I also have another room that has a bunk bed single top and bottom. Regarding the bunk bed I hope that your guests are mobile enough to climb up without difficulty. Located off Mountain Rd St, vibrant urban community filled with local amenities, entertainment venues, recreational facilities, shopping and restaurants within a short distance. Notable nearby landmarks include; Champlain Shopping Centre , Casino , Golf Course , Zoo , TreeGo , walking trails 20 mins drive to Parlee beach , the Hope wellRock and Bay Fundy No smoking indoors! Check in after 1 PM CHECK OUT before 10 am ( Really important) MUST LEAVE THE HOUSE CLEANED, as it was found.(Damage deposit) I well be living in the basement apartment or living the Rv , parked in the driveway. The SpaceThe space sleeps four in two private bedrooms, or six or so with the twin daybed in the sunroom and extra mattresses which we can provide upon request! Full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, all the amenities you could need. Parking for up to three vehicles. Enjoy a 1-acre yard with fruit trees and gardens, and your very own view of the Petitcodiac River. If you time it right, you can watch the Tidal Bore go by! Private large deck and firepit with patio furniture for your use. Guest AccessYou will have the whole place to yourself. Another separate suite is available upstairs and can be added to your rental at a reduced rate, or may be occupied. Essentially the entire property is devoted to Airbnb guests. :-) A great place for families to have room to breathe or for friends to gather. You will have your own private deck, full access to the yard, and full access to laundry facilities. Interaction with GuestsWe live just down the road about 200 metres away, and are happy to greet you and answer any questions you may have. We work from home and will be available to help with anything you need. We frequently make the rental self-serve, with a coded lockbox on the door which holds the key, so you can let yourselves in no matter when you arrive. Parks and splash parks are not far, and larger attractions such as Hopewell Rocks, Fundy National Park, Magnetic Hill, or the beach may be reached in 20-40 minutes.

The SpaceBeautiful spacious and private apartment which is within walking distance to the downtown core of Moncton. This unit has 2 bedrooms with double beds which can accommodate 4 people. A huge kitchen/eating area which contains a fully equipped kitchen for my clients who wish to apply their culinary skills. Guests can make their way to the side of the house where the entrance is situated off the huge patio which holds a patio table with 6 settings. The Universite De Moncton is in my back yard and the Dr. George Dumont Hospital is within walking distance. Walking and biking trails are abundant close to my home. Breakfast foods for one morning will be available for my guests. Guest AccessThere are walking trails close to my home. A nice walk to the farmers market on Saturday morning is a favourite thing for me to do. Enjoy my flowers while you sip your coffee on your huge deck in the morning. The SpaceSpacious and quiet room on second floor. Towels are provided and if you are here for one night only you will have the second floor to yourself which includes the master bathroom. For longer stays we would just have to discuss a bathroom schedule but I am quite flexible. You are more than welcome to share the living spaces with me and if you like to be by yourself I have a cozy basement where you can relax, practice yoga, read, work etc. I look forward to meeting you! The SpaceMy beautiful home is an oasis of character and comfort which you will enjoy should you choose to book your future accomodations with me. The house is a 1.5 story mid century home. You will have access to the kitchen, wireless internet and cable TV, the backyard, patio overlooking my beautiful flower gardens and private full bath. Great home, great part of the city. I have 2 bedrooms to offer, travellers have a Queen size bed in the master bedroom and a double bed in the second bedroom. This house is extremely comfortable with lots of light, a sunroom and a backyard. It takes 25 minutes to walk to the downtown core. Several bus lines are available and can get you anywhere you'd like in the city. My home is located in a amazing location near the University of Moncton /The George Dumont Hospital and the Moncton city centre. This section of town is known as a safe and upscale part of the city. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood only minutes away from downtown. The highway is only 5 minutes away and 15 minutes to the airport. My place is a short walk from downtown, a few attractions, must see spots and close to the house is the farmers market, UM, shopping main bus routes. I speak french and english and enjoy cross cultural experiences. Located in a nice quiet neighbourhood only minutes away from downtown. The SpaceI have a really cool place. One room is a little spaceship. There are musical instruments around and the atmosphere is creative, laid back and fairly zen. There is a turntable for listening to vinyl lp's. I keep things tidy, but you can put your feet up and feel at home here, so long as your feet aren't too stinky. I appreciate all music except new country, metal and cheesy commercial stuff. If you like to sit around and watch the news all day however, you may not feel it is your style! If you are a big fan of Stephen Harper, you might want to look elsewhere as well. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the kitchen and bathroom (bath and shower) as well as washer and dryer. The NeighborhoodThis is known to be one of the coolest neighbourhoods in Moncton. A pretty, quiet area right in the heart of downtown. Lots of musicians and artists live in this area, and there are lots of families with children. Close to all the amenities one needs. Getting AroundBeing in the heart of downtown, you can always catch a bus nearby. Other Things to NoteI like to really enjoy life and have a good time, but this ain't a party house! Just sayin'.

    Beautiful log home on Mechanic Lake, in south central New Brunswick. Located one hour from Moncton, one hour from Saint John and one hour and twenty minutes from Fredericton also twenty minutes from Fundy National Park. Fundy Park Trail way is also about an hour away. This half completed car and bike and hiking trail is as beautiful as the Cabot trail in Cape Breton with stunning views of the Bay of Fundy along the New Brunswick side of the Bay through the last wilderness area of New Brunswick. Visit caves, a suspension bridge over Big Salmon River, learn about the logging history of the area and visit the William Randolph Hearst Lodge on the Big Salmon River or just see the quaint village of St. Martin's. The highest tides in the world are in Alma, just outside Fundy National Park, Cape Enrage is a short drive away as is Hopewell Rocks. Fundy park has one of the most beautiful 9 hole golf courses in Canada, hiking trails, tennis courts and lawn bowling, cross country skiing in winter. Moncton has magnetic Hill Zoo and water theme park as well as a casino. Saint John has the Reversing falls which you will have to see six hours apart to see it reverse. Fredericton is New Brunswick's capital city and has great golf courses and a ski hill. Sussex is twenty minutes away and has skiing, golf, aquatic center, giant flee market and Balloon festival at certain times of the summer. Poley Mountain ski hill is half an hour away. Mechanic Lake is well known for it ATV and snowmobile trails, hiking, biking and snowshoeing trails.

The full kitchen includes all cookware and dishes necessary to prepare your own meals. There is a dining area, as well as a kitchen Island with stools. The private bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. All bedding, linens, and towels are included and prepared for your stay. With its open concept and relaxing atmosphere, Chez Raphael Loft is also a great place for a quieter retreat. Travel to many area attractions or relax and enjoy the privacy of this suite. The apartment is a smoke and pet free place! Chez Raphael Loft features a private entrance and private deck. All my units are self contained. I will be there to greet the guests and answer any questions they have. They will then have access to the space without any interference.
