The SpaceThis lovely beach shack is relaxed and wonderful for family fun. We welcome your pets to our back yard. The side access to the beach front makes it easy to reach the beautiful bay, and glimpses of beauty pass this way. There is space for your cars and boat out the front. The house is neat and tidy, with games and puzzles for the kids. There are 4 bedrooms - 2x queen, 1x double, and the bunkroom which has two bunk beds which sleep 4. You will need to bring your own linen, sheets, pillow cases, beach towels, towels and consumables. There are fans in each room and the wood fire in the lounge keeps this space cosy in winter. Guest AccessThere is a BBQ and outdoor setting tucked away in the shed. Interaction with GuestsWe may be available over most booking times, however you will have the whole place to yourselves. The NeighborhoodThis quiet street means road traffic is kept to a minimum, however there will be a few people wandering past to use the walking/cycle track that runs along the beach all the way to town past lovely children's playground. Getting AroundBusses travel to Busselton from the next street. However we recommend you have your own transport. Other Things to NoteThis is a great location for access to surf, beach, golf, wineries, horse riding, geocaching, restaurants, playgrounds.

The SpacePLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT TAKE ANY LEAVERS BOOKINGS! The home has 3 bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and two downstairs bedrooms - one with a queen size bed and the other with 2 standard single beds. The home sleeps up to SIX people maximum with the exception of the availability of a portacot for an infant. Included in the cost of your stay are all towels and linen for the number of guests staying. (most properties charge addionally for this). You will only need to bring your own beach towels. The property suits families and couples or singles as a group getaway. The home has 2 bathrooms-one on each floor, neither is adjoining a bedroom and both have been renovated tastefully. Both bathrooms are shower only and have toilets within them...the ground floor bathroom also doubles as the laundry. Upstairs consists of modern kitchen, family size fridge/freezer, gas cooktop and electric under bench oven, toaster, kettle, crokery cutlery good quality cooking pots and pans etc. (no microwave) This space also has an island bench and dining area flowing into living room and out to large 30sqm deck. This area is shaded by peppy trees and shade sail and is perfect for breakfast or BBQ space. There is a comfy daybed, dining table, BBQ and deckchairs for happy hour overlooking the bay through the peppy trees. Your downstairs living spaces include a gorgeous lawned backgarden with shady peppy trees which is gated to keep the little ones in. A second livingroom with TV/DVD for the downtime...this room has sliding glass doors into the back yard for easy indoor outdoor access to the garden. Under the deck at the front of the home there is a shady area with hammock...for your afternoon siesta. The front garden has sufficient room to park boat/trailer and there is a carport at the front door. Guest AccessThe beach is literally on your doorstep with a lovely view from the top balcony. The access verandah is shared but there is also verandah space with small table and hammock available for guest use. Interaction with GuestsLimited but friendly interaction with the guests. The NeighborhoodOur home is situated in an area of great natural beauty with a plethora of activities for guests to enjoy. We are on a golf course, near to stunning beaches and have a wealth of wineries, restaurants and other attractions. Getting AroundThere is very limited public transport so guests are strongly encouraged to have their own to fully explore what the area has to offer. We provide one parking bay directly at the top of the driveway. Other Things to NoteOur space suits a single or a couple who share a bed. We are not set up for children of any age and we are not open to extra beds, cots, mattresses on the floor or people sleeping on the couch. We provide a couple of very small tables to enjoy your take always or purchased cold foods. We do not provide cooking or heating food facilities as we do not want cooking smells in what is a cosy but comfortable space. Please note there is a toaster, kettle and fridge and Dunsborough is well serviced with restaurants, bars, wineries, supermarkets, food vans and take away food outlets. Although Our lovely town is in what is considered the Margaret River region we are 45minutes from Margaret River township by car. Lots and lots to explore on the way though.

Undercover parking and ample room for your boat down a long driveway. Our back garden is fully enclosed a suitable for a well behaved dog. Other Things to NoteFrequently Asked Questions: DEPARTURE TIME 10 am Sharp. (Unless prior arrangements have been made with the Owners.) KEYS The key is available from a key storage safe at the Red Cat Shack. The key storage safe is under a square wall mounted light, close to the laundry on the right hand side of the house, through a white gate with a black cat on it. Please Note: Under no circumstances are the keys supplied on arrival to be cut. OUTDOOR SHOWER AND GARDEN TAPS To use the outdoor shower and garden taps you will need the brass key/handle (this is the top, handle part of the tap). It is hanging on the “bus” key hook at the front door. Please put it back on the key hook at the end of your stay. CLEANING Due to the limited changeover time available between bookings, we must insist that you clean your dishes and put them away, leave the premises in a tidy state and clean the BBQ. A basic cleaning charge applies to all bookings to cover vacuuming of floors together with general cleaning of toilets, bathrooms and kitchen areas. Guests are responsible for removal of their own rubbish and therefore should ensure that rubbish bins are put out for collection on the appropriate day. Please clean up after your pet if required. Should additional cleaning or a special rubbish bin clearance be required the cost will be deducted from the refundable security bond RUBBISH COLLECTION Dunsborough / Quindalup The bin must be placed on the verge for emptying on Monday night as pick-up is usually Tuesday morning. Some delays may occur in the peak times. Should you be leaving prior to bin collection day, please ensure that the bin is put out on the day of your departure, failure to do so may result in alternative collection being arranged and the cost for which will be deducted from your refundable security bond monies. BBQ – GAS REFILLS If your bottle needs refilling, please take the gas bottle to either the service station in Dunsborough or the Home Hardware shop. Please keep your receipt and we will reimburse you. The SpaceVilla 5 comfortably sleeps six people with upstairs queen size bed and large ensuite spa. Lounge area leading to outside balcony. Downstairs has two bedrooms and separate bathroom. The NeighborhoodWhitesands is situated about 3 k from the centre of Dunsborough, so lends to a quiet retreat. Neighbouring villas respect all privacy of other guests. So close to the beach and a lovely walking track to town if you wish. Getting AroundYou will need a hire car to visit all our wonderful coast, beaches,wineries, restaurants. We do have a local taxi service and bus service from Perth.

The SpaceThis 4 bed, 2 bath home is very spacious, maximised by high vaulted ceilings and complimented by Tasmanian Oak floors in the hallways, kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen is galley styled, complete with stainless steel fittings and appliances ready to dine and entertain with style. There is a media/theatre room separate from the living area for more intimate TV or movie viewing. The house includes a 80cm Stereo flat screen wall mounted TV, DVD player and 2 audio systems - 1 with CD and another that is an rechargeable, portable IPod dock. The Sanctuary has been tastefully decorated to a luxury standard with new, contemporary furniture such as leather sofas and dining chairs, halogen downlights on dimmers and quality window treatments that, as a whole, give this home a sleek, modern feel. Bedrooms contain modern furniture and high quality mattresses and bedding. Bedroom 1 (Master) has a KING size bed (soft to medium mattress), Bedroom 2 has 2 king single beds (which when pushed together form a king size bed), Bedroom 3 has a double bed and Bedroom 4 has a KING size bed (soft to medium mattress). Linen, comprising of fitted sheets, top sheets, pillowslips, bath towels, face washers, bath mats, hand towels & tea towels IS included. Bathroom 1 is an ensuite off the master containing a shower and bathroom 2 contains a shower and a bath. Both bathrooms are heated to take the chill off on the colder days. Views to the leafy green garden and creek/nature reserve beyond are to be had from the banks of windows in the dining and living areas. The open plan living area extends out the door to a covered Alfresco area containing a stylish 8-seater dining setting and a hooded gas BBQ. There is also an outside hot and cold shower to wash off from the beach. Sorry, but we have a strict NO PETS policy. The NeighborhoodDunsborough is at the doorstep of the Margaret River Wine region and is sheltered by the waters of Geographe Bay. It represents an ideal holiday location with it's quiet coves, sandy beaches (both quiet child safe beaches and surf beaches), surrounding national park, nature reserves and numerous scenic walk trails. Nearby Meelup, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay offer perfect beaches for fishing, swimming and snorkeling. The area is also well known for whale watching (September to December), golfing, and caves. Many of the Margaret River Wine Region's fine wineries are situated only a few minutes drive from the town centre, not to mention the numerous galleries displaying the works of local artisans close by. The Sanctuary is located just under 1 km from the Dunsborough town centre. The SpaceThe house is a 150 m walk to the white sands of an excellent protected swimming beach. A secluded resort styled home with direct Toby Inlet frontage. Solar heated swimming pool and separate spa in not operational later April to Early October. In the warmer months the pool is all day & the spa operates 4-8pm. There is no Wireless Internet. The telephones lines do not support adequate connection speeds so I have removed. Telephone data and hot spotting is faster. I recommend Telstra for this area. Large entertaining timber deck.. Heated flooring for winter. Outdoor shower for after the beach. Open plan living and separate private sleeping areas. Selection of books, lawned area, BBQ facilities, 2 large screen TV/ DVD. sound dock system in living. A very large kitchen dining living area however there is no dishwasher operational. Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage. All crockery and glass wear is available for quest use. Linen is provided (Bath towels for 14 guests and bed linen for 4 large queen / king beds and 4 bunk beds2 doubles with singles over). Beach towels are not provided. The AIRBNB cleaning fee and the linen fee are included for all bookings. If guests leave the house messy and dirty an additional $150 will be charged and taken from the bond. Please be aware! Leave the house neat & tidy: thank you We have had some water damage to carpets from flooding from a drainage overflow. Carpets are not replaced as yet. Floors are heated in cooler months & most floors are marble tiles and as such are warm and where carpets were are concrete and are also heated. Keys will be available on arrival. A contact number will be provided if issues arise. A guest manual is provided on the operation of the house by email prior to your arrival. The house is on the beach side (backs onto) of Toby's Inlet. The house has no street frontage making it secluded even in the middle of the tourist season. "Club Bayview" is nestled in amongst this very special part of Dunsborough and is approximately 2km into the town centre of Dunsborough. Contemporary in styling, and well furnished throughout with all modern conveniences that would be ideally suited for one to three couples, or one or two families wanting a special holiday together. There is a living room downstairs perfect for just watching tv or children's area, and also an upstairs living area, with kitchen and dining that opens up through double, sliding doors onto a large L-shaped timber decked balcony for relaxing outdoor BBQs and dining. All the comforts that one would find beneficial for a relaxing holiday are provided, making "Club Bayview" the ideal choice for your next holiday.                       We are bringing you a new listing to the short term holiday market in Dunsborough/Quindalup....which means the most sort after dates on the Downsouth holiday calander are still available!!!! The beach house is located 800m past the Quindalup boatramp and has direct beach access across the road. There is a jetty at the boat ramp that is great to take the kids fishing and crabbing to! This early 1980's 2 storey duplex half has just undergone a full internal makeover and the results are a family friendly beachhome that has all you will need to relax on the beautiful beach across the road and enjoy the chilled out downsouth lifestyle in the afternoons for happy hour!! We suggest you BRING YOUR BIKES as there is a great bike path that goes along the waterfront into town and also on to Old Dunsborough...great to get up and ride into town for the paper and a coffee. (approx15-20 mins). Or to Palmers Winery for lunch! The home has 2 bathrooms-one on each floor, neither is adjoining a bedroom and both have been renovated tastefully. Both bathrooms are shower only and have toilets within them...the ground floor bathroom also doubles as the laundry. WE DO NOT DO BOOKINGS FOR LEAVERS! Sleeping arrangements The home has 3 bedrooms. One upstairs bedroom with a queensize bed and two downstairs bedrooms - one with a queensize bed and the other with 2 standard single beds. This area is shaded by peppy trees and shade sail and is perfect for breakfast or BBQ space. There is a comfy daybed, dining table, BBQ and deckchairs for happy hour overlooking the bay through the peppy trees. Your downstairs living spaces include a gorgeous lawned backgarden with shady peppy trees which is gated to keep the little ones in.
