The SpaceGreat location for large, private gatherings. Perfect for bachelor and bachelorette parties. Private location (with 5 acres of woods) and a vast outdoor space for lawn games, BBQs, volleyball, horseshoes, cornhole, lounging in hammock, pitching a tent, enjoying a campfire, etc. Paths have been created through the woods with clearing and fountain. There is also a large koi pond and mini-waterfall on the property for quiet reflection. Note: there are 3 private bedrooms and 2 sets of bunkbeds - so a total of 10 people can sleep in a bed. Additional guests can use sofas, futons, and air mattresses to sleep (which I can provide). Plenty of towels, bedding, pots/pans for cooking. Additional needs/questions? Just ask. However, if you wish to stay more than 7 days, I reserve the right to stay in the house or not; so please work this out with me in advance of booking. The NeighborhoodQuiet, private location. Home is tucked away from from any main neighborhoods, so it is reserved. Typically you can be as loud as you want without issue (within reason). But I do have a neighbor around 800 feet away so please be courteous of he and his family after 1am (i.e. turn down the music so it's not cranking full volume). Getting AroundNo major public transit available. You'll need a car to get to the beach, etc. There is the C&J bus around the corner which does round-trip to Boston. Other Things to NoteThis listing is primarily targeted for people in their early/mid 30s-40s looking to find a great place to host a large (or small) private gatherings. I can have 40+ people on the premise for large gatherings (e.g. wedding receptions); but the home itself will only sleep 10-14 comfortably (3 private, queen beds + sets of 2 bunk beds). One other detail: I do keep 2 ferrets in a cage in the garage. They are out of the way and will not bother you. You should not need to use the garage unless/until disposing of trash. The SpaceOne mile from downtown Dover, there is easy cab (and of course, Uber!) access to local river-front bars and restaurants (take your pick: sushi, Mexican, Irish pubs, award-winning steakhouse), as well as privacy and quiet if you choose to stay in. Highway access is at the end of the street, making travel to beaches, mountains, Boston, and Portland easy and traffic-free. UNH is a few minutes down the street. Lots of walking trails within a five minute drive. We are happy to give suggestions for the best beaches, restaurants, etc. Just ask! Guest AccessThe whole place is yours for your stay! Interaction with GuestsWe will (try) be here to show you your space, and then we'll be off on our own adventure, likely visiting friends in Boston/Maine/Vermont or camping on the Kangamangus river in North Conway with the kids. The NeighborhoodIt's quiet, private and the river is across the street. (Don't worry, parents! There's a fence!) Getting AroundThere's a bus stop within a five minute walk, plus cabs are an easy grab via phone. It's totally possible to walk downtown (we've done it before in nice weather) but there's lots of parking in downtown Dover, too. Many quaint New England towns to visit and tour (Ogunquit, ME; Newburyport, MA; North Conway, NH) and nothing is more than an hour's drive! Other Things to NoteParking: Room for 2 cars. Possibility of three cars, but please confirm with us first. While we are at the end of a quiet street, there is another side to this town house. My neighbor likes to be kept in the loop.

The Spacevery few cabin/ cottages were ever built with the character of this one. this property also hosts weddings and other events on some weekends so bookings for lodging are usually sunday through Thursday but we still have a handful of weekends available and yes we are pet friendly. see our website 7-continental for a ton of pics mostly related to weddings and this cool property. seasonal . tons of art in various forms from carvings to recycled metal art and just interesting architecture Guest Accessthe cabin and grounds are yours to enjoy. take pics, relax, swing, have a campfire,eat drink and be merry and finish the night off in the hot tub. we are booked up almost every weekend with last minute bookings so we encourage you to book 2 nights. we prefer to approve two night bookings over one night Interaction with Guestswere available next door as needed but completely respect your privacy The Neighborhoodvery quiet neighborhood and good people but you cant see any of them when the place leaves out Getting Aroundlakes, ponds , ocean,20 minutes. white mountains are 50 minutes away. good restaurants are 5 minutes away Portsmouth is 20 away, hiking trails close by . but your never going to want to leave. ask us about spots to visit you wont find on the internet that are very cool Other Things to Notequeen size bed in separate bedroom. two sofa/beds in the main living room. two more couches on the porch. simplest way to use the sofa/bed is bring your own sleeping bags or use ours. fridge is usually stocked with coffee, cream ,condiments ,etc. we can also point you to beaches, hiking trails and swimming holes only the locals know and they are very cool

The SpaceYour bedroom is on the ground floor, and has it's own entrance off the front porch. It has a queen-sized bed, sofa bed, desk, bookshelves, closet, microwave and even a small fridge/freezer. The large handicapped-accessible bathroom (which was added for my 95-year old mother-in-law's use) was built out into the garage, which makes it extremely private for you! (The steps up onto the porch do preclude my listing this room as totally handicapped-accessible, but they are few.) I have encased the mattress and pillows in 5-in-1 covers for allergen and pest protection. In the winter your bathroom tends to be cool; please use the free-standing oil-filled electric heater provided in your room if you wish. In warm weather an air conditioner will be installed in one of your bedroom windows. I am a lover of peaceful country living, and my comfortable home on a dead-end road surrounded by fields and woods is waiting for you! Make it your home base while you explore the Portsmouth NH cultural scene, New Hampshire's wonderful beaches, or shop til you drop at the outlet malls just across the line in Kittery, Maine. If you prefer to just relax here, I am adjacent to the huge Bellamy Wildlife Management Area, where you can go exploring -- hike, bike, birdwatch! Great for snowshoeing and X-country skiing in the winter. I am also close to the Bellamy River, here a tidal tributary of Great Bay, where many people come for the great kayaking (you can borrow one of mine). I am only 5 miles from the UNH campus in Durham, and I am 10 miles from Portsmouth, 12 miles to the NH beaches. Easy access to highways. The public areas of my first floor may be used if available when I am home - please ask me! This includes use of my kitchen, dining room, living room and laundry. In May of 2015 I had an automatic propane-fired electric generator installed--now there are NO worries about electric outages! I speak Spanish fluently (my first career was as a Spanish teacher), and have a few phrases of other languages! I look forward to meeting you! The NeighborhoodThe dead-end road I live on is a quiet place for a short walk, and my neighbors are used to seeing my house guests ambling along. Many locals walk for exercise, or with their dogs or children on my road, as well as all over this neighborhood. The Bellamy Wildlife Management area right across the road from me has several miles of trails through fields and woodlands, as well. Getting AroundThere is not public transportation within Dover, but we do have a train station (served by Amtrack) and a bus terminal (served by C & J Bus Company) for travel between Boston and Dover. There is even a direct bus to and from New York City 3 times a day (also with C & J). There are several taxi companies that serve the Dover area also. Other Things to NoteDuring the school year (late August to early June) I host foreign high school students. The largest impact this would have on you is that I prohibit Airbnb visitors' access to the main floor common areas when I am not home, and request that you ask before entering those areas. Our modern home has two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full size bed) 1.5 baths, extensive backyard which is totally private. Downtown is a mere 4 miles (6.6km) away with beaches, water parks, and other great summer entertainments within a 30 min. drive.

Nicely decorated this cottage is just a stone's throw away from Wells Beach. There are two bedrooms, a loft, and one bathroom. Please note the cleaning service is required. The dishwasher is not operable and therefore not for use. Grilling is not permitted on site.     The SpaceThis efficiency space was built in 2013 with a long term traveler in mind. You should find all you for as much as a month or as short as a day. Past guests have said the space is bigger than in the pictures and that its location is in the perfect spot to for proximity to downtown, yet quiet in the evenings. Guest AccessOff street parking spot, entire studio space. Private entrance. Interaction with GuestsI live in the unit above with my wife and 4 kids. We are available at a moments notice if you need anything or have questions about the area. Other Things to NoteI like guests to know that the shower is small. The total ceiling height is 6'6" in the shower and a bit narrow. For those over 6' tall, it can be tight, but the big guys have made it work. Also, there is one sink, located in the kitchenette area, outside the bathroom.

We mostly make one of the bathrooms exclusively for guests during a stay. You'll be sharing a bathroom with another guest if our other rooms are occupied. There are two full baths to use in the house, and there is plenty of hot water. Guest AccessYou have use of the living room during the day, the washer/dryer, the kitchen and an office. Interaction with GuestsWe enjoy meeting new people, but we're busy during the week so we may just have enough time to say hi before bed. When we're home, we occasionally share meals with guests and will show you around town if we're available. The NeighborhoodDover is a classic New England mill town, with a river running right through town and under the renovated Cocheco Mill Building. The neighborhood is in the Heritage District of Dover, with elegant Victorian homes all around us. Our house is in walking distance to restaurants, the town library, and the Amtrak train station. We're a short trip to Portsmouth and with easy access to the highway, you can get to the White Mountains in just over an hour or so. The University of New Hampshire in Durham is just a few miles away, accessible by train, bus or by bike. LaFesta Pizza, Dos Amigos, The Thirsty Mouse, Seventh Settlement Brewery or The Farm restaurant all make good meal stops and Adele's coffee shop is open early for coffee. Getting AroundCOAST bus stop is a few feet away and can get you to UNH Durham, Portsmouth or to the malls for some tax free NH shopping. The AMTRAK train station with rides to Boston or Portland,ME is a slightly longer walk. The Dover Community Trail will take you downtown or to the train station. We have off street parking if you'd rather drive, and we even have a few bikes we'll loan you if you want to cruise around town or take the bike on the bus to Durham. Other Things to NoteWe have a cat who spends lots of time outdoors and is not allowed off the first floor of the house.     The SpaceTastefully furnished, and with two walls of sliding glass doors that allow for a 150-degree view, and make you feel you're outdoors. In addition to the king bed in MB, and queen bed in the guest room, the sofa in the TV room pulls out into a high-end fold-out queen-size bed (Temperpedic mattress on solid platform). Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Guest AccessYou will have access to the house, deck, yard and, in summer, the dock. Interaction with GuestsWe will not be home. The caretaker may be home to help with difficulties, depending on the dates, though he works outside the home most days. Feel free to call us. The NeighborhoodThere are some great restaurants in Dover NH and South Berwick, ME, all within a few miles. Portsmouth, with great restaurants, galleries, music events, and shops, is 15 - 20 minutes away. Historical sites abound, especially in Portsmouth. A wonderful organic farm operates nearby. Getting AroundThe AMTRAK train to North Station in Boston takes about 1 hours, 35 minutes. There is a bus to Logan Airport, too. These both depart about 2.5 miles from our house. There are taxi services in Dover. Dover and its restaurants are 2.5 miles from our house. South Berwick, 4 miles away, has more. Other Things to NoteOur water comes from a well.

    The SpaceThe unit is a luxurious private 1BR - 1.5 Bath apartment. Full kitchen (with dishes, cooking tools & dishwasher,) half bath, and living room on the ground floor. Master Bath, Master Closet and Master Bedroom are upstairs. This apartment was our home for many years and while we pared down the amount of housewares inside, they are all of high quality. Also, all bedding items are in hypoallergenic bags. Guest AccessThe entire apartment and its contents are yours to use during your stay. The entrance is from your private deck into the kitchen. Parking for you vehicle is right beside the deck. Interaction with GuestsWe are easily reachable by phone and text. Usually, we will also be on site, if any assistance is needed. The NeighborhoodOur home is in the Dover Heritage district, less than a mile from downtown. Getting AroundEasy access to Rt 16 connecting Dover to Portsmouth in less than 15 minutes. Boston & Portland, Maine are just an hours drive away. Location has super easy highway access. Other Things to NoteThere is an outdoor dining table and nearly one acre shared land that guests should feel free to relax in.

    The SpaceI doubt you've seen a place as colorful as this! Every room is a different color, from bright red to cool blue. The guest bedroom is orange, and located directly next to the bathroom/shower. The space is a three-level condominium with a small workout room and laundry on a bottom floor, the kitchen, half bath, and living room on the middle floor, and the bedrooms and full bath on the top floor. Guest AccessYou are welcome to most areas including laundry and the workout room. There is a deck out back that is great for grilling and hanging out in the summer, and you are welcome to use the charcoal grill. Interaction with GuestsI generally work from home during the day but am fairly quiet and kept to myself. If you need anything I will be happy to help, but I'll stay out of your hair unless you ask. The NeighborhoodDover is a great town, and is offering more and more every day! I am within walking distance of all the bars downtown, as well as the indoor pool, children's museum, numerous gyms, and the falls in the middle of town. Eating options abound, my personal favorites are the Thirsty Moose which offers 100+ beers on tap, La Festa Brick and Brew which is home of the best pizza on seacoast, and Dos Amigos which features sustainable burritos and tacos. Getting AroundThere is plenty of free on-street parking, as well as a parking garage a few blocks away. UNH runs buses to campus and surrounding areas that are only a couple dollars to ride. The Amtrak station is just across the river, and C&J Bus Lines is a short Uber ride up Rt 16. Coming from Boston? You can take the Amtrak directly to Dover, then walk about 5 minutes to my place. It doesn't get more convenient than that!

We have a large family room with a wood stove, and an additional Parlor room for relaxing. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen and also a large dining room. Getting AroundWe are 10 minutes from C&J bus line in Dover, NH and the Amtrack Train. Off-street parking is available.       The SpaceI doubt you've seen a place as colorful as this! Every room is a different color, from bright red to cool blue. The guest bedroom is orange, and located directly next to the bathroom/shower. The space is a three-level condominium with a small workout room and laundry on a bottom floor, the kitchen, half bath, and living room on the middle floor, and the bedrooms and full bath on the top floor. Guest AccessYou are welcome to most areas including laundry and the workout room. There is a deck out back that is great for grilling and hanging out in the summer, and you are welcome to use the charcoal grill. The second bedroom and the garage are closed off, so I ask that you please stay out of there. Interaction with GuestsI am usually available via text message or AirBnB message, and I'll try to provide you with most of the necessary information that you need prior to your arrival. The NeighborhoodDover is a great town, and is offering more and more every day! I am within walking distance of all the bars downtown, as well as the indoor pool, children's museum, numerous gyms, and the falls in the middle of town. Eating options abound, my personal favorites are the Thirsty Moose which offers 100+ beers on tap, La Festa Brick and Brew which is home of the best pizza on seacoast, and Dos Amigos which features sustainable burritos and tacos. Getting AroundThere is plenty of free on-street parking, as well as a parking garage a few blocks away. UNH runs buses to campus and surrounding areas that are only a couple dollars to ride. The Amtrak station is just across the river, and C&J Bus Lines is a short Uber ride up Rt 16. Other Things to NotePlease only park in front of unit 3. If you have two cars the second car must be parked on the street, as all of the other parking spots in the lot are reserved.

          Welcome to our home in Berwick. We are located in a small neighborhood with easy access to all that our area has to offer. You will enjoy a private bedroom (double bed) with a full bathroom for your sole use across the hall. You will also have use of the living room, dining area and the outside deck. Parking for you will be off street in our driveway. We do have one indoor cat - he may hide when you first arrive but he comes around quickly to visitors.
