The Space- Stunning private deck canopied by snowgums, and featuring a sunken 4 person spa pool. - Large living area with canara wood heater, LCD TV and comfy couches for everyone. - Large kitchen complete with all cooking implements and gadgets including espresso coffee machine, slow cooker, sandwich press, plenty of crockery and glasses. - Three large bedrooms include: master downstairs with a queen bed, a bedroom upstairs with a double and single bed, and a third bedroom with single bunks and single bed. Fold out single bed also available on request (for 9th person). - All linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is provided, with beds being made before your arrival. - Laundry complete with trough, washing machine and dryer. - Drying room to hang your ski cloths and boots to get dry and toasty warm over night. Guest Access- Space for two cars (in tandem) alongside the house. Extra cars can be parked in the free long-term car park which is only a few minutes stroll away. The SpaceFalls creek is both a summer and a winter resort. The apartment is right in the resort with ski in ski out access in winter. It is the highest row of buildings in the resort. The view is gorgeous, the bird life fun and colorful. Being a ski flat it is small but very practical. And built in the 70's it has large bedrooms. We renovated the place in 2013 with new carpets, kitchen and bathroom. Its a simple and effective space that is pleasant to hang out in. But more importantly its located in a great resort whose location give you access to a great alpine playground fantastic for both summer and winter. Guest AccessThe property has a code access. Once the booking is finalised I will send you the code and an information sheet. Note - physical access to the flat is up a steps and it is quite awkward and slippery when there is snow. Interaction with GuestsWe wont be present during your stay but my parents live 30 minutes away if there is a problem - and you can always call us with any questions. If you need linen you will pick this up in Mt Beauty on your way through. The Neighborhood(website (URL HIDDEN) Check out the resort website for whats on! (website hidden) Getting AroundThere are buses - but this location is best if you have a car. You can park in front of the flat out of ski season. There is no car access into the resort during the ski season. Other Things to NoteThe flat is a 5 night minimum in the ski season (July to early September) unless availability shows less) and 3 night for public holiday weekends. Rates are seasonally adjusted. CLEANING there is no cleaning charge listed as the property is easy to clean by you leave. We can arrange for a cleaner for a fee but this will need to be agreed at the time of yr booking. The beds have mattress and pillow protectors and doona covers. You must bring your own sheets, top and bottom, pillow cases and towels. The mains power might be off when you arrive and the hot water will need a good few hours to warm up. In summer please turn off the mains when you leave Long weekends are a minimum three night stay

The SpaceThis mezzanine apartment is perfect for 4 people with a comfy, splittable king bed upstairs and a tilt away double bed in the living area. It has a lovely new bathroom, and the laundry facilities are located in the entry area. A full kitchen with a 4 burner electric cook top, Asko dishwasher, coffee machine, 240lt fridge/freezer, and microwave/convection oven makes preparing meals easy. Located at the front of the building the view from the balcony is of the village bowl area, ski runs & down the Kiewa Valley. This apartment is stunning with a bright roomy fit out. This self contained apartment consists of: - private bathroom - full kitchen which has a sink, dishwasher,fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave/convection oven, electric frypan, coffee machine, plenty of pots & pans, rice cooker plus plenty of cutlery, crockery and glass ware for up to 6 people in case you have guests over to visit. - a front loading washing machine in the entry with a large tumble dryer right near it under the stairs. - living area with leather sofa & arm chair, large TV, iPod docking station with radio and DVD player. - a mezzanine bedroom upstairs that has a splittable king size bed and another iPod dock/clock. - private balcony with a gas BBQ on it and gas provided with 2 deck chairs. - the views from the front of the building are spectacular. In summer you can drive right to the door, ride your bike around the village and to and from the mountain bike trials or main road for road cyclists, and you can walk or run along the aqueduct trail which goes right by our place.     The SpaceThis apartment has 1 bathroom, and one upstairs mezzanine bedroom which has a splittable queen bed and a single bed in it, and then down stairs there is a tilt away queen sized bed making it ideal for 2 couples, or for a family of 5 so the kids can be upstairs and mum and dad downstairs in the living area, or for a group of 4 singles. There is a well equipped kitchen with 2 burner cook top, microwave convection oven, large dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Of course there is all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and plenty of tools and equipment to cook up a storm for your group if you so desire. A spacious dining and living area are on the entry level where you can enjoy relaxing in front of the TV, DVD and stereo or just sit back and take in the view or read a book after a big day. On the south side of the building this apartment has fantastic views of the neighboring wilderness. As the road is on the other side of the building it is quiet and you can often see guests returning from their skiing as they approach from the home trails, or in summer walking along the aqueduct from your private balcony. Even sometimes wildlife can be seen below from the balcony early in the morning. This level captures the afternoon sun and is the ideal spot to spend a lazy afternoon inside with a book or lay back and enjoy a movie on the Flat Screen TV. Escape the heat of summer - Falls is at least 10 degrees cooler! Great location for athletes training. Go kayaking on the lake. Relax and watch movies away from the hussle and bussle. In summer the supermarket is open limited hours - so bring a few groceries with you. In Ski Season if there are back to back bookings - check out is by 2.30pm and check-in from 4pm.         The SpaceYour private snow chalet will be presented like a luxury hotel room with towels and linen provided. Entry is via a generous vestibule where you can gear up for the day and safely store your boards and skis. After skiing, strip off your wet gear and place it straight into the "walk in" drying room. Boot racks are even provided, so your boots will always be warm and dry in the morning. A cedar glass door takes you through to the lounge and main living area. The rustic sun soaked lounge is carpeted and has a warming gas log fire. The cabin is equipped with satelliteTV, DVD, Video and Stereo. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, stove-top, range hood, convection oven, microwave and dishwasher making meal preparation a pleasure. The apartments are fitted with FREE WIRELESS INTERNET, so bring your devices along to keep in touch with news, snow reports, your business and friends. Guest AccessEach chalet has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are located upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite. The second bedroom has 2 bunks (4 beds) and 2 extra mattresses which can be relocated to the lounge if necessary, taking the total sleeping accommodation to a maximum of 8. The main bathroom is conveniently accessed from the upstairs hallway adjacent to the second bedroom. The home is nestled on the edge of acres of unspoilt alpine bush with views to distant mountains and out over Redbank Plain, which welcomes kangaroos and brumby's grazing with their foals. Wombats ramble about in the surrounding woodland. This is a enchanting place to unwind from everyday life. In the evenings relax by the open fire whilst gazing at the alpine night sky which the High Country is so famous for. Alternatively head into the idyllic Dinner Plain Village (7km) renowned for its high quality restaurants, bars and cafes, or venture onto the Mt Hotham Ski Resort just 21km away. Depending on season, a wide range outdoor adventure activities abound including resort and cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, bushwalking and fly-fishing. Annual events include the Geebung Polo, the Omeo Easter Rodeo and a range of winter activities associated with the resorts. Guest AccessThis architecturally designed home has a well appointed open plan kitchen, dining and spacious living area with open fireplace (dry firewood supplied on the deck) and adjoining TV lounge space. The large outdoor deck features BBQ and alfresco dining which opens onto acres of alpine wilderness. Sleeping: 3 double rooms each with a private deck. The bunk room contains 4 single beds & 1 single trundle. Master bathroom: spa bath & shower, & separate toilet. Second bathroom upstairs: shower & toilet. Also 1 powder room near the entry. Separate laundry with clothes washer, clothes drying rack and iron. A drying cupboard is located in the end full height cupboard in the laundry for wet winter clothing and boots. Winter Road Access: requires AWD vehicles (including Subaru!) as a precaution as the dirt driveway may be slippery. There is plenty of parking space with undercover carport for two vehicles. Getting AroundOur driveway is directly off the Great Alpine Road, just 7km downhill from Dinner Plain towards Omeo (21km from Mt Hotham), or about an hour from Bright. Omeo is 38km/30min away. For parking/stopping in the Alpine Resort during the ski season, fees do apply. 'Alpine Ezy Access' can be arranged online prior to arrival or from Hotham Central. Travel to the house does not require vehicle resort entry fees if you do not stop in the resort in transit. The Alps link Bus service travels along the Great Alpine Rd connecting with V-Line services in both Bright and Bairnsdale. Other Things to NoteBring your own linen & we'll discount your stay! Stay for 6 nights and receive your 7th night free! Pillows & Quilts (with quilt cover linen set), bath towels, bath mats and hand-towels are supplied. On booking, we'll enquire about which beds require sheets depending on your group size and requirements. Due to power capacity, the house can accommodate a maximum of 11 guests including children. Please note that the house runs on a stand alone solar power system with generator back up. The generator (located in the outside shed) is likely to run for a couple of hours per day over winter depending on how much power guests use.         The SpaceCome By Chance is a large, modern, 4 bedroom luxury chalet, with a large 7 seater outdoor spa. It has 3 separate living areas and 4 bedrooms. Located in the Dinner Plain Village, 10kms from Mount Hotham, in the Victorian Alps. 'Come By Chance' is ideally located on Big Muster Drive. With only a short walk to the restaurants and cafes, supermarket, and Onsen day spa. A regular shuttle bus service connects Dinner Plain to Mount Hotham. Dinner Plain also has it's own ski run, tubing course, toboggan area, and cross county trails (Free toboggan use available for Come By Chance guests). 'Come By Chance' can accommodate 10 guests in four bedrooms (or 13 on request in 5th room). It has three separate living areas, a cosy fire, televisions in all bedrooms and living areas, panel heating in all rooms and is extremely comfortable with modern furnishings. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for cooling in the summer months. Three of the bedrooms are located on the second level with a central newly fitted bathroom that has a spa bath. The main bedroom has it's own modern ensuite. Each of these bedrooms can offer either a king bed or single bed configurations. Each of these rooms also have their own televisions. The fourth bedroom is on the third level with a second lounge area that has leather couches and a large TV- a perfect kids retreat! The large living kitchen and dining area is open plan and has an impressive stone fire place. The dining seating area looks out the glass north facing windows and has fantastic views. The kitchen has lovely modern stone benchtops, is fully equipped and includes all new appliances including oven, cook-top, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee machine, bread machine, and ample supplies of quality cookware, glasses, crockery and cutlery. A fabulous rumpus room/3rd living area on the ground level has a comfortable TV/lounge area to escape and relax. Watch Foxtel or play Nintendo, what ever you choose to enjoy! The rumpas room can also be used as an additional bedroom with queen bed (by request only). An office work station with printer facilities is also available for those needing to check in with the real world. A powder room is also located on the lower level. The laundry is located on the ground floor and has a washing machine, 2 x dryers and ironing facilities. The laundry also has drying facilities for all your ski gear after a day in the snow. The entrance area has ample ski and board storage and seating area for boot fitting. There is a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture that can be enjoyed on the large decking area (fabulous for summer!!!). Sit back, relax and soak up the beautiful natural surroundings of Dinner Plain whilst sitting in the OUTDOOR SPA. 'Come By Chance', has all the comforts to make your stay enjoyable, luxurious and easy!!!!! Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house. (With the exclusion of a couple of locked services cupboards). All guests are provided with their own access code, so their is no need to collect or worry about keys during your stay. We have two carparks located at the front of the house. If extra guest cars require parking. We can provide free passes for the long term car park which is located approx 200mts away.
