The large bedroom sleeps two people and has a queen size bed with feather pillows and heavy cotton sheets. Simple multi-function storage allows easy relief from suitcase living, even for short stays. The leafy view overlooks a quiet private courtyard. Only the birds may wake you up! Many guests comment on the extraordinary sounds of nature so close to the city. The NeighborhoodThere is a small schoolhouse across the road, beyond that a small park then less than 100m away (60yds) from the front door is the ferry direct to the city. A peaceful and safe environment 50m (30yds) from the shopping village famous for boutiques, cafes and restaurants and with a 7/11 supermarket. Considered one of Sydney's most prestige suburbs it is a perfect location to base your visit, for work or pleasure. On the left hand side of the sliding doors to apartment, you will see a massive pot plant. In the pot plant, there is an oversized padlock, which is a contains the keys for this property. To open it, dial code 8700 and press down the black button on the left hand side. Close it and shuffle numbers to secure it. Please return keys to padlock upon departure. Arrival - Check in time 2pm (as we have guests leaving that morning) and check out time 10am (unless prior arrangements are made). You are in close reach of the city, museums, concert halls, theatre, galleries, restaurants, cafes, shopping and supermarket, while being only steps from gorgeous beaches. Getting AroundYou can pick and choose your public transport to anywhere: by bus (2min walk), train (8min walk), ferry (2min walk), or just walking! Street parking is available but very competitive! From the airport you can get a taxi, or train to Central and change to the Eastern Suburbs platform going to Edgecliff Station. Even though you are then walking distance from the apartment, I suggest you get a taxi because of luggage. Other Things to NoteThe room faces East and the large window must be closed before leaving in case of any signs or forecast of rain.

Many guests that stay just for a night or 2 won't meet me as I literally sleep and shower here. If you are wanting company then my place may not the place for you!
