There are hazards associated with living in a rural area. The owners and property managers are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur. Guest is responsible for any damage to structure or furnishings from use of the fireplaces. Damage resulting from use of the fire pit by the pond, or outside barbeque is also the guest’s responsibility. Example: If the one of a kind dining room table is moved improperly, it will buckle in half! 2. Pets are only allowed if they are disclosed before booking and terms of their stay negotiated in writing. 3. Vehicles are to be parked inside the main gate on blacktop, or just outside the main gate in front of horse gate. If the Guest House is not rented by Guest, it may be rented separately but renters are only allowed access to the parking/seating area directly north of the Guest House. 6.
