The SpaceOur flat has one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, with bath and electric shower and an open-plan living room and kitchen. It has gas-fired central heating and is on the ground floor of a quiet, traditional tenement building with a nice garden area to the rear. Golfhill is a 3 storey stone built apartment building just off the street called Ramoyle. A path along the front of the building leads to the entrance for flat 3B, which is on the ground floor. The property is 10-15 mins walk from the station - up a quite steep hill. There is on-road parking 30 metres away, with additional options nearby. . Guest AccessGuests have exclusive use of the whole flat and we would like you to feel completely at home there. Interaction with GuestsWe would hope to meet you on arrival to welcome you. We live close by and would take our lead from you in how much contact you would like. We will certainly do all we can to help make your stay a good one. The NeighborhoodOur flat is in a great neighbourhood. The Ramoyle area of Dunblane is a Conservation Area and is very historic and quaint. It is also a very safe and quiet neighbourhood and a short walk to the town centre. Getting AroundDunblane is very well connected by train and bus to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Auchterarder, Perth and Dundee. Our flat is at the top of a hill, 10 minutes walk downhill to the train station and bus stop, perhaps a little longer coming back up. If you have mobility issues or difficulty walking uphill there are taxis available outside the train station. There is also on-street parking adjacent to the flat. Guest AccessThe heated shared pool is approximately 8m by 5m and accessed via a separate entrance. The apartment has a patio area which overlooks the river.     Dunblane is an attractive and perfectly located cathedral town at the entrance to the Scottish Highlands. Having the advantage of being situated just four miles North of Stirling and 12 miles South of Gleneagles, Dunblane is an ideal location for exploring Scotland. The town has it's own railway station, a stone throw from the apartment, which has excellent transport links and is just minutes from the main motorway roads. The spacious four bedroom apartment is situated in Dunblane town centre and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The decor throughout is modern and tasteful with brand new carpets and furniture. It has four luxurious double bedrooms, a large living/dining room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom with separate shower and bath. The apartment can sleep up to a maximum of 8 people. The living room has a comfortable leather corner suite plus a dining table for six. With a wall mounted 37 inch TV with SKY television (including SKY SPORTS) available. The apartment also benefits from free WIFI throughout. Two bedrooms have Large Double beds, the other two both have two singles which can be joined together to make Super King size. There is plenty of storage space within the rooms with ample wardrobe and cupboard space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual equipment and utensils for cooking that you would expect from a quality apartment. We are only a mile off Scotland's arterial highway, the A9 which can take you North to Loch Ness to see the monster, West to Glencoe where Skyfall was filmed, or even further North West to visit Harry Potter's Glenfinnan Viaduct. ( If you have a Ford Anglia you'll be able to make it immediately. Conventional transport will be a bit longer. Scotland is a big wee country!)We are 45 mins from Loch Lomond. Getting AroundIt's best to have a car or bike or to love walking. Other than that it's taxi or a not too regular bus service from the village. You’ll love my place because of the peaceful rural location yet close to all the amenities within the city of Dunblane..
