The SpaceThis is a completely private living space with private entrance in the walkout basement of our home. The floor plan is open and includes a sitting area/living room, a queen sized bed, a full bathroom, coffee maker, microwave, small refrigerator, flat screen TV, satellite and wireless internet service. Bed linens and towels are included. It's furnished with a queen bed and there's room for your air mattress for additional guests. The house is located in the country and sits on five beautiful acres. Parking on-site is available. No smoking please. Two night minimum stay required unless otherwise indicated on the calendar.

Located just 4 miles from Greek Peak Ski Resort, this private full apartment offers a cozy getaway and includes a full kitchen and laundry. It has a queen bedroom, a futon & additional mattresses for sleeping. Located just 20 min from Cayuga Lake, Cornell University and Ithaca. Located just 10 min from SUNY Cortland. Special arrangements can be made for large family in the main house that sleeps 10. The main house sleeps 10 and can be booked for $650 per night, with a 2 night minimum.

The SpaceOur home can comfortably sleep 5 or 6. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds and the third has a twin bed. There is also a queen size air mattress available for guests. A sun filled eat-in kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy use of the Weber grill on the back deck for your evening BBQs. Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house and beautifully landscaped yard. Interaction with GuestsWe will not be present during your stay, but will be available by e-mail! Our friendly neighbor takes care of the lawn so you may see him during your stay. The NeighborhoodOur home is nestled in the rolling hills of upstate New York. Our friendly neighborhood consists of several dead end streets making it incredibly quiet and safe. Across the street there is a well maintained public walking/jogging trail leading to Dryden Lake. Getting AroundThere is plenty of parking available in the driveway. It's best to have your own car to get around and see all the sights. Other Things to NoteWe do not have a microwave or air conditioning. There are lots of things to do nearby including wine trails, hiking, waterfalls, swimming, cheese trails, craft breweries, Ithaca, Farmers' Markets, and Cornell University.

The SpaceLocated down a long gravel drive in the quiet town of Dryden, we have a previously earth-bermed home with an open floor plan, wood stove, dining room, living room, 2 full bathrooms, 1 large half bath, laundry, wireless internet, and 30, private, hilly acres to explore. Our home is unique and very peaceful. For Bedrooms we have 1. Private room with queen bed and attached full bathroom 2. Private room with Standard Size Bed 3. Private room with Queen bed 4. Private room with a crib and a futon bed 5. Sofa in Living room (this is not a private room) We have a pack and play, high chair and booster seat so you don't need to tow those along. Outdoors we have a patio, grill, gardens, pond (you can swim, fish and take out the canoe or paddle boat, ice skate, sled, snowshoe), 30 acres of land with open fields for games (we have volleyball, bocce ball, disc golf and others we can set up). We have a sheep and chicken barn, grapes, pear and baby raspberry orchards, and plenty of serene settings for photos. Guests are welcome to BBQ. We have outdoor tables, chairs and a grill and we are set up for outdoor entertaining. No Smoking and No Pets Allowed. 4-night min for 2015 Cornell Graduation. $600 per night. (Discount available for longer stays) 3-night min for IC Graduation, Cornell Law Graduation, SUNY Cortland Graduation, Reunion Weekend, and Parents Weekend. If requests come in at same time, preference given to those who need it for longer than 3 nights. $600 per night. Getting AroundDrive to Cornell Campus in 15-20 minutes. Bus is within walking distance that will take you to Cornell campus in 15-20 minutes (parking on campus is pricey and sometimes unavailable...take the TCAT bus!) or into downtown Ithaca in 20-25 minutes. Reliable and safe. Plenty of free parking for you and your guests in our long driveway. A 5 minute walk to Dryden Lake for fishing, hiking, biking, playground. Blueberry picking next store (mid-July) and Dryden Lake golf course down the road (open seasonally). Other Things to NoteWe have a farm with farm animals and gardens that will need attention so we will be around the grounds feeding them and caring for the property at certain times. We do our best not to disturb our guests and will make it a point to not disrupt your stay.

The SpaceThe Mountain Queen Cabin is an alcohol and drug free space. This log cabin is totally country with all the necessities for a pleasant stay. It has two bedrooms with full beds, dressers and desks. The loft is spacious and offers 4 twin beds, with rolling dresser drawers under each bed. The loft is a fun place play cards, board games, or catch up on your reading. The owner prepares a fire in the wood stove daily as requested. There is a Hot Tub for two on the porch. Just at the end of the driveway you have access to almost 20 miles of trails for hiking, biking, x-country skiing or horseback riding. A short walk down the road leads you to our Natural Campground with additional one-room camping cabins and tent sites. Air conditioning & Heating in bedrooms and loft. Ithaca is 12 miles away, and the Greek Peak Ski Resort is just 20 minutes away. Guest AccessGuests have access to the entire cabin, as well as surrounding state forest trails. Interaction with GuestsAs your host I will be available just down the road, to help you when needed. The SpaceCozy 1 room Log Cabin in a quiet & private setting, located just 20 min, from Ithaca in a Small Natural Campground "Camp Earth Connection", adjacent to trails for cross-country skiing, hiking & biking in the Hammond Hill State Forest. Fridge, grill, picnic table, shower house, cooking pavilion included. Portable Fire Pit available. Camp Earth Connection is an alcohol and drug free facility. A great location for Mountain Bikers, Hikers and Nature Lovers. Small pond and paddle boat on facilities. The Cabin is is in a private sunny location and sits under White Pines, Red Maple and Hemlocks. It sleeps 2-4 people with bunk beds, and one full-size futon bed/sofa. Includes electric, heat, fan, and small fridge. Also has an outdoor picnic table and access to a Smoky Joe grill and portable fire pit. This cabin can be equipped for children with fun toys, books and a VCR with some favorite all-time movies for kids. It is also known as the story-time cabin, as telling stories on the porch is a favorite activity! Until October 31: There is a Shower House w/ hot water, Compost Toilets and Latrines. Also a dish-washing station and the Red Eft Cafe (An outdoor cooking pavilion.) Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea in the Helianthus Room (The sunflower greenhouse.) Guests who stay between July 1st and September 30th can join the host at the Red Eft Cafe for a complimentary cup of campfire coffee and oatmeal or pancakes. Late Fall & Winter Camping is available. The cabin is on a seasonal road which is not plowed in the winter. When it is not possible to drive, guests can park 1/4 mile up the road and walk, snow-shoe or ski down to the cabin. When she is not at the campground she is just 1/4 mile up the road at her cabin. In the case the owner goes off site, she can be reached by cell phone at all times. It is very private but only 5 miles from the town of Dryden with grocery store, places to dine, gas, etc. In nearby Freeville, there is a favorite ice-cream shop and restaurant. Ithaca is a 15-20 minute drive as is many of the beautiful state parks with trails, gorges and swimming areas. The cabin is also located just 20 minutes from downtown Ithaca; and 20 minutes from the Greek Peak Ski Resort. Getting AroundIn Dryden, there is public bus transportation to Ithaca. Other Things to NoteA dog may be allowed with the director's approval, An additional pet deposit will be required and the owner must keep the dog on a leash at all times, and must keep the pet with them. Pet's may not be in the cabin without owner. Proof of current vaccinations including Rabies must be provided.

The SpaceThis cabin provides a private cozy atmosphere located on the edge of the Hammond Hill State Forest next to a creek and frog ponds. It has a great view of the stars at night and offers a harmony of frogs, crickets and coyotes to soothe you to sleep. The cabin sleeps up to 4 people with bunk beds, and one full-size bed. It includes electric, heat, fan, hot plate and a small fridge. The cabin also has a picnic table and smoky joe grill, as well as access to a portable fire pit. It is located in a small natural rustic campground with a shower-house, compost toilets, a cooking pavilion and more! Shower house closes October 31st. Latrines and Water Coolers available for late Fall and Winter Camping. Located on a seasonal road. The SpaceOur home can comfortably sleep 8 and could sleep more using common areas. There are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed. One bedroom has queen size bed. A third bedroom is setup with a full size bed. The office can function as a fourth bedroom with the futon that pulls out. Common area living rooms each have a couch. A spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. Enjoy use of the grills (two!) on the back patio and the spacious back yard. For families traveling with kids, we have a changing table, high chair, toys and books. No need to pack it all! Guest AccessGuests will have access to the entire house and yard. If you have less than 7 guests we usually lock the office. There is plenty of off street parking available and we will make a garage spot available at your request! Interaction with GuestsWe will not be home during your stay, but will be available by e-mail and phone! We have very friendly neighbors who are willing to help if necessary. During the winter months its a great location for Greak Peak visitors. Only an hour from Syracuse and Binghamton as well! Our house is under minor construction as we work on making it our dream home. At this time, the only in progress projects are cosmetic (some rooms are primed to be painted).

The SpaceThe cabin faces Eastward and onto the open field. It is in a sunny location shaded by young Red Maples Trees. A great place to enjoy morning warmth, also nearby is the Helianthus Room, a greenhouse for young sunflowers and other plants. This cabin has two single cots and a covered area for 2 bikes behind the cabin. Clean sleeping bags, pillows & towels are available. Extra cots are also available to sleep up to 4 people. Please note the rustic cabins are not winterized. They do have curtains on the doors and windows which are screened in. The SpaceCamp Earth Connection is a Natural campground of 60 acres with a limited number of private campsites. The Adirondack Lean-To Shelters are located in the Outpost section of this small campground. The campground is an alcohol and drug free facility. Each Lean-To can have up to 5 people. There are 4 cots in the Lean-To w/more available to rent. Each shelter must be reserved separately. The Lean To's are located on the edge of the Hammond Hill State Forest . Mosquito screens covers are available for the openings, and tarps are available in winter. Listen to the coyotes, barred owls and spring peepers as they sing you to sleep. There is a clean privy, a pavilion, a fire pit and picnic table at the site. There is no electric, but water is available as well as a bucket shower system. The main campground is just a 15 minute walk, with hot showers, compost toilets and other amenities until October 31st. This site is approximately a 10 minute walk from where you would park your car. The SpaceThe Rabbit Hole campsite is so named because it is close enough to the main camp to keep an eye on what fun activities might be going on, but at the same time, it is private and allows you time and space for your own adventures. The tent site may have up to two tents or 8 people. It has a large cook fire pit with a heavy grill and is both near a latrine & the compost bathrooms. Campers must carry their gear to the campsite or use wagon available. All the campsites border the Hammond Hill State Forest and have a creek running nearby, which sometimes dries up in the late summer. The SpaceThe Monarch Cabin/Camper has traveled the country side and has now settled down in a Natural Campground at Camp Earth Connection. Equipped with Heater, dishes, cookware, electric, a small propane fridge, and propane burners you are set to go! There is a picnic table at this campsite, as well as a grill for BBQing and a portable fire pit. Located adjacent the the beautiful Hammond Hill State Forest, A great place for those who love being in nature. This is an alcohol and drug free facility. Hot showers available until October 31st. Latrines and water available for winter camping. Located on a seasonal road. Unless deep snow comes, you can drive to campground. The SpaceThe Forest Cabin is located at Camp Earth Connection, a small natural campground (15 private sites) and is adjacent to the Hammond Hill State Forest trail system. If you enjoy peace, tranquility and nature, you will love this space. This is an alcohol and drug free facility. The Forest Cabin is a great escape to either do some work, reading, writing, or have a cozy space to come to in the evenings after a day of hiking, or biking or visiting the Ithaca area. There is a water spigot behind the cabin, and just a short walk is a compost toilet and shower house with hot showers. The cabin is equipped with everything you need to cook your meals. It has an electric burner, a toaster oven, a fridge, cooking implements, pots and pans, and eating implements. The Director has spent many summers in this cabin - working with adults and children from camps and retreats. It is a special place, and I am sure you will feel the spirit of all the young and old folks who have spent time in it. Join the Director between 7-8am each morning at the Red Eft Cafe for a complimentary cup of coffee, pancake, and/or bowl of oatmeal. Guest AccessGuests have access to all amenities of the campground including pavilions, shower house, latrines and compost toilets. There is a pond on site, and trails throughout the woods as well as marked hiking trails which are a part of the Hammond Hill State Forest. Interaction with GuestsThe Director lives on site, and is never very far - but you can reach her by cell in the case she has temporarily left the campground. The SpaceThe cabin faces Eastward and onto the open field. It is in a sunny location shaded by young Red Maples Trees. A great place to enjoy morning warmth. This cabin has one single cots & 1 full cot. Clean sleeping bags and pillows can be provided. Extra cots are available to sleep up to 4 people. The SpaceHalf of a house that is comfortable and private. It has a country setting but is one minute from the main road. Off the living room is a hallway that extends to two bedrooms and a bathroom. This Cozy 1 Room Log Cabin is located in a small Natural Campground, Camp Earth Connection. It is adjacent to Hammond Hill State Forest with 20 miles of trails for hiking, mountain biking & cross-country skiing. It sleeps up to 4 people with a full size thick futon sofa/bed and bunk beds. It is furnished and also includes a small fridge & coffee pot & hot plate. It is located in the town of Dryden, NY. Just 20 minutes away in Ithaca is the home of Beautiful Falls and Gorges, The Moosewood Restaurant, Cornell University & Ithaca College. Also within 30 minutes of Greek Peak Ski Resort, SUNY Cortland, and Tompkins Cortland Community College. The cabin is a part of Camp Earth Connection, a small Natural Campground which promotes Acceptance, Diversity and Community. This is an Alcohol and Drug Free facility. Alcohol and drugs are not permitted on the grounds. Until October 31st, there is access to hot showers & compost toilets as well as other campground amenities. The cabin includes a portable grill, fire pit and picnic table. Camp Earth Connection is a family friendly and also welcomes the LGBTQ community. The cabin does have heating and is available throughout the winter, although in the case of heavy snow, it is a quarter mile hike to the cabin. Winter campers often bring snow-shoes, skis and sleds for this purpose. In winter there are latrines available nearby and a 5 gallon filled water cooler in the cabin.

This beautiful Rustic Log Cabin is located on the top of Hammond Hill adjacent 20 miles of trails for hiking, biking and cross-country skiing in the Hammond Hill State Forest in the town of Dryden, NY. It has beautiful views year round and is private without a neighbor in site. This cabin and the facilities are alcohol, drug and smoke free. Alcohol and drugs are not allowed on the premises. The cabin has two bedrooms with full size beds, dressers, and desks. The cabin also has a full bathroom and a loft which has 4 single beds. A Hot Tub for two is ready to use on the porch. There is wifi, a landline, washer & dryer, and AC. Included is a TV with Netflix available. There are heaters in bedrooms, and a wood stove & pellet stove in the living room. The owner prepares the woods stove for guests as requested. The kitchen includes a coffee, maker, dishwasher, full gas stove/oven and full size fridge. Dishes and cookware are included. This is an environmentally friendly home with solar hot water. Cloth tablecloths and napkins are provided. The cabin sits on 60 acres of land. Down the hill from the cabin is a small natural campground, Camp Earth Connection. The owner manages this campground and is easily accessible. The owner and her business Camp Earth Connection believes in Acceptance, Diversity and Community.
