenever I´m at home, I would have no problem hanging out with the guests or show them around the neighborhood. The NeighborhoodYou will be immediately absorbed by the Mexican culture as you feel the bohemian vibes of Coyoacan. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close from our place that offer a wide array of traditionnal Mexican dishes and beverages. Getting AroundAll the things you'll want to see in Coyoacan are at a walkable distance, but if you want I could also lend you a bicycle. Close public transportation includes two subway stations, and a cable car wich takes you to the historic center of the city.
