Enjoy Colorful Colorado in the heart of downtown Denver! A lot of people say they live in downtown. But we actually live in downtown -- surrounded by Denver's historic skyscrapers. Our loft is 1 block away from the historic 16th St. Mall, is located just three blocks from the convention centerand has large windows for a wonderful view of the city. You'll have easy access to major attractions and a beautiful place to stay. My roommate and I travel about once a month with alternating schedules for busines and would love to welcome you into our home. Our apartment is in a historic building and features hardwood floors in the main area and large bay windows for a great downtown view. It's spacious, with vaulted ceilings, and has an Amish fireplace for your enjoyment. You will have access to a large, 300 sq. foot private room with a full-size bed and plenty of natural light, as well as our living room, bathroom and kitchen -- so please make yourself at home. One of us will be around during your stay, but we are each pretty busy during the day. But feel free to ask any questions about our wonderful city, and we will always help you out.

The SpaceThis is a two bedroom, one bathroom 900? square foot apartment. It is located in a historic building a block off of the center of the 16th street mall. I love my location because it is truly in the heart of everything. Within a few blocks you can find dozens of restaurants, shops, a movie theatre, the opera, the convention center and much more! Guest AccessEverything is available. Let me know if you need a key to the laundry room which is located on the 1st floor, near the entrance on 17th St. Interaction with GuestsI am generally not nearby but am quite reachable by text/email/phone. Getting AroundAs of late April, your best bet from the airport, is a direct light rail for $9pp. It will take 37 minutes to Union Station. There is a free mall shuttle from there to Champa. From there, is a very short walk. Until then, you probably want to take the RTD bus to Union Station and mall shuttle from there. I wouldn't recommend taking a cab since i've heard it costs around $60 one way. The airport is far away from "real" Denver. Since I live in the city center parking is expensive. You shouldn't need a car as there is plenty of public transportation to get you to where you wanna be. If you will have a car, ask about the use of my monthly parking pass. Other Things to NoteIf needed, you can borrow my parking pass for garage across the street. Posted rates are $24+/night with each new day beginning at 5am. If you plan to go in/out much, it adds up to more. My pass is available for $20/night until noon.

Interaction with GuestsI probably won't be nearby but am generally easy to reach via text/email. The NeighborhoodYou are at ground zero for The Convention Center, Performing Arts and a heavy concentration of bars & restaurants. The ride to downtown will be complete in just under 37 minutes. Cost is just $9. From Union Station, take the FREE mall shuttle bus to Champa. Getting AroundRTD Light Rail stop is at the end of my block. You can travel all over Denver via the light rail. A bus stop is also located on my block. The SpaceTwo beautiful bedrooms, a huge 500 square foot living room with a bar, a stocked kitchen, and a big bathroom, all full of original art. There's also a projector and speakers, and because of my location within the building, you can get away with turning them up pretty loud, since I have no lateral neighbors, and the floors and ceilings are each 7 inches of concrete. The building used to be a high end department store before it was converted into loft condos. Guest AccessAutomated System. You'll need to read the House Manual in the Itinerary before arriving for instructions. They're pretty simple though. The NeighborhoodWe have so much going on around here, from the convention center to 3 music venues, a multi-plex movie theater, the Denver performing arts center, the convention center, and over 100 restaurants and bars, all within a mile of the apartment. Getting AroundLight-rail, buses, amtrak trains, and the direct airport bus are all within steps of the apartment, plus a free bus runs down my street. Parking and driving around here is doable, but the immediate neighborhood is incredibly walkable (and has horrible car traffic). Parking can get expensive close by, though a lot about five blocks away charges $6/day. Other Things to Note2016-BFN-(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)

Pet is (probably) okay. Let's discuss. btw, there is another guest "bunk" in a loft. One has to use a ladder to get up there and there is only about 4 feet of headspace. It's perfect for a kid or second guest. I hesitate to call this a second bed. It's a foam pad. It's where I sleep when I have guest. It's not bad, but it's not luxury. I want to be clear about that.
