Interaction with GuestsJim and I will be happy to be available for questions and suggestions regarding area events and local happenings! We will leave you detailed information regarding the house as well, and are always just a phone call or text away. When renting just one room, we are happy to be as present or vacant as you would like! We live a very quiet life and enjoy soft music and family-friendly television shows. There is Netflix in the great room which is certainly available for our guests on a first come, first served basis. The NeighborhoodOur neighborhood is beautifully maintained and family friendly. There are three parks in the surrounding area within walking distance which are pet and kid friendly. One includes a large running and game space with a pretty fountain where ducks and tad-polls have been known to be found! All residents must clean up after their pets, so be prepared with a baggie!

Very close to Kroger, Beuhler's Fresh Foods, Walmart, Meijer, CVS pharmacy and many fast food restaurants as well! Getting AroundDelaware has a public bus line which can be accessed less than one mile from our home. It only runs until 11:00pm. Let us know if you need to take advantage of this and we will make sure there is a current schedule available in your welcome packet. Other Things to NoteIsaac, our dog is a 55 lb lab/shepherd mix who is friendly enough but very protective of his owners. He barks, but after you are accepted is very friendly, unless you might move quickly in our direction. He has never bitten anyone, but can be scary if intimidated. He loves children, though and doesn't seem to bark at them at all.
