Appointed with a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, full size fridge,Nespresso Coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster,mix master to wake you up each morning. Di loves cooking and good food so there is always fresh herbs and vegies growing in the garden you are welcome to use. The master bedroom hosts a comfortable Queen bed with ample built in robes. The sofa bed in the lounge room turns into a second sturdy Queen bed for extra guests to use. The lounge room has a pot belly fire or gas heater to keep you warm over winter. (Please note only to be used if you have experience)The dining area opens onto a private garden courtyard with BBQ for guests use only. - Unlimited WIFI - Large screen digital TV - I-Pod docking station -Provided for all your entertainment needs. Washing machine and dryer are situated in the en-suit and washing powder supplied. Private security entrance through the wooden front door and parking in the front driveway provided. The owner is one of Perth leading artists so the walls are full of interesting works and she can direct you to any local art event at the time of your visit. Guest AccessSituated just 15 minutes by car to the CBD there is one car parking bay for guests. The express bus route 887 or 889 to the CBD is on the corner. One block away is Dianella Plaza shopping centre for all supermarket and takeaway needs. Conveniently located, the domestic airport just 20 minutes and the international airport 35 minutes away by car. You access the apartment through the front courtyard white gate and your own front door, no stairs, straight from the driveway. For entertainment you're only a five minute drive from the trendy Mt Lawley restaurant strip and North Perth Angove Cafe scene. Or five minutes to the beautiful Yokine Golf Course with City views or the Pool and 2 parks . For cool relief the beautiful Trigg Beach is only 21 minutes away and Cottesloe 35 minutes by car. This private haven provides a relaxing launching pad for you to explore Perth or relax between work commitments. Interaction with GuestsThe apartment is independent and private while adjoins the owner's property. You have full use of the apartment during your stay. Contact details for the host are provided if you require assistance. Guests enter via the white picket gate to the front courtyard to their own front door and rear private courtyard for guests use only. All guests facilities listed above are completely separate and independent. The NeighborhoodYou would never know this quiet street is off the bustling Alexander Drive that takes you directly into the heart of the city in 15 minutes. 5 minute walk to Coles and Woolworths supermarkets. To the east is The Galleria Shopping Centre which is the biggest shopping complex in Perth and includes the Events Movie Cinema. To the west are the beautiful beaches Perth is famous for. Getting AroundExpress bus route 887 or 889 to CBD is on the corner and Taxis or Uber available but driving is the best option. The taxi from the domestic airport should only cost $25 AUD and take 20 - 30 minutes depending on traffic. The supermarket and parks are all within walking distance. The apartment is an excellent choice for international students as EC University and WAAPA are just a 7 minute bus ride. Other Things to NoteThere is a solid queen size sofa bed for extra guests and plenty of crockery for visiting parents that want to cook for their families. The bed linen is quality Egyptian cotton and full, built-in wardrobes, ironing facilities, allowing you to keep your clothes presentable for that amazing night life just around the corner.

The SpaceWelcome to my charming two bedroom holiday home in Dianella. My aim is to provide an affordable and comfortable home away home for couples, small groups or families. It is a great destination for holiday makers, or an ideal starting base for those moving to Perth. The space includes; • Master Bedroom with Queen size bed, ceiling fan, triple built in wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. • Second Bedroom with Queen size bed, reverse cycle air conditioner/heater, ceiling fan, double built in wardrobe and additional TV(URL HIDDEN) • Open plan Living Room with dining and lounge areas. Large flat screen TV, DVD player, Netflix and reverse cycle air conditioner/heater • Double Sofa Bed in the living room for 5th and 6th guests. • Kitchen equipped for all your cooking needs, please just clean up afterwards. This is a self catering house, so breakfast is not provided • Brand new luxury bathroom, with large walk in shower and double vanity. Hairdryer, baby bath, soap and body wash are all provided. • The Toilet is separate to the bathroom, helps in the morning when everyone is trying to get ready at once! • Laundry with washing machine, iron and ironing board • Back garden with table and chairs, great place to chill out at the end of the day • Quality towels and sheets provided, no need to bring anything. Guest AccessThe entire house will be just for you! I live about 20 minutes away. I try to be flexible with check in (3pm) and check out (11am) times, depending on other guests arriving/departing these days. If you would like to secure a definite early check in or late check out then PLEASE get in touch as I may be able to offer the additional night at a reduced rate. I have a key lock box so a check in or check out during the middle of the night are absolutely fine. Interaction with GuestsI can offer as much or as little interaction as guests would like. I like to give guests their privacy, but am very happy to answer any questions, or provide suggestions to make your trip to Perth great! The NeighborhoodDianella is a safe and quiet residential suburb, just 7km from the CBD with good local amenities. It is a great location for families, with lots of local parks with play equipment, including a small one right across the road! A short drive or walk away (900 metres) is Centro Dianella Shopping Centre, with supermarkets, specialty stores and plenty of take away options. The Morley Galleria Mall and the popular Coventry Village Markets are both just 2km away (4 minute drive), great for shopping, supermarkets (including 24/7), movies (Events Cinema), and lots of restaurants to choose from, including, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, Greek ect. There is a 24 hour Spudshed supermarket at the Coventry Markets, and 24 hour take away burgers (Hungry Jacks) on route. Alternatively, 4km away on Beaufort Street there is a 24 hour IGA supermarket. There are many fabulous restaurants, bars and pubs on this street also. The Terry Tyzack Aquatic Centre is 2.5 km away, and has indoor and outdoor pools plus a gym. Or for those who like to run/walk Yokine Reserve is a Perth favourite and also just 2.5km away. There are local Halal options including Vrbas Halal Butchers at the Coventry Village Markets, and Charcoal Chicken Cafe at Dianella Shopping Centre. Getting AroundThe nearest bus stop is a 1 minute walk away, and offers bus number 68 to the City or Mount Lawley (a great eating/drinking destination). Within 10 minute walk there are a number of other bus stops, particularly on Walter Road, Morley Drive and Alexander Drive. The Morley Bus Station is 2km away, or the Bayswater Train Station is 4km away. You can check out Perth public transport options, including a journey planner, on the Transperth website. I do recommend hiring a car for trips to Perth, it is a sprawling city with lots of great places to visit on the outskirts of town (i.e. the Swan Valley), and public transport is not as flexible. The Domestic and International Airports both offer all the usual car rentals companies (Redspot, Thrifty, Budget etc), and this saves the taxi costs to and from the house. I recommend Bayswater Car Rental, just 5km away from the house, it is well priced (likely to be cheaper even taking into account the taxi journey). The main taxi company in Perth is Swan Taxi's, they have a journey price calculator on their website. UBER is now also in Perth, and offer a much cheaper alternative to taxis. • Use my referral code: kelliej41 to get $10 AUD off your first journey. The Perth airports are a short drive away, 9km to the Domestic Airport or 14km to the International Airport. They are very easy to access via the nearby Tonkin Hwy. Other Things to NoteLGBT friendly. My suggestions on places to visit in Perth; Perth Beaches are some of the most beautiful in the world. It is just a 15 min drive to Scarborough or Trigg. Swan Valley is filled with loads of wineries, breweries and restaurants to try. If you would like to sample a few, try one of the boat cruises or bus tours. (20min drive) Kings Park overlooks Perth's Swan River, and is a great place for picnics and outdoor movies in the summer (15min drive) Caversham wildlife park is a brilliant place to meet Australian wildlife including Koalas and Kangaroos. It is perfect for day for family fun! (20min drive) Hillary's Boat Harbour is a fun place to eat and drink! Why not visit AQWA and get close and personal with some underwater wildlife! (25min drive) Fremantle has some fantastic restaurants (Little Creatures Brewery is a must try), and markets. Or, for something a little different, why not take a cruise out to sea and do some whale watching! (30min drive) The magical and much-loved Rottnest Island, situated just off the coast (an hours journey by boat), is free of cars and the destination for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Rent a bike and enjoy a day riding to each of the small bays for swimming and snorkelling. End the day with drink at the famous Rottnest Pub watching the Quokkas and sunset. ... And your trip to Western Australia has only just begun!

The SpaceIt's surrounded by lush vertical gardens and shady trees in the fully enclosed front yard. The pool has its own separate glass fence with child proof gates. There's two outdoor entertaining areas, nestled behind the cherry blossum tree beside the back outdoor alfresco area is a tree-house cubby with a view through a cherry blossom tree. This private holiday oasis has been completely renovated inside and out, the kitchen has blue opal granite counter tops, the bathroom has glass shower screen, floor to ceiling polished porcelain tiles & an extra roomy luxurious rain shower. Some stunning retro features from the house's 1960's origins have been retained in the renovations - it has character! We do try to impress our guests with all the creature comforts you deserve on your holiday, like luxurious extra cosy mattress toppers on all the beds, egyptian cotton 1000tc linen on the beds, fluffy egyptian cotton bath towels and large cabana pool towels. You can even pre-order a breakfast hamper of some fresh provisions waiting for you when you arrive. The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeping a maximum of 6 guests. There are 4 beds in the house - 2 x Queen Beds and 2 x king-single beds (& 2 port-a-cots). It has temperature controlled, reverse cycle air-conditioning that keeps you cool in summer & warm in winter. The front yard is fully enclosed, very private, so the kids can play safely with the high garden walls & child proof gate surrounded by lush vertical gardens and shady trees. The salt water pool (complete with spa seats and swim jets) gets full sun all day, and the water temp stays warm for most of the year round (Oct to April) with a solar pool blanket. The pool is has its own glass fence with child proof gates plus there are decked paths connecting the front & back yards. You can swim against the powerful swim jets in the pool for fitness or just for the kids to have fun to ride on with small inflatables. You can relax on the deck by the pool with a chilled beverage with plenty for the kids to do while you get to relax and enjoy your hard earned holiday. Inside, it's been renovated to a very high standard. There is original artwork on the walls, polished hardwood floors throughout, Full HD LCD TV, with a DVD player (Free DVD movies provided), and a Stereo with ipod/mobile phone connector for your own playlist on your phone or ipod. loads of Lego, wonderful stories in childrens books and board games available for the kids, the cubby has a chandalier & a working crane. The accommodation rates include all linen & towels & laundering these after you check-out: * Crisp freshly laundered Egyptian cotton 1000tc sheets, pillowcases, large fluffy Egyptian cotton bath towels, hand towels, facewashers, tea towels and a bathmat are all supplied. Plus large cabana towels for the pool. * Instant coffee, tea bags, sugar + all essentials provided (BYO bathroom toilettries). * breakfast hamper available. * 2 Port-a-cot with mattresses, toddler bed rails & a highchair provided if required for our little guests at no extra charge. The NeighborhoodThere is a 24hr supermarket very close by so you can buy supplies no matter what time you arrive! (Called the "Spudshed" at Coventry Village Markets, Wellington Road) It very close to your 'Private Urban Oasis' just a 2 minute drive or a 10 minute walk. There are 5 supermarkets within a 5 minute drive. The closest wine Merchant is Dan Murphy's (Cnr Wellington Rd & Walter Rd West), and Chemist is up the ramp on Wellington Rd/Walter Rd West, in Morley Galleria Shopping Centre. There's plenty to see and do while you're in Perth, whether you're visiting from out of town interstate or from another part of the world. Discover Perth's stunning national, nature and marine parks in and surrounding Perth, you'll feel a world away in the gorgeous vineyards, peaceful hills and the beautiful beaches of Perth, right on the city's doorstep.. There is some world class wines to sample at the Cellar doors at many wineries in the Swan Valley (& Margaret River Chocolate Factory with free samples!!). If you love to shop for latest clothes shoes & glam accessories, there's a fabulous range of speciality stores, markets and galleries in Perth, see some of this seasons inspired local designer labels in the City, Subiaco or Claremont. You can find some fantastic bargains from Perth's Warehouse outlet shopping at Harbourtown in West Perth. Weekend markets are in Fremantle and Subiaco, with buskers and street performers, selling everything from local Aboriginal art, hand-made, one of a kind and natural organic produce, so much to experience for yourself! Here's how far from the house just a few of our favourites are: * 10min drive to Kings Park & WA Botannical Gardens. * Caversham Wildlife Park is closeby, just a 15minute drive, have a photo taken holding a Koala, handfeed Kangaroos, see & touch native animals up close. *If kids bit older, (or brave) there is also an indoor climbing wall centre- "the hangout" in Baywater (5-10minutes drive) or *for over 10year olds Indoor Go Carts.. in Malaga, Belmont and Osborne Park (each about 10min drive away). *"Mighty Jungle" in Boag St Morley recommended for under 7yo kids it's an indoor playcentres with Cafe so the grownups can sit and enjoy a coffee & food or join in fun. *5 min drive to Hyde Park Hotel in North Perth or Astor Theatre Mt Lawley (see ticketek or bocs tickets for what's on) plus other inner city entertainment venues. *10min drive to City to Cultural Centre in Northbridge (Museum, Art Gallery of WA) *15 min drive to Subiaco Markets (& Regal Theatre, Cafe district & Upmarket shopping). *15-20 drive to South Perth Zoo or drive to Barrack Street Jetty on Perth Esplanade, catch ferry across Swan River to South Perth then a short walk to Perth Zoo. *Take a day trip to Rottnest Island, ferries leave from Barrack Street Jetty on Perth Esplanade (10 -12 mins drive away in the city), from Hillary's and also from Fremantle. * 20min drive to Trigg Beach or Scarborough Beach, near Wheelchair ramp at Trigg Beach is beach protected from wind with small waves, great for little ones. Within 10-15 mins drive away are: *Kings Park (great views of Swan River & City), *Lake Monger (see black swans) Leederville. * Whiteman Park, (picnic or bbq amongst Kangaroos & emu's). * Caversham Wildlife Park is adjacent to Whiteman Park, has many native animals marsupials & birds - AND you can handfeed a Kangaroo or have your Photo taken with a Koala. * Bardon Park on river in Maylands has great playgrounds and free BBQ picnic areas by the Swan River, and a lovely bike path/walk along the Swan River into East Perth Marina. *Faulkner Park on Abernethy Rd in Belmont (Man-made Volcano with fine cold mist "erupting", a flying fox, swings, tunnels and a lawn with shady trees & BBQ's), for bigger kids there is a skate park on Abernethy Road, * Bike Hire - Langley Park in CBD. Please ROLL up pool blanket (by hand) starting from Carport end. IMPORTANT while you're having a swim - Please store pool blanket *out of sun* on the rocks -at the end of the carport. Put the pool blanket back on overnight in Autumn and Winter to keep the pool temp from dropping on chilly nights. There is a resuscitation chart fixed to the pool wall.       The SpaceThe apartment is all yours- 2 bedrooms , 1 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, modern shower/ toilet. The apartment is designed to be minimalist. The furniture is nice, clean and comfortable. The fridge, TV, washing machine and dryer are in good condition and is available for use. The backyard and the laundry is a separate private space that can be accessed as you walk through the car port and open the second door on the white fence. The courtyard comes with all weather furniture and a hammock for star gazing. The BBQ can also be used, there is a bottle of gas, please use with caution.
